Zeeta and the Wizarding World

Zeeta and the Wizarding World
Secrets of Fyrriheim, An Extreme World

Fyrriheim, old world.... Here, Zeeta is being led by her grandmother, Scarlet, to the Land of Death. When he got there with a teleportation technique he didn't know at all, all Zeeta saw was a thick fog, a quiet, cold atmosphere, and dead trees. Some locations were inundated, but he could not see much more thanks to the fog that completely disrupted the vision.

"Ne... Grandma...? Ke... Why are we going to a place like this...?" ask Zeeta. He hugged Scarlet's right arm.

"What's wrong with you? Why are you so scared just because of a place like this?" ask Scarlet.

"Ta-fear...?! Nah! Absolutely not! I'm not scared!" he tightened his embrace. Not long after, he found that behind the thick fog, a light like that of an eye appeared in every place, in every corner of his eye. That made him more creepy. Never in his life did he feel or see anything like this.

"He... hey... answer me... why do we go to—" Zeeta is so wide. A firm hug on his grandmother's arm, now no longer hugging anything. "Miss?! Granny Scarlet...?!" panic and a tightening heartbeat made him sweat. "Ih...why is he missing, anyway...? Where is this? Why was I left alone...?" tears were visible from his left eye. "I don't like this...." He crouched down and curled up.

"Suddenly dead, suddenly saw four mysterious creatures, suddenly saw Ifrit, suddenly into the past world, met grandma, and now...?

"I'm in the Land of the Dead...?

"Moh ... What really happened to me?!

"Sarlet's grandmother also suddenly disappeared like fog alone! I hugged her tight so as not to run away!"

.

.

.

.

"Hm?! May it be that my grandmother is just a ghost?! She's gone when she gets here, right...?"

.

.

.

.

"...."

"Aaaaagghh...!" Zeeta ruffled her hair. "I must get out of this world immediately...! They are. they are...."

After complaining about this and that, from the left corner of Zeeta's eye, he saw a blue butterfly dropping the same colored grains from its flaps. The butterfly flew straight to his head.

"W-WHAT...?!

"What do you want?!" Zeeta crossed her arms in front of her face. But then, the butterfly shone blue, then twirled Zeeta's body, and was completed by flapping her wings back to the front of Zeeta.

"Oh....

"You... want me to follow you? W-Well, it's better that way than here linger...." Zeeta wakes up and follows where the butterfly leads her. But at that very moment, he felt that those glowing views were really glaring at where they were going.

......................

Zeeta's journey with the blue butterfly seems to have lasted quite a long time. Although he did not know how long it had been, with the foggy conditions and did not stop walking at all, making him feel so. The glowing spy was no longer feared by Zeeta. Because wherever he went, the spy always glared at him. But still, he still did not know what exactly there was a whole form of spy there.

Some time later, Zeeta feels that the butterfly is indeed leading her down a path without any fog. Far in front of him, he saw a vast but dry land that caused a rift.

"If you can talk, I want to know what this place really is.... If this is called the Land of Death, is my grandmother actually dead...? I'm really confused..," muttered Zeeta. He walked while looking down. At that time, he realized the fog that should be thinning, it was getting thicker again. "Eh?!" Zeeta reflexively stopped her steps then looked ahead. "EEEHH...?! Wh-what is that?!" his inner. He even sat on the spot.

A silhouette holding a green lantern covered in mist witnessed by Zeeta. Shortly after, another silhouette appeared following him. Plagued with feelings of panic and fear, Zeeta let out a little scream, "A-what's that...?! Don't tell me that....

"GHOSTS?!"

Zeeta tries to close her eyes with her fingers.

.

.

.

.

"That sound?!"

"Eh?! Grandma?!" Zeeta was surprised, immediately keeping the fingers away from the eyes.

The silhouette behind the person holding the lantern immediately seized his lantern and approached Zeeta. "God! Why did you take your hand off me, you stupid grandson?!" scarlet asked, the identity of his silhouette.

