CHAPTER 56. Shot by a bullet
At 2:45 in the morning

There was a big bang and a deafening ear until Viara and her friends woke up from their sleep
"What's this about? Where'd that blow up?" Ask Syifa worried

While in the village next door, the soldiers and security forces are securing 2 groups of citizens who attack each other. Arriving in front of the terrace, Viara was stunned to see one of the soldiers who were stretchered in front of it, immediately a clear circle escaped from his eyes seeing the face of the officer he loved was very pale and full of blood

In the truck, Viara unceasingly drops tears at the face of her lover who seems to be not drained of blood anymore. Viara cries in the back of the truck to make room for the medical personnel who are doing first aid on Pandu
"The eggs were successfully removed, but the patient lacked a lot of blood" said one of the medical personnel
"After arriving at the hospital, we will immediately take further action on the patient. Hopefully the patient can still survive after getting first aid" said medical personnel immediately contact the hospital.
Viara walked up to Pandu's gurney and looked at Pandu with tears. Viara clasped Pandu's hand and stroked his forehead gently
"Wake up, don't fall asleep like this. There is a heart that longs for your smiles and happy laughs. Hold on and keep breathing. You're the strongest man I've ever known, that's why I'm proud to be your sweetheart. Quickly get up, I will always wait for you to wake up again" Viara kissed Pandu's forehead lovingly and fixed the blanket that covered Pandu's body.
Viara gently rubbed the blood flowing from the corner of Pandu's lips and fused her forehead with her lover's forehead.
The medics who had heard and seen Viara's actions just looked at each other and threw a smile. They were also moved to see Viara who was still faithful to hold hands and rub the face of Pandu who was still faithful to close his eyes.

"Hurry to patient!!" Shouted one of the medical personnel because Pandu experienced shortness of breath. Viara stepped back and let the medical personnel who will do the handling on Pandu.
"How is this doctor, patients still experience tightness even though they have been paired with a breathing apparatus" worried one of the medical personnel
"His pulse is also getting weaker with each second. The journey to the city is still 4 kilometers away"
"Looks like the patient can't survive" said one of the medical personnel sighing harshly
Viara's tears spilled back down her cheeks hearing the words of the medical personnel
"Do your best for him doctor, hyks..DO IT!!!!" Shouted Viara gripping the collar of the doctor's suit with teary eyes
"Calm down, lady, we understand your anxiety. Pray for the patient to be well" said the Doctor, helping Viara sit next to Pandu's gurney.
Viara clasped the hand of the guide and cried as she shook her hand
"Hold down, don't leave your own adak. Brother never promised not to make adek anxious again right, then survive bang hiks.. Do not be like this adek please" said Viara continued to cry holding the hand of Pandu.
After arriving at the hospital, Pandu was immediately dropped from the ambulance and rushed to the IGD room. Viara continued to hold Pandu's hand while running with the medics who pushed the Pandu gurney until the handrail was released from Pandu's hand.
After the door closed, Viara stepped in front of the glass to see Pandu who was getting intensive care in there
"Hold bang hiks.. Adek please" said Viara staring at Pandu in there who was still short of breath even though his eyes were closed.
"Doctor, the patient's heart stops beating!!" Said one of the panic nurses
The doctor immediately took action by touching Pandu's body with a pacemaker in his hand. Viara continued to cry while praying as she watched Pandu's body being lifted by the pacemaker that kept landing on her body
"Don't take him Rabb, don't take him from my life... Just take my life. My life is not long, please let him live. Instead take my life hiks... hyks.." wailing Viara kept crying watching from the glass.
Doctors continue to try to get Pandu's heart back to pump blood, already 5 times the tool landed in the body of Pandu but the ECG screen still shows a straight line.
Viara wiped her tears and stared at Pandu's face from behind the glass
"Wake up baby, don't fall asleep like this. I know you don't like it when I see me crying, so I'll wipe away these tears so you can see me again. Don't leave me alone, don't you want to live and age with me? Didn't you promise to marry me after your duties in the village are over? Keep your promise, baby. Wake up, I miss the look in your eyes with me, I miss your smile and your happy laugh in my arms. Wake up my Panduku, my love is only for you. As you would want me to be a mother to your children, I happily and proudly say, I am ready. Wake up and welcome your happy day with me" Viara wiped her tears and smiled sweetly at Pandu
The doctor again landed a pacemaker on Pandu's body the seventh time. When the device was pulled again by the doctor, the doctor finally breathed a sigh of relief because Pandu's body was breathing again and his heart was back to function
"Alhamdulillah" The doctors were relieved to see the ECG screen showing a crooked line
Viara shed her tears of joy and bowed in gratitude to the Creator who answered her prayer
"Thank you, Lord, thank you for giving it back to me. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to live with him again. Praise be to You only" said Viara happily and immediately rose from his prostration position
"Clearly take care of the patient!!!" Said the doctor and began to take action on Pandu assisted by his colleagues.
The doctor smiled at Viara and again covered the glass wall with a cloth. Viara sits in a chair in front of the IGD room smiling at the wallpaper of her phone
"Thank you for everything, baby. Thank you for fighting for my country and fighting to get back into my arms. Get up quick, I miss you Lettu"
