262. Meet Vein
The carriage carrying Hanako and a man inside it now entered a palace that resembled a large and tall stone cave. It was called a palace because that was how the people who stood up to welcome it said.
“ Welcome to the palace of my Lord King and empress.” said two guards while bowing his body.
The man beside Hanako nodded his head and the carriage moved again. While Iyaz and Izar seemed surprised when they heard the title of empress addressed to Hanako.
“ Empress..., how did Mas Pandu's reaction pas tau his beloved wife was made empress in the occult kingdom yes...,” muttered Izar with a nosy smile.
“ Must have been a mosquito..,” said Iyaz quickly to make Izar almost laugh.
However, Deheman Hanako and his sharp gaze managed to resuscitate Izar. Apparently at that time Hanako was conscious and unaffected by the demon. Even Hanako recognized Iyaz and Izar as her cousins and was planning something to escape from the place.
A moment later the train stopped and both passengers got off. Hanako looked around carefully. Seeing the palace building which is only in the form of rocks makes Hanako pessimistic will be able to escape from that place.
Hanako secretly glanced over the carriage to confirm the condition of her two cousins. Iyaz and Izar gave their thumbs a sign that they were safe on the carriage moving away.
The king stepped first followed Hanako. When passing through the ranks of Hanako's bodyguards look shudder because their faces no longer resemble humans but more like lizards. Hanako swallowed her saliva with difficulty imagining how their lives were in that place.
The king sat on the throne while Hanako sat on a stone chair not far from the King. Then the King gave
and two guards entered with one prisoner.
“ What's the error..?” ask the King.
“ He is late in handing over the tumbal Tuanku..” sahut the bodyguard.
“ Whip a thousand times, cut off his hand for my pet food and send him up the hill to lift the stone.
Hearing the king's words made Hanako surprised especially the prisoner.
“ Basic bod*h, if you do not have hands how to lift a stone. The devil is cruel..,” Inner Hanako while looking towards the king.
Hanako was surprised to see the details of the king's face which turned out to have a flat oval-shaped head like a lizard head with a human body like himself. The king's eyes were yellow, with his nose only two holes and the entire surface of his skin thickened.
Hanako saw that everyone in the palace had yellow eyes just like the king. Shortly afterwards, two guards brought a prisoner. This time Hanako even jumped from her seat when she recognized the captives being brought before the king.
“ Aunt Vena, how come she's here. Pantesan just wanted everywhere you meet, apparently already caught the same caretaker anyway...,” Inner Hanako while staring at the sticky Vena.
“ What is my Empress, do you recognize the captive..?” the king asked while looking at Hanako.

Vena looked up and was surprised to see Hanako at the king's side.

During this time Vena has ambitions to be a companion of the king. Veins want to have unlimited power equal
with the king to rule the world. Therefore Vena always gives the best tumbal to the king even more than it should be. Vein hoped to attract the king's attention. But unfortunately what Vena did meant nothing to the king and it was evident by Hanako's presence at the king's side.
“ What's the error..?” the king asked his two guards.
“ He infiltrated in with a man he claimed to be my Master's lover.” said the bodyguard.
" But I brought it in out of my Lord's desperation" said Vena trying to explain.
“ A man, bring it here..!” the king's orders.
“ Good Master...,” said one of the guards.
Shortly after, two bodyguards entered while pulling a man whose body was almost swallowed and covered in blood. Apparently the man had just suffered torture from following Vein into the supernatural realm. The man who was none other than Vincent was seriously injured as a result of being whipped by the executioners who arrested him.
“ Who is he..?” ask the king while looking closely at Vincent.
“ He's nobody my lord. He's just a lackey that I made a tool to satisfy my desires..,” said quick Vein.
Vena's words made Vincent both surprised and angry. How could the woman who had drunk him now refuse his presence and his services all this time.
“ Sia*an You Vena\, basic female ja*ang. After what I did for you\, this is how you retaliated
my kindness...?!” ask Vincent to be angry.
“ What do you mean Vincent. I have paid for all your kindness with my body. So all break even and I don't owe anything to you..” said Vena while looking.
“ What you're doing isn't how much Vein. You're also enjoying our hot romance. So we are both lucky isn't it.?” asked Vincent with a meaningful smile to make Vena ashamed.
“ Shut the fuck up Vincent. I'm not a cheap woman..!” vena said riled.
The Vena and Vincent debate continues. No one broke up. Each one insisted on his opinion and no one would budge. Hanako who also heard directly the content of the Vena and Vincent debate seemed uncomfortable. Several times Hanako turned her gaze to another direction hoping that the fight was over quickly.
Seeing Hanako's discomfort made the king stop the debate.
“ Stop !. You're just two shameless people telling your own disgrace. You trash...,” maki the king with anger.
Vena and Vincent were silent. When the king imposes the sentence on Vincent, Vena is shocked. How not, Vincent was sentenced by way of being dragged by a carriage. Vena still has to undergo a follow-up hearing and be returned to prison.
“ Drag him by car for one day. If he is still alive after serving his sentence, throw him into the field to work. If he dies after serving his sentence, throw him in my pet's cage for dinner.” the king said calmly.
“ How about this captive My lord..?” ask the guard.
“ Return him to the dungeon..,” said the king while staring intently at Vena.
Vincent screamed loudly as his body was dragged away from the presence of the king and his queen. Vena tried to beg the king for mercy.
“ Please forgive this despicable piece of my life My Lord. I promise I won't make any more mistakes..,” pinta Vena shrivelled.
“ Go. Let me think of a punishment worthy of you later.” said the king reluctantly.
After saying that, the king got up from his seat and prepared to step away from the place followed by Hanako. Seeing Hanako following the king, the blood within Vein boiled. Veins were burned by the flames of jealousy and tried to escape the clutches of the king's two guards.
Then violently Vena attacked Hanako as Hanako flashed before her. The atmosphere became chaotic due to Vena's fight with Hanako. From the fight at a glance it can be ascertained if Vena is the winner.
