Zeeta and the Wizarding World

Zeeta and the Wizarding World
Curtain Cover

The mountains erupted, the oceans raged, the sky exploded. The effect given Vanadust feels like it has run out, like a painkiller. Everything seems to have changed completely since Zeeta Alter awakened the power of the Jormungand blood spill.

The World Destruction-Bearer girl was lying on the ground with a large crystal that curved from her cheek. Mellynda created a dome to protect Zeeta who remained motionless. The girl who called herself a rival of a Princess stabbed Alter in the chest from behind the ground— forced him to wake up. "You're not going to die just this way. Take me seriously, Zeeta! Put on your rune, I don't care!"

"Basic fool!" yell Azure, "what are you saying, Melly?! You have no match for that girl!"

Hearing that, Alter grinned. "Even your partner doesn't trust you."

"Don't say much, you crybaby. Whahuh? You want to say you don't want to hurt me, as your first noble friend?"

Alter immediately gritted his teeth, then gripped the crystal from the cheek to smash it, proceeding to the crystal in his chest. He turned the crushed crystal into his possession, multiplied the number, then shot it.

Mellynda frowned. He held up the rifle in his right hand, then shot it just like that.

Alter grinned, assuming Mellynda had a very bad aim.

"Oh yeah?" Mellynda grinned. "You forgot this is a holy weapon, Zee?"

Alter gasped, whereupon he soon found the bullets that Mellynda had just shot back into his rifle casing.

"A-what's a—?"

Gerda and Danny, fellow members of Crescent Void, understood what Mellynda had just done. "That could be done to Alter...?" Danny muttered even though his body was limp.

"You don't know about this, do you? Sure oes. Even the current you will no longer be able to summon the Catastrophe Seal again. All that's left in your pocket is just where the darkness, runes, and Jormungand's powers are."

"Tsk." Alter squeaks. "It's like you have a chance to win from me!"

"Of course there is!" Mellynda started firing her rifle in succession as she ran towards Alter. Honey, none of his crystal bullets can scratch his opponent. The black-haired girl avoided him easily with agile and gleaming movements.

"Too easy!" exciting Alter.

Mellynda. He removed the rifle in his right hand, leaving only his side. Then, while still running, with a swing motion of her right hand upwards, Mellynda managed to shock Alter and all who were watching her. He created a fairly large crystal wave, a diagonally crashing wave. Alter was almost severely injured by his sharpness by jumping back in the final moments. However, Mellynda had expected it. With space under his own magic, he skates with his back and shoots Alter from zero.

'UP!!'

Four crystal bullets pierced Alter's chest, Mellynda doing a rear roll motion to immediately run. He ended the act by flicking his hair back. "You've never fought me one-on-one. There's no way you know what I can do with my magic right now."

"You just punched me with your crystal bullet again. Magic like this where mung—"

'DEG!!'

Alter. He felt something from the hole where the Mellynda crystal was lodged. "GAAAAHHHH!!!!" he suddenly screamed in pain. "What?! What do you put in your magic, you bastard?!"

Mellynda grins. "You don't remember? Your own magic."

"That time...?!" Alter remembered it, as Mellynda absorbed the magic that had been taken from her.

"You yourself— no, Zeeta here's who told us, to always remember what these holy weapons are and what they're forged from."

Alter seemed to be aware of something.

"Yes, that's right. Spirit Yggdrasil. This holy weapon can absorb the opponent's power and reverse it to twice or even eight times more powerful.

"Their strength is the worst for you right now. How ironic."

"Suck...!" alter's eyes turned red, his forehead was veined.

"No-no. Let's talk quietly." Mellynda melted the previous crystal wave mark, and entangled Alter's feet with it. Of course, Alter was increasingly screaming in pain.

"Great...!" Azure muttering.

"Yes, he's really great" said Gerda. "Absorbing and reversing an opponent's attack is not at all easy. Similar to when you have to keep your balance while doing*highlining. You can die anytime."

"That's right." Danny responded. "We Crescent Void decided not to actually wear it if the enemy was not so threatening. The level of difficulty also varies depending on how much mana the opponent poured on his magic."

"...." - ".Azure stunned. He had no idea the Crescent Void exercise was that dangerous. "Then did you know he could control his crystal that well?"

Danny and Gerda looked at each other. "No."

"Eh? Then who was he training with all this time so that it could be that great?"

"Honestly we don't know" Danny answered. "So-so, Mellynda's pride as a noble is very high. Whenever he was training, we knew he was trying to do a lot with his magic, but he was never serious. He only wanted to be serious when it came time to fight Zeeta. Maybe he's training with his dad."

"Mellynda...." Azure looked anxiously at the name owner who was walking slowly towards Alter.

......................

[In the meantime, in the former Cremlyn labyrinth in Aurora.].

A wide variety of magical creatures and races were there. They all held each other's shoulders, while the front one held a crystal that became their mainstay barrier magic core. Not only from the Giant and Dragon, but Half Elves, Slime, Minos, Dwarves, magic creatures created by Alicia, of course also from Elves, were all present there.

"Hey, Fairy Queen! What exactly is going to happen until you collect everything in this kingdom donate its mana to that crystal?!" Axel, who was both there.

"You'll understand for yourself later! Don't hesitate and ask questions, just do it before it's too late!" jerit Nadeja.

Alicia who stood at the very front, as fellow Aurora, felt what was happening outside. What happened to nature. "I leave my daughter to you, Crescent Void...." It's entrenched.

"Reina! What's there ready?!" Nadeja doesn't use her telepathy.

.

.

.

.

Reina was in Grandtopia with the magical beasts living there. "Yes! They're ready!"

The Elf girl sat in the middle of the animals lined up in a circle. They all sat like him, as if they really understood what Nadeja was going to do.