"YES?! Isn't it Grandma who suddenly disappeared?! Where could I have taken off that arm hug while I was taku—ehem....

"One of the Grannies who doesn't keep an eye on his grandchildren!"

Zeeta's on her waist.

"Basic stupid! This is the Land of Death! It's a miracle you weren't pulled into the Valley of Souls by the Flakkas!" Scarlet immediately grabbed her grandson.

"Eh? Death Valley...? A-a... What else is that...?"

The silhouette behind them revealed itself, it was a silhouette holding a lantern. "The "Soul Valley is the valley where the magical beings, Humans, and other dead races reside. They would traverse the Land of Death before finally returning to mana through that valley."

The figure of a large downward-nosed man, who had a pustule in the corner of his nose, robed in black, holding a wooden stick, and was already aged at dusk, suddenly answered Zeeta's question.

"Agdh...!" Zeeta ruffled her hair again. "I really don't understand what's going on!"

"Tell me, Young Girl, how did you get here alone?" ask the guy, "ah, I'm sorry. My name is Galkrie. I am the guardian of the Land of Death. My job is to observe all the dead souls in the world and deliver them to the Valley of Souls with the help of the Flakkas.

"Land of Death is not a place where a Man lives—lik soul like you—can casually walk. You're supposed to experience a terrible thing or two, like losing a limb that leads to death...."

"Well?!" Zeeta immediately made goosebumps. A contradictory word from Galkrie about her own condition went unnoticed, so afraid of her.

"Flakka is a resident of this place. They won't let anyone alive cross the— let kukoreksi— set foot here.

"In short, life is taboo here. That's why you got separated all of a sudden with Scarlet."

"Ah.. deservedly there are so many spies glaring at me! You don't know how many... kut...?

"Ehh...?

"If this is such a dangerous place.why can Grandma and I...?"

"Indeed, what is different about this place from what I was before? All I see is fog and dead trees...."

"Ah, this is my territory. Flakka knows I'm the Guard here, so they won't interfere or even come near me.

"You better go in and rest your body without that mana. I'm amazed you can stay up and cheerful like this in such conditions." Galkrie spins the body, guiding the way for Scarlet and Zeeta.

Zeeta was pensive when she heard Galkrie's words. He knows what happened, but he doesn't want to say it yet. He also became aware of the contradictions Galkrie said about him.

......................

Galkrie guided the two royal nobles near the pond. The pool is unique, unlike the conditions around it. The water there is clear, without removing the slightest dirt. Unlike other pools whose water is concentrated and used for other "necessities.

"This water is safe for you to drink. After that, I'll tell you why Scarlet is still intact—if the person doesn't mind." Galkrie glanced at Scarlet.

"Tell me the truth" Scarlet replied. He crossed his hands.

"Uhm. I accept your generous offer, Grandpa Galkrie." Zeeta lowered her half body, then took the water with both hands like a bowl. In response to Zeeta's behavior, Galkrie smiled. After Zeeta drinks, Galkrie starts telling her what happened to Scarlet.

"Fourteen years ago, I found a magic circle that just appeared on the ground where you met Scarlet. I saw his coming from the Pool of Clairvoyants monitoring the souls of the living. So you can understand, come with me."

Galkrie followed Zeeta towards one of the blue watering pools. Zeeta saw yellowish-white flicks. When Galkrie touched one of the flicks with his wand, it was seen who became the identity of the flick.

"Ah, he, right...." Zeeta is familiar with who she sees.

"Yes, that's right. He is Sigurd, the Giant you saw before. This is how I found Scarlet. A flick just appeared. I thought it was the new soul of a fetus from a creature, but I was wrong."

"Uhm. I-i understand. Then...?"

"Scarlet, tell me what you're trying to do to make that magic circle."

Scarletpun replaces the role of Galkrie speaking. "I wanted to go back in time after learning there was a book in the basement of the palace that contained about many unknown things in my time.

