CHAPTER 63. Don't Leave me
Prangggg
Viara dropped the glass of water that she drank until it broke on the floor
"Oh my God, what is this? Why is my heart beating so fast" muttered Viara holding onto her chest that was pounding violently
"Viara!!!" call Ila and Syifa simultaneously running towards the kitchen
"Viara what's wrong? you all right?" Ila asked worriedly after standing near Viara with Syifa beside her
Viara controlled her breathing and tried to smile at her friends
"I'm okay, guys. I accidentally nudged the glass so it fell to the floor and broke" Viara denied with a smile trying to relieve the anxiety of her two friends
"Ohh yaudah, let me help you clean up the shards"
"No need, let me clean it. You guys continue watching your favorite drama. Sorry to bother you guys well" Viara said
"No way Viara. then we go to the room first well, want to continue watching the drama" Pamit Ila
"Alright" Viara smiled back at her two friends.
After the two friends left the kitchen, Viara crouched down and started cleaning the broken glass on the floor. While preparing to throw the glass shards outside the house, Viara heard the sound of sirens that sounded closer

Viara's chest again pounded violently until Viara gently rubbed her chest. Viara stepped in front of the house to see where the siren came from. While walking towards the front of the house, Viara saw his two friends were also in front of the terrace, curious about the sound of the siren
Viara stood beside her two friends and looked for the origin of the siren. Not long ago, seen on the road in front of his house two ambulance cars that drove fast with 4 army trucks that followed him
"God, protect him, my Lord, may he not be in the ambulance and the army truck" Viara said expectantly and shed tears.
Viara held her chest that was pounding violently as one of the ambulances passed the street in front of her house
"What's wrong? how was the ambulance followed by the army truck?" Ask Syifa curiously
"There may be some villagers who have to be rushed to the hospital to be escorted by the army for their safety" said Viara smiling at his two friends so they did not fear
"Hmm well, then I go in first well, want to continue watching the drama earlier" said Syifa
"Daddy Syifa, please" said Viara and Ila simultaneously.
Viara looked back at the ambulance that was still visible at the end of the road
"What's Viara?" Tanya Ila who saw the restless face of Viara
"There is nothing Ila, I just pay attention to the army truck escorting the ambulance, there should be no Bang Pandu there" said Viara smiling trying to hide her fear
"So, was the Pandunya's bang in the army truck?" Ask Ila back
"It looks like there is no Ila, if Bang Pandu is there for sure he will wave his hand to me" Viara said trying to smile at Ila
"Alright Viara, then I enter first well. it's sleepy nih want to sleep" said Ila carried Viara with a smile.
After Ila got inside the house, Viara ran to the side of the road and stared at the barely visible army trucks and ambulances
"May my brother be fine. I wish my brother wasn't in the ambulance. Protect her for me, O God, do not separate me from my love again. Let me be happy with him, Rabb. Let me live with her" muttered Viara staring expectantly at the sky above her
Viara continued her steps entering her house while rubbing her chest which continued to pound violently
"Calm Viara, believe me. He must be fine" muttered Viara holding on to the wall feeling a spinning sensation in his head.
Viara put herself on her bed and pulled the blanket over her head to cover her body. Inside the blanket, Viara was lying weakly with a breathing apparatus on her nose. His heart felt very worried about the existence of Pandu across there until his tears were no longer blocked. His heart suddenly felt afraid and so missed the figure he loved that the sense of tightness increasingly attacked him
"Calm Viara, calm down so that your medicine can function properly. Keep thinking positively and continue to be sure if Pandu is okay there" muttered Viara trying to calm his heart
Viara took a photo of Pandu that she always kept under her pillow and rubbed a soft Pandu photo
"It's fine there, baby. Hurry home, I miss you" murmured Viara kissed Pandu's photo and placed it on her chest.
Viara slowly closed her eyes while holding a picture of Pandu in her chest with a breathing apparatus still faithfully attached to her nose

The next day at 5:00 am, Viara woke up from her sleep and immediately hid her breathing apparatus in a special bag for her medicines. Viara walked to the mirror and looked at her pale face. Viara cleaned the blood dripping from her nose because since last night the worries that plagued her made her chest become tight.
Viara set her foot towards the bathroom to get some ablution water. After taking the ablution water, Viara who had been neat with her face immediately spread out the prayer mat and performed the dawn prayer.
