Cao Jin quickly shortened the distance and unleashed a Qi-filled punch at Shu En.

Shu En endured the blow and was shocked when the explosion was created from the Qi waves Cao Jin was holding.
‘He intends to kill me, but he has chosen the wrong opponent!’ Shu En sat down and observed.
Cao Jin who thought Shu En was seriously injured was startled by a shard of ice in the shape of Shu En's body that was slowly being destroyed.
“The young man tricked the Patriarch! Did he escape?!”
“Newly fighting the Patriarch with bare hands alone has already escaped especially if the Patriarch regains his weapon!”
The gathered Yellow Bamboo Forest cultivators commented on the course of the fight until Shu En finally reappeared.
“So you are not in full condition to fight, Senior Cao!”
“You are very troublesome boy!”
BOOM!!!
Both Shu En and Cao Jin's blows collide. Starting from one punch to finally the exchange of Qi-filled blows occurred. Shu En smiled widely as he looked at Cao Jin's abilities that exceeded his expectations.
Yet Shu En had yet to see Cao Jin's true abilities until the man showed even greater Qi than before.
“I won't hold back!”
Cao Jin's body was covered in blazing flames and kept Shu En at a distance. In just a matter of seconds Cao Jin had already shortened the distance and manipulated the flames around his body into a weapon.
After feeling enough to see Cao Jin's ability finally Shu En issued a cold air that matched the heat of Cao Jin's body fire.
“Are you an ice practitioner?” Cao Jin frowned because the ability Shu En unleashed only belonged to cultivators from the Thousand Ice Mountain Range.
Shu En did not reply and moved very quickly towards Cao Jin. The move was not to be followed by Cao Jin who had anticipated Shu En's counterattack.
“Not too bad.” Shu En was suddenly in front of Cao Jin and instantly moved his hand very quickly.
BOOM!!!
Cao Jin's body was hit hard. Cao Jin felt his stomach being squeezed, so that all of his entrails were as if they were going to come out of his body.
“Arrgghhh!!” All the cultivators of the Yellow Bamboo Forest were shocked when they saw Cao Jin spewing fresh blood from his mouth.
Cao Jin was sprawled after bouncing far enough due to Shu En's blow. At that moment Cao Jin realized that Shu En was still holding back, if Shu En wanted to, the young man made his stomach hollow and killed him. But Shu En is reluctant to do that because he needs her.
“Jangam says you..” Cao Jin was unable to say any further when he saw all his subordinates being sprawled for trying to attack Shu En.
“We lost a landslide. You got what you wanted young man.” Cao Jin was relieved that a highly capable person like Shu En was instead helping the Yang Empire instead of becoming an enemy.
“According to the agreement I will join you. You must remember this one thing, we joined not because we want to be involved in political affairs but rather become your subordinates.”
Shu En also answered Cao Jin's wishes while extending his hand, “I welcome all of you!”
Cao Jin shook Shu En's hand and smiled, “Create a new era for all of us, Young Master!”
“You can call me Shu En.”
“Young Master Shu En..”
On the way to the Thousand Ice Mountain Range, Shu En gained a valuable companion. That night before continuing his journey, Shu En listened to the story of the destruction of the Yellow Bamboo Forest in the hands of a mysterious cultivator.
“Up to this second I still remember how that guy killed a little boy, girl to baby though! He's not human! He sucks the blood of his victims and is immortal!” Cao Jin explained.
Shu En who heard this instantly frowned. He thought Cao Jin was exaggerating too much, but Cao Jin's terrified expression and subordinates explained everything.
“Enter, the figure that Senior Cao is referring to does not seem to be human. Is it true that the figure of the Devil exists?” Lu Shin Rui himself became curious while Shu En held his chin and recalled what he learned in the Demon World.
‘I am the container of the Demon God, I don't think Uncle Cao is lying.’.
Shu En sat in for quite a while before he finally went back to listening to Cao Jin's story of how the cultivator was.
“Our night fought non-stop, countless people died. Yet when the sun was about to rise, the cultivator left like a runaway.” It was seen Cao Jin clenching his hands tightly after speaking.
“I thought he would come back, but until now he has never shown his form again. About one year ago, we at the Yellow Bamboo Forest cultivators left were shocked by the three cultivators who discovered our existence and the three of them took my weapon.”
Cao Jin went back to tell how the figure of the three cultivators who claimed to be from the Black Dragon Road and asked us to submit to their leader figure. But Cao Jin firmly refused so that the fight ensued with the defeat of Cao Jin who lost his weapon.
Hearing that Shu En also intends to help Cao Jin to take back his weapon. It just so happened that the three people that Cao Jin meant Shu En had faced before. Ma Juan had Shu En defeated and all that remained were the two people from the Black Dragon Path.
From what Cao Jin told me, the Black Dragon Path appeared in the Thousand Ice Mountains as it targeted the heirlooms of ancient clans that were isolated from the outside world as well as the Yin Body.
“In addition they intend to strengthen their troops so as to try to subdue us. I don't know what they planned with all this, but they have all trampled our pride as a cultivator.”
There was clearly a look of anger on Cao Jin's face when he recalled the massacre a year ago and the attack by Ma Juan and his two colleagues.
“What Uncle Cao has no interest in taking back your weapon?” Shu En left after listening to Cao Jin's story.
“We will continue the journey.”
That night Cao Jin said goodbye to his subordinates to join Shu En's journey towards the Thousand Ice Mountains.