"Zeeta, you must know there's only one Giant in the world called Ozy, right?"

"Uhm. What does that have to do with you?"

"Listen, son, when Yggdrasil broke his body into Spirit fragments, there was also something else that happened back then.

"If Yggdrasil is lost without giving balance to the world, when thought out in outline, it is, then the Humans who live after that incident will only be the victims of the wrong target of the magic creatures and other races.

"From the book I read, it turns out that when Yggdrasil becomes a Spirit, Yggdrasil creates four dimensions of the world for beings who should be able to balance the world in one place."

"SO THIS WORLD IS NOT JUST ONE?!" Zeeta was surprised.

"Yes. We have the Drekaheim, the world of the Dragons; Jotunnheim, the world of the Giants; Fyrriheim, the world of the past, and the world we live in, Galdurheim.

"In the book, Fyrriheim is a world where all the important events of the past that resulted in the present world can be born.

"This past world form will change if the world is now—the world you are from today— underwent a huge change. An example is you who is currently starting to learn what is going on.

"I'm not saying one of your actions will change Fyrriheim, but what I'm saying here is your decision to Yggdrasil.

"My base wants to go back to the past, is to stop—not....

"At least I can figure out the reason why Fairy Queen Feline can predict you destroying the world.

.

.

.

.

Zeeta speaks a thousand languages. He clutched both his hands.

"But therein lies Scarlet's fault." Galkrie replaces Scarlet. "While it is called the unchanging past, it is the world where Yggdrasil still exists. We live in peace without division.

"Therefore, if the Scarlet—Human of Galdurheim were to interfere in life here, the balance of Fyrriheim would collapse, resulting in the failure of the possibility that Yggdrasil could grow once again.

"He didn't read any further with either of your hereditary books."

Zeeta stared blankly at Galkrie from her words just now. "Heh?! Book hereditary?!" he also blinked his eyes twice, feeling misheard.

"I thought you didn't know it either. That problem let me tell you later.

"But for sure, Scarlet was trapped here without being able to reopen the portal that had summoned her to this world.

"The only safe place for him to stay alive is as my assistant, to be the Soul Reaper of a creature who is at his end, with me. This doesn't count as interfering because he's a fellow Aurora, he also follows the rules of this world, nor has he ever interacted with any other creature."

"Eh? Eh? I-I want to know how Grandma can do that unnoticed, nor does it count as meddling?" ask Zeeta.

"No. The way it works is the same as I've shown you." Galkrie pointed to a pond behind the watery red and flicked blue. "If the flick is black, then Scarlet just needs to touch it. I am the one who will lead the soul that has left its body to the Valley of Souls."

"I understand now. Grandma Scarlet, you don't have to worry about the Fairy Queen Feline anymore. He—"

"PSS!" Scarlet shut Zeeta's mouth. "Don't tell me anything that happened there, in a place like this! You'll be trapped as well as sepe—"

"No, I think she'll be fine," Galkrie said, "This young lady has already gained the protection of the Ancient Spirit Ifrit. Even if he intervenes in this world, I doubt he'll be trapped."

"No, Grandpa Galkrie, I have no intention of doing anything here, except...

"I met four little winged and glowing creatures. They told me to look at what's happening in this world, and then leave the decision to me. Does Grandpa know who they are?"

Galkrie smiled wryly. "Well, the world has gone that far....

"Yes, of course I know.

"They are Seele. Spirits that lower and make the moon shards into earrings that you wear. If Seele leads you to Fyrriheim, then you must finish what they asked for.

"Seele has always seen the struggles of each of the moon's power owners. If Spirit is like them, plus Ifrit opens the way for you here, that means you are the key to the events so far.

"Young Girl, what's your name?"

"I'm Zeeta. Zeeta Aurora XXI."

"Sheeta...." Galkrie. "I'm just ordering one for you. Be the owner of the power of the moon that you will never regret!"