While Viara was praying at dawn, two of Viara's fellow teachers woke up from their sleep hearing an army truck stopping in front of the house, but no one heard from the truck. Ila and Syifa pulled up their blankets ready to head to the front of the house
After the morning prayers were finished, Viara tidied up her prayer equipment and rushed to the front of the house. A sweet smile emanated on his face realizing that if his lover had come home, he could not wait to hug her and vent the longing she harbored. Viara stepped excitedly in front of the house following her two friends who first came to the front of the house
When Viara opened the door of her service home, Viara's smile faded immediately upon seeing the half-mast flag being hoisted in front of the army post
"What's going on?" Viara asked her two friends but was never answered by her two friends. They continued to observe one by one the soldiers who came down from the truck in front there in silence
Viara also saw the soldiers who came down from the truck looking for the whereabouts of the people he missed. The worry re-majered his heart realized all the soldiers had lined up neatly, except Pandu who was not seen in the row
Viara looked into the truck and realized there was still one more person preparing to get off the truck
"That must be brother" muttered Viara happily and stepped foot to the curb
As the soldier got off, Viara's smile slowly faded from her face looking at the not-so-missed person who got off the truck, but bang Zardan with his face tangled and eyes moist as if he had just stopped crying
"Where's the gate?" Murmured Viara anxiously immediately ran over to bang Zardan
"Sister, where's Panduku?" Ask Viara
"Sir, where's Pandu bang??" Viara asked shaking Bang Zardan's shoulder which could only be silent while bowed
"Tell me where Panduku is!!!!!" Viara insisted on all the soldiers based on it, but the soldiers were just silent and bowed because some of their comrades in arms could no longer stand up straight as they were
"Say where is he? why don't you answer me!!!!" Firm Viara.
Iqbal got out of line and stepped on his feet towards Viara. Iqbal gently rubbed the top of Viara's head and held both of her shoulders
"You are my most powerful sister Ara, stay strong and smile well" Bang Iqbal said, bringing Viara into his arms
"Bang, tell me where Panduku bang. I miss her but I never see her bang" said Viara shaking in Iqbal's arms
"Download!!!!" commandant command
"Ready-done!!" Say the soldiers simultaneously and directly on the truck
Viara took off her arms from Iqbal and turned her back to look at the soldiers who were preparing to take something down from the truck
Viara trembled in fear at the crates being dropped from the truck, hoping and continuing to chant praying that her loved ones would not be in the crate.
Counting there are 7 crates that have been lowered, Viara breathed a little relieved to see the photo plastered in the chest is not a photo of her lover. But when the eighth chest came down, Viara's tears were shed when she saw the photo of the soldier she loved so much held by one of the members with behind her was the last chest that had just been lowered
"Dude....." Viara turned to stare at the Zardan and Iqbal bang.
Bang Zardan shed tears and ran hugging Viara
"I'm sorry brother Ara, forgive brother" said Zardan bang on Viara's boat
"What happened brother?" Viara asked trying to digest everything
"If it wasn't for Pandu, it might have been the brother in the crate"
Like being shot dead, Viara shed tears and released a hug of bang Zardan from her. Viara controlled her breathing and turned to stare at the chest with a photo of Pandu that had just been lowered.
As soon as his world was destroyed, his heart was squeezed hard and his brain slammed so that no more tears to stay contained
"White!!!!!!!!" Shouted Viara hysterically and ran to hug the coffin. Viara hugged the crate and shouted calling Pandu's name as she continued to shed tears
"Abang, wake up brother!!! Don't leave your own brother Hiks.." Pinta Viara hugged the coffin tightly.
Viara took a photo of Pandu held by one of the members and carried him into her arms
"Wake up brother hiks, don't leave adek bang. Adek please" said Viara put her face together with Pandu's face in the photo
"Already Ara, the Pandu bang is calm there" persuaded bang Zardan hugged Viara trying to strengthen her.
"Sister, tell him I didn't ask him to come home today, it's okay if he's still a long time to serve there. But please when he comes back later, he stands straight in front of me, not lying weakly in a hatchet.please tell him sister" Pinta Viara cried profusely while shaking the hand of bang Zardan.
All the soldiers just fell silent with tears from looking at their friend's chests, their hearts breaking as well, just like Viara now
Viara continued to cry loudly while hugging a photo of Pandu on her chest, unable to lose the person she loved so much
"White!!!!!!!!!!!!" Shouts Viara hysterically
"Astaghfirullah deck, you told me not to cry. You don't like to know if you go home immediately snot"
Hearing the baritone's voice, Viara turned to look at the truck and saw the soldier she loved was being held by one of the members with medical personnel behind him
"Abang!!!" viara shines with pleasure.
Pandu smiled sweetly at Viara and spread out both her hands.
Viara shed happy tears and ran over hugging her lover
"Abang!!!!" lirih Viara in Pandu's arms.
Viara continued to hug Pandu tightly unwilling to let go of his departure again.