"Chronos has shown absolutely no word on this....

"About how Nadeja suddenly told me to Grandtopia to tell these animals to 'prepare'.

"However, I can guess it from what I saw before, when Ragnarok had not happened. When Aria and Ozy scold Zeeta who came alone here, the girl seemed to talk about something important....

"Something we can't understand, but we can guess what that means.

"....

"The world will experience its change. Very big change— destruction. In order to truly survive it, before the world that Zeeta wants is present, this is necessary.

"The world that magical creatures can live in without having to rely on nature is just a dream in the middle of the ocean. Impossible. However, if Yggdrasil is able to make it happen until all this has to be done, then...."

......................

"You are a stupid girl!

"You did all this just because you couldn't forgive yourself for failing to keep your promises to your precious friends and people!

"What's? You want to say you've been betrayed?

"Since you are a foolish girl, then I will represent myself who failed to say this firmly to you!

"We don't want to continue to lead you into the abyss of despair! We were all wrong for not being able to stand side by side with you! We're not trying to understand what you're feeling!

"But!

"But I believe that I, Gerda, Danny, Novalius, Colette, and Marcus... Azure sister, father, and your mother....

"And the most important Luna!

"We all know about your suffering!"

Although his body was dilapidated, Alter could still hear clearly the screams that forced him to keep looking at the eyes that were pouring tears.

"Reaffirm to me right now, Zeeta!

"When we in your world cast their magic on you, did they say a word that blamed you?!

"Those who blame you are the walls that we all failed to cross and that has already overwhelmed us all!"

Alter remembered. Only fragments could he remember, but they were....

"Sorry...! Forgive us... Zee..!"'s...!"

.

.

.

.

"Gaaargghhh!" Alter threw Mellynda with a purple wave from her body. "WHAT DOES APOLOGY MEAN WHEN YOU CAN'T SAVE ME?!

"WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE SORRY WHEN YOU'VE FORCED ME TO DROWN IN DESPAIR BECAUSE OF THE MANY I HAVE FAILED TO PROTECT?!

"GODDINGS...!

"SISTER AZURE...!

"MY COUSINS...!

"FATHER AND MOTHER DIED BECAUSE OF ME!

"DON'T KIDDING ME, MELLY! YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ME!"

Mellynda was surprised by what Alter had called. Because of the previous blow, his nose and lips were bleeding. He immediately rubbed it and then bulged his teeth. As he walked, he saw Alter's body slowly regenerating.

"I am your rival! I fight to be by your side with pride! I kept chasing after the back that didn't turn it on me at all, but I believed she would definitely depend on me!

"Why didn't you do that?!"

They fought each other magic from each other's blows. An impact so devastating hit the five spectators who could not move. The ground turned like a bowl badly cracked.

"Where can I do that when my mind only thinks about the safety of the world! I want you guys who are precious to me to smile even though my life is the bet!"

'BWHAKK!'

Alter landed a punch on his opponent's left cheek.

"And that's what I hated about you a long time ago!"

'DHUWAGG!!'

Mellynda who lost her balance rested on the ground with the ground and kicked Alter in the head. He stood up again and Alter was back on the ground. "You do not care about us who love you and consider your life the price you deserve to redeem your obligations!

"Cheeta!"

Mellynda looked up at the head.

"I know you can hear this, but if you die after this, I'll never forgive you! It won't! You still owe me a match practice! I'm your rival!"

Alter didn't do anything. He was deep in his mind. Shortly after, he stood up.

"There will be no happy ending for you."

Mellynda witnessed for herself what Alter's smile was like. He immediately felt a bad feeling.

"Running away from there! Go back to Aurora! Hurry along!"

Mellynda heard the telepathy from Nadeja. Without the slightest hesitation, he flipped the body three hundred and sixty degrees. Along with the footstroke in order for himself to be bounced away by the crystal magic, it also happened to Gerda and the others.

"RAAAAAHHHHH!!" Alter screamed loudly. Nature is getting worse. There is no longer a safe place on Earth. Many of them have been swallowed by lava, underwater ravines, and so on.

"What...?! What will Alter do...?! Is Zeeta going to be okay?!" as Mellynda sat him down, he suddenly saw four shadows defying him. "Don't they...?"

......................

Zeeta came out of the crystal dome. Her hair was no longer silver. Along with her exit, slowly the moon turned blood red. He walked towards Alter, relaxed. When he looked into the pit, he saw Alter being sprawled with breath so breathless.

"Looks like your rivals beat you, yeah." Zeeta says.

"He's also your rival. Don't talk anymore. This hurts amazing. Finish immediately. I admit my defeat."

Zeeta smile. "We're really the same people, yeah." As Zeeta touched Alter, his body slowly disappeared like black dust.

A little while later, the two Yggdrasil Seeds came along with his Spirit. When he arrives, without saying anything, Hitomi immediately slaps Zeeta.

Yet....

How surprised Hitomi was when her hand landed on Zeeta's cheek, it was translucent. Zeeta's body is like a glowing paper that can fuse itself.

"A-a-a-what happened to you?!"

Zeeta smiled wryly. "sorry. It should be like this." He glanced at the two Yggdrasil Spirits flanking him.

The two containers glared at them, where the two Spirits could only look away.

"There's no time anymore." Zeeta's voice immediately melted the emotions of the two. "Give the rest to you, yeah!"

Seeing the sincere smile of a Zeeta in her last moments, forced the two Yggdrasil Seeds to shed tears.

"Damn!" grouse Klutzie. He didn't care if his tears fell so hard.

Hitomi bit her lip and tried not to shed more tears.

"Ah, before that...." Zeeta looks at Xennaville and Siren. "I have a last request."
