...L.O.S.E 51 - Xue Clan conflict...

The chaos in the Thousand Ice Mountains subsided at sunrise. The fierce battle between Shu En and Long Wang left much damage around the Thousand Ice Mountain Range.

As the cultivators of the Thousand Ice Mountain searched for Shu En's whereabouts, they all did not find the figure of the young man who had saved Xue Xiaoya's life.

Cao Jin and Wu Tian's late arrival explained everything to Xue Jian. Xue Jian's reaction was complicated when he found out that Shu En was still a sixteen-year-old young man.

“So you didn't see it, Senior Xue? Young Master is still alive, I am very sure of that. He couldn't have died before fulfilling his ambition.” Cao Jin chose to believe even though the hope was so small.

Wu Tian himself did not expect himself to not dwell at all in front of Long Wang. If there was anyone who could save the Yang Empire from the harshness of the world of cultivators then that person was Shu En.

“There is only one thing we can do, Brother Cao. We must continue the young man's desire to establish cooperation with the Ancient Clan of Xue.” Wu Tian also steadied his pace to negotiate with Xue Jian.

It seemed that Xue Jian did not accept the kindly wishes of Cao Jin and Wu Tian. Although the three of them could be said to have a close relationship, but meddling in this big matter made Xue Jian think twice.

“I don't mean to offend, but will the Ancient Clan of Xue only be hiding in the Thousand Ice Mountains when we are busy fighting with the people who have poisoned you guys?!” Cao Jin reminded him of how dangerous the threat of Emperor Tang and the Black Dragon Path was to the Blue Moon Continent.

“Three empires standing in the Blue Moon Continent are almost completely overrun by the Black Dragon Path. The figure of the young man was a descendant of the Shu clan and the rightful owner of the throne of the Shu Empire. Only he can return this land to where it should be, you also saw it for yourself instead of Brother Xue?!” wu Tian said.

Xue Jian realized how dangerous the threat of Emperor Tang and the Black Dragon Path was, moreover, Long Wang's ability was beyond reason. However he could not allow the members of the Ancient Clan of Xue to interfere in the inter-imperial political matters.

“It's just that I can't accept both of you're requests! You guys should understand if we don't need to get involved in a political cuisine like this!” xue Jian said.

Then Cao Jin clenched his hand because it was like looking at him in the present Xue Jian.

Finally Wu Tian interceded the two and bid farewell to leave the residence of the Ancient Clan of Xue. Persuading Xue Jian would not work out because the situation in the Ancient Clan of Xue was being chaotic.

“Senior Wu, do you believe that Young Master is still alive?” Cao Jin asked Wu Tian as the two set foot leaving the residence of the Ancient Clan of Xue.

Wu Tian smiled faintly and was very confident that Shu En was still alive.

“I'm very sure if the young man is still alive! We return to Lightning Hill and wait for him there!” wu Tian said before the two of them returned to Lightning Hill.

After the departure of Cao Jin and Wu Tian, a commotion broke out in the residence of the Ancient Clan of Xue because Xue Xiaoya was as thoughtful as Cao Jin as Wu Tian.

Xue Jian tried to explain how important the survival of the members of the Ancient Clan of Xue was, but Xue Xiaoya was reluctant to live in a hideout like this so that it caused a debate with Xue Jian.

“Grandpa! What by not taking part will guarantee the safety of all of us?!” xue Xiaoya said to Xue Jian.

“You don't know anything, my granddaughter! I've seen so many deaths and you have no right to give an opinion!” Xue Jian confirmed.

“I've also seen the deaths of my friends and my parents! I would rather die on the battlefield than live in a black stain full of regrets!” Xue Xiaoya put up a fight.

“Yaya!” Xue Jian snapped loudly and made Xue Xiaoya leave the residence.

After Xue Xiaoya left, Xue Jian saw that Xue Fen was getting weaker. This situation made Xue Jian smile wryly as many members of the Ancient Clan of Xue experienced the same thing as Xue Fen.

“Bringing them all to the battlefield is like sending them all to die.” Xue Jian stroked Xue Fen's head and smiled wryly, “I cannot let that happen.”