Because of Viara's tight embrace, Pandu felt pain again in his shoulder and chest that was hit by a gunshot last night. Pandu let Viara cry in his chest because Pandu knew how anxious and fearful Viara was now
"Lettu" said medical personnel anxiously walking toward Pandu but his steps stopped because Pandu gave a code that he was fine
"Don't, don't take your brother away!!!" Viara insisted on the medical personnel
"But Lettu"
"Don't, you can't go!!!" Viara firmly embraced Pandu and shook her head in fear at the medical personnel
"No dear, brother will not go again anyway" said Pandu smiling and gently rubbing the back of Viara who was crying in fear in the chest of her field
"Let him calm down first" Pandu told the medical staff behind him
"Don't go hiks.adek don't want to lose my Panduku. Adek does not want brother hiks.hiks.." lirih Viara fear dikelukan Pandu
"Dear, you're not going anywhere anymore. Calm down baby, brother is home in the arms of adek now" said Pandu softly as he kissed Viara's forehead
Viara smiled sweetly at Pandu's chest and slowly closed her unconscious eyes while hugging Pandu tightly
"Sir, don't be like this dong deck. Don't make your heart break by seeing you weak like this deck" said Pandu holding Viara's body.
Pandu knows Viara's back condition is not fine because his face is often pale and quickly exhausted
"Calm Pandu, he was just shocked and unconscious because his emotions were unable to withstand the reality he had just seen" said bang Zardan patting Pandu on the shoulder
Pandu nodded his head at the Zardan bang and kissed the pale forehead of Viara who was still leaning against him.
Pandu held Viara's weak body and took her into the post to get treatment followed by the medical personnel behind her.
30 Minutes later
Viara slowly opened her eyes while holding back the dizzy sensation in her head. When she opened her eyes, Viara revealed her smile to see a blurred shadow on top of her that although it looked very hazy, Viara knew that the shadow was the shadow of her lover
"Abang" call Viara slowly
"Dear baby, what's wrong hmm?" Ask Pandu gently while gently rubbing the top of Viara's head that is still lying weakly on the sofa
Viara tried to wake up assisted Pandu and returned to embrace Pandu
"Adek misses the brother of the hyx.. Brother do not go live adek again yah hiks.. Adek does not want to lose Panduku again" said Viara again crying in Pandu's chest.
"No dear brother will not go again really" said Pandu gently rubbed the vibrating back of Viara who was flattering on his chest that was not hit by a shot
Viara gently kissed Pandu's cheeks beside her face with her position still hugging Pandu tightly. Medical personnel stepped into the room to approach Pandu who has not fully recovered
"Lettu, you must....." The words of the medical personnel were interrupted when they saw Viara who was staring intently at him
"Don't take her away from me!!!" Firmly Viara embraced Pandu's neck and stared intently at the medical team
"No deck, brother will not be taken with him. Brother will only be treated with his wounds as he is" Pandu said gently trying to calm Viara
"Absuppressed?" Viara asked staring at Pandu
"Lady, last night Lettu Pandu was shot in the chest for attacking the enemy" the woman's medical officer explained
"The wound has not fully recovered, miss, so it must be re-treated" the medical officer said.
Viara shed tears and gently touched the uniformly covered chest of Pandu
"Let me treat Lettu" said the medic rushing to open his equipment
"Don't be mbak, my medicine is already here anyway" Pandu said gently and smiled at Viara
"Adek treat the wound well bang" Pinta Viara embraced Pandu with a smile.
Viara advanced her hand and slowly opened the Pandu uniform. After opening Pandu's uniform, Viara shed a tear looking at the already discolored bandage over Pandu's left chest and shoulders. When Viara's hand had opened the bandage, Viara's heart was again sliced bitterly at the sight of two gunshot wounds that still spewed fresh blood on Pandu's chest
Viara picked up the cotton and began to clean the droplets of blood flowing out from the wound. When Viara gave the medicine in the wound, Viara shed tears hearing Pandu's small ringing. Viara advanced her hand and gently rubbed Pandu's cheek
"Definitely hurt yah bang" said Viara glazed over while gently rubbing Pandu's cheeks
"It hurts more to see you crying over me when I don't fulfill my promise to go back into your arms" Gentle Pandu said as she wiped the tears on Viara's cheeks.
Viara touched the hand of Pandu who cupped both cheeks and re-hugged Pandu
"Imacute already home and back into the arms adek yah bang hyks... I have fulfilled your promise. Never go again yah bang, adek do not want to lose my Panduku again. Adek affectionate brother" said Viara crying as he kissed Pandu cheek
"Dear dear, brother also love equally adek. Keep holding this hand forever well deck" Pandu said to Viara while smiling.
Viara smiled sweetly at the handsome man she loved and went back to treating his wounds
"Behold, O woman of my choice, though I am far away and my life is in the rifle, but this love of heart is for you only. I love my homeland, but I'm also an ordinary human being who sincerely loves you. I won't falter with longing stabs and love pricks because I'm a tough fighter. I will try to stay home in every assignment even though I know the risk of life and death I have to accept. I'll try to keep breathing and get back in your arms. I'll protect the woman I'm with because I love you always even if my life is at stake.
