Zeeta and the Wizarding World

Zeeta and the Wizarding World
Emergency Family Meeting 2

"I have to go to the Nebula kingdom!"

The sentence that was anchored from Zeeta's mouth, made both her parents glare unexpectedly.

"Ne-nebel?" ask Alicia.

"You... lest-don't... on that little Prince—?!" Hazell had been so bad to think first. Alicia and Zeeta stare silently at him.

"Darling, what are you thinking? There's no time for him to think about or even get to know that, is there?" ask Alicia.

"Hmm? What do you mean?" ask Zeeta. He does not understand both at all.

"A-aaah. Mercifully.... Huuh~" Hazell wiped the sweat off her forehead.

Alicia and Hazell were again seated on the throne, while Zeeta stood before them, after a hug that ended with a hint of awkwardness.

"So, why is it suddenly like this? Isn't Nebula no longer inhabited?" ask Alicia.

"On that matter, I must invite the Prince first and then return to talk with you. But for sure, my purpose there has to do with us, as the Yggdrasil Seed."

Alicia feels Zeeta's goal will end in tension. "Before that, you have to tell us first, why can't we feel your mana at all?" alicia asked, "how do we know if you're okay or not?"

Zeeta nodded. "Uhm. I'll tell you."

Zeeta then begins to talk about her training with the Elves and Ozy, leaving no details behind. He even told me about whatever runes he could master.

"I knew this from Ozy, that I could tell my friends' condition back then, because I had the power of the moon. In the past, I could only feel it sometimes. However, once I started to habitually use mana nature, I could sense which particular person I was thinking of, even if the distance was like having to cross an ocean or cross a mountain."

"So-so far...?" Hazell couldn't believe hearing that.

"While it sounds great, well, it means that Mom or Lucy can do it."

Alicia held her chin. "Then Lucy is now...."

"Yes. He knows I'm home and he also knows I can use runes."

Alicia scrunched her forehead. "Why? Even though he can tell at least someone like you, how come he knows you can use runes?"

"On that...."

"W-WHAT?!" both Hazell and Alicia were shocked. Sweats fell from their temples.

"That's right, Zee!" squeal Alicia.

"Uhm. I also know that Lucy's real name is Marianna Aurora. An Elf there, Aria, told me everything. His son, Hugo, is still alive. There's a connection between Grandtopia and Lucy, and you can probably guess."

"I never thought this was!" exclaimed Alicia, "mother—your grandmother always said that the incident 250 years ago this—incident involving Lucy—is just a taboo accident for the royal family. He also always forbade me from digging further about this....

"If this is the case, how can I let you deal with a problem like this! It's my mom who should—"

"No, Ma. I'm the one who has to finish it. It was the will that charged him that made him like this. I'm not saying that I was completely wrong, but I was the center of why Lucy was like that.

"In spite of that, I still don't know what to finish with him. I don't know what answer I can give you to overcome this. Honestly, before I got out of Grandtopia, I was scared.

"I'm afraid that everything he says easily affects my resolve. Because ... because I .. I...." Zeeta's hand shook violently.

Alicia immediately grabbed him and stroked his head. "Enough, Son. I don't want to hear you reproach yourself. I know what you're thinking.

"Look. Even though Lucy is your ancestor, it is undeniable that she has sacrificed everything for revenge.

"Whatever he tells you, you're NOT THE SAME!

"Zeeta .... all this time .. What has Arthur taught you?

"Remember it again."

"I remember." Zeeta says it with a smile. "Oh, yeah.... It's worth it, something inside of me knows the answer I want to hear, but actually it doesn't have to be said.

"Dad, Mother, perhaps, after all this training I've been doing, I still haven't been able to deal with the problems that are holding me back at the moment. You guys—not—even the kingdom will probably be a payment if I lose.

"But, I already have a lot of strength, not only from the results of training, that strength also comes from the people around me.

"I wasn't so sure until I fought him head-on, but I guess I knew what to do with him!"

No smiling, no emotion. Zeeta confirms the answer he has got after talking to his parents. This was not something to be revealed, but both of his parents understood what he was thinking.

Hazell sighed, then said, "I understand. That means it's time for you to receive some of the power from the Levant family."

Zeeta doesn't understand. He frowned.

"HUH?! Y-you still want to make it more—" said Alicia cut off Hazell.

"No. It's just as a protection talisman. All this time, I wasn't able to do anything worthy of being called a father. But, let me protect my daughter with this power." Hazell took off her robe and crown.

Alicia smiled, while Zeeta was still stuck with what happened.

"Give me your earrings for a second" Hazell continued. Zeeta complies immediately.

"Zee, we better stay away." Alicia took Zeeta to the corner of the room.

"Yyyyyyy...." A dark red aura mixed with orange enveloped Hazell's body. Slowly but surely, the aura entered the earrings bit by bit.

"W-what's this? Mana Father was very strong, hot, and so stinging, as if he was able to burn us with just the pressure of his mana!

"But .. Even though that's how I feel, the flow is very calm. His control over mana was so precise that it made him avoid an impromptu explosion that was definitely capable of destroying this entire kingdom!

"That's great!"

"HAA!!" Hazell annoys her by forcing Alicia and Zeeta to close their eyes due to the glare of the light that comes from her aura. The two then find Zeeta's moon-marked blue earrings now orange red.

"What did you do?" ask Zeeta, who reattached her earrings. Zeeta thinks something will happen if he puts it up again, but that hope is soon dashed.

"Just calm! It's just a father's protection on his daughter! In this way, whenever you go to Nebula, or meet Lucy, I'll protect you!" a dazzling and warming smile from her father knocks on Zeeta's door and manages to envelop her.

"Uhm! Thank you, Dad!" Zeeta hugged her father tightly.

His parents stared at each other, responding to Zeeta's actions. "Alright, Zee. We'll wait here. Go find Prince Klutzie and talk to us about why you want to go there" Alicia replied.

Zeeta took off her arms. "Uhm!" I went du—

"E-ehem ahem. With this, I'm sorry, Your Majesty."

After giving a noble salute, Zeeta immediately headed to the place where Klutzie was.

"Basic.... You can stop by the village of Lazuli first, you know!" Alicia smiled in response to the awkwardness of her son. He then glanced at Hazell. "Huumm.... Infusing the Spirit of Fire Ifrit, yes...."

"W-what? What's wrong?!" Hazell blushes red.

"No, I just can't figure out how overprotective you are, beyond my worries as her mother."

"Te-of course! He is our proudest, most beloved, and most beautiful child in the world! I can't let him wander without a father's protection!

"More .. I can't leave you alone here either...."

Alicia grinning. "Hehe."

"Thank you, honey. I love you."
