Time goes on, and the spiritual journey of Vienna and Lisa deepens. They have learned a lot about themselves, about true friendship, and about how faith can bring about change in one's life. One day, while they were on their way home from a rehab meeting, they saw two known thugs in their neighborhood. The two men, Ali and Dodi, are old friends of theirs who once engaged in a dark life filled with crime and drugs.

Vienna and Lisa, who had not seen Ali and Dodi for a long time, saw a change in their appearance. They were neater and healthier, and looked calmer than before. However, there was something still bothering them in Ali and Dodi's eyes. They felt that there was uncertainty and doubt in both men.

Vienna felt her heart rustle. She had never met Ali's mother before and had no idea what she should say. "Mother Ali, what's going on?" ask Vienna to worry.

Ali's mother explains that Ali recently told her about their experiments to help Ali and Dodi. Ali said that Vienna and Lisa had tried to help both of them, but the experiment did not go well, and Ali did not want to involve others in their problems anymore.

Vienna was shocked and guilty. He feels that he and Lisa should do more to help Ali and Dodi. However, this conflict is further complicated by the fact that Ali is embarrassed and does not want to accept their help anymore.

After speaking with Ali's mother further, Vienna decided to go to the hospital where Ali was being treated. He wants to talk to Ali in person and try to improve their relationship. Lisa supported this decision even though she knew that it would be a difficult encounter.

When they arrived at the hospital, their mood was sad. They met Ali who was lying weakly on his bed. Ali looked extremely thin and weak, but his eyes were still filled with decisiveness and disbelief. Ali and Vienna were both sitting in the room, and Vienna tried to explain that they wanted to help, not to disappoint.
