First Drop of Vienna Water Wudhu
Increasing Pressure

As the sun sets in the Palestinian skies, a Viennese medical team is gathering in their medical tent after a long and challenging day. The sound of sirens and explosions echoing in the distance reminded them that the conflict was not over. They sat around a simple folding table, their faces reflecting fatigue and worry.

Vienna sat cross-legged with a heavy feeling. He saw his colleagues, Dr. Layla, Youssef, and Noura, who have become like her family during their time together. Youssef, an experienced nurse, sighed deeply while rubbing his tired face.

Dr. Layla started the conversation, "The situation is getting worse. We lost Samir and Farid today. They've been fighting with us for years."

Noura, a cold-headed nurse, nodded in agreement, "That's right, Dr. Layla's. They are true heroes. But now we must endure and continue to give help to the needy."

Vienna added, "I know this is difficult for all of us, but we have to keep going. The Palestinians are counting on us."

As they spoke, the sound of Israeli warplanes passing through the dusty sky broke the silence of the night. They know that at any moment an airstrike can happen, and this creates a deep tension.

When the distant sound of an explosion rang out, Youssef ran his hand overhead. "Hopefully it doesn't happen anywhere near here" he said in an anxious tone.

Vienna glanced out of the tent through the open door. The night sky was strewn with resplendent stars, creating a strong contrast to their daily living situation filled with darkness and uncertainty. A crescent moon hung low in the sky, creating enough weak lighting to see the ruins of buildings in the distance.

The sound of emergency sirens from loudspeakers in a nearby village announced the danger. Dr. Layla immediately stood up and gave instructions to her team, "We have to be ready. Bring medical supplies and preparations for evacuation if needed."

The medical team moved quickly, collecting medical supplies and tidying up their medical tents. Vienna felt her adrenaline was starting to rise. They know that these moments are the most critical, and the lives of many people depend on their actions.

As they prepared, Youssef glanced at Vienna with a gentle smile, trying to give her some spirit. "We're going through this together, Vienna. We are family."

Vienna smiled and felt inspired by the spirit of his team. Despite the increasing pressure, they are a strong team and together they will face it with courage.

The next day, the sun rose slowly over the skies of Palestine, giving a radiant light amidst the ruins and destroyed buildings. In the medical tent, Vienna, Dr. Layla, Youssef, and Noura sat around the folding table while enjoying a cup of coffee they heated on a small stove.

The look on their faces still reflects the tension of last night's events. Vienna felt overwhelmed by the moral considerations that increasingly weighed on her mind. He began to speak, "I know we all feel overwhelmed by this situation. Losing Samir and Farid, seeing so much suffering, sometimes makes me ask, are our actions worth the risks we face?"

Dr. Layla nodded, her facial expression serious, "That's a question I often ask myself. However, I believe that this work has a very deep meaning. I saw the faces of the children we saved, and it gave me spirit."

Noura added, "I also feel burdened, especially since I am the mother of two young children at home. But I want to teach them the meaning of empathy and peace. I want them to grow up with strong human values."

The wise Youssef stated, "When we choose to be here, we know the risks. But we also know that without us, many people would not get the medical help they need. We are their hope."

They were silent for a moment, pondering over Youssef's words. The sound of warplanes flying low above their tents shook the earth. Everyone pondered the impact of their struggle in the midst of this conflict.

Vienna stared out of the tent and saw Palestinian children playing among the ruins of the building. They laughed and smiled, as if they found happiness in the midst of suffering.

The atmosphere around the tent became tense as Vienna expressed her thoughts, "At times like this, when we look at those children, I feel we have to keep moving forward. This may be the toughest task we have ever faced, but we are the hope for them. We can't let them down."

Dr. Layla nodded firmly, "Vienna is right. These are the times when we must hold fast to our human values and carry on with this task with great dedication."

Youssef showed a small smile, "We are family. We're gonna get through this together, like we always do."

In that meaningful silence, they feel stronger and ready to face the challenges to come. They have answered their moral questions and chose to continue their struggle for humanity and peace. Although the pressure is still there, they have a deep belief that their actions have great meaning and that every life they save is a victory for humanity.
