The Goblin'S Leveling System

The Goblin'S Leveling System
Chapter 16: Cheat Abilities

"What's up?", I asked my teammates.

They looked at me with expressions that showed shock and confusion.

The dragon mountain was filled with many large stones and some mountains that had caves where some dragons lived there.

The dragons in these mountains would probably become extinct after killing most of them.

"How strong are you now?",

I asked my teammates and landed on the ground. They think for a while and call their system interface and even though they have a system, it can only show statistics and has no inventory or task functions.

They see nothing because their system cannot be shown to anyone except for themselves and it can only be seen if they allow the person to see it.

The first to answer my question was Zale.. He told me that he was level 2167 and although his level was huge, his highest stats were only 12 million and the lowest was 5 million.

They told me their level after Zale told me his level. Sophie level 1821, Mathew level 2102 and finally, Aerin level 2734.

I found that he had a 50% increase in experience gained that was why he had a higher level of them despite farming experience with them.

Even though I do not have the skills that can increase exp, I still have the system, and with the help of system tasks, I still have the system, I will be much stronger because most of my task reward is the stats absorbed from the enemies I have defeated.

With the help of the system task reward, I did not need to raise my level and I only gained a bit of stats as I leveled up.

"Have you learned a new spell? I feel like I can run a hundred miles after you cast that spell!", Zale exclaimed.

'I can't say anything about the system yet. I still don't trust them because we haven't gone through fire and water and experienced a situation of death together and not to mention we just met recently.'

'I still need to think of a faster way to earn system coins and increase the system level.'

"I found the [Restoration] skill myself. It is easier to use because we will need it when we feel tired or if we need to recover our stamina.",

I avenged my teammates while using [Restoration] and a twinkling white light shone and gushed from my hands every time I threw it.

"I feel you have too many cheats when reincarnated into this world.",

Zale said to me while feeling depressed for not having as many cheats as I have.

"Why am I unlucky?", added Zale.

Any hero summoned or reincarnated into this world would gain at least one cheat ability. Whether it was a useless cheat ability was still a cheat ability.

"Look on the bright side, we all have the ability to cheat and how about we express it so that we can increase our trust and bond with each other. After all, we have not shared any secrets so this will be the first secret we will share.keep it to ourselves.",

Sophie consoled Sale and suggested to reveal our cheating abilities. We all stared at each other for a while, waiting for each other's responses and opinions. After a minute of thought, we all agreed to reveal our cheating abilities to each other.

"I have a fraudulent ability that allows me to completely hide my presence. I can also hide in the shadows and I can even manipulate the shadows without using mana.",

Sophie was the first to reveal the ability of the cheats.

'Using magic skills without using mana was indeed great and not to mention Sophie was able to completely conceal her presence.

I'm not sure if he can hide his presence in front of the demon lord or god but we'll probably find out sooner or later.'

"My cheat abilities are a magnet of opportunity. I can draw any opportunity that is within the range of my magnetic ability odds that are at least a hundred kilometers. I can also use earth magic without using mana.",

Zale told us while calling the golem. There were three golems made of stone that were at least 14 feet tall and were at the level of 600 or so.

"My cheat ability is Universal Steal. I can steal anything and the Universal Steal distance is the entire universe.

The only side effect of using it is the accumulation of an emotion known as greed to the point where I go crazy" Mathew said .

"The more items I steal, the more greedy I become. The stronger the item I stole, the more greedy I became. My lucky status also doubled. Universal Steal can be activated without the use of mana" Mathew added.

"How about I show you my abilities so you can have an idea of how far my Universal Steal can go?", Mathew asked us.

Mathew walked around us while waiting for our response. Since we didn't answer, Mathew was getting bored so he was playing around with the air like he was holding a dagger and he kept waving his hand and after he stopped waving it, a dagger made of iron that had no charm appeared out of thin air and he threw it at the tree.

The dagger pierced through several trees before getting caught in the tree. Mathew pointed his hand towards the direction where the dagger was thrown. He clasped his hand and after opening it, the dagger he threw appeared out of thin air.

Mathew then continued to throw numerous daggers and it seemed that he kept them in inventory. The barrage of daggers moved at high speed which showed Mathew's strength as he could throw them at fast speed and long distance.

He kept throwing a lot of daggers and it was like he was a machine gun that instead of firing bullets, was, instead of firing a dagger and it seemed like he had an infinite number of daggers as he kept throwing them in the same direction and five minutes had passed by now. .

Mathew stopped throwing daggers, waving his hands and all the thrown daggers disappeared as if they were not there. When Mathew threw a lot of daggers, he kind of reminded me of the antagonist I watched from the anime. The anime antagonist has blond hair, pale white skin, wears vampire clothes, and vampires due to a stone mask and not to mention he can stop time. He also screamed

'Young, Young, Young!'

every time he throws a knife or punches his enemies. I forgot the name of the anime antagonist.

Mathew put his hand on the ground and after releasing his hand on the ground, a piece of gold ore appeared in his hand.

'This guy is too bragging about his slack ability.'

"Okay, that's enough. Now I know the capabilities of your Universal Steal ability and I must admit that it is very powerful and can be used whenever we encounter financial problems. You've earned my respect!",

I said to Mathew while patting him on the shoulder.

"I thought you said that the side effect of Universal Theft is accumulating greed but why don't you feel anything?", Zale asked Mathew.

"I didn't steal anything strong or anything valuable and even though I stole a lot of daggers, it was so weak that I didn't feel greedy despite stealing a lot."

"Can you steal one of our eleven treasures known as the Natural Magic Staff and made from the branches of the world tree?", Aerin asked Mathew.

"I can, but most likely I will feel very greedy to the point where I can go crazy and besides, I might get caught for stealing your country's treasures.", Mathew replied to Aerin.

"You don't have to worry about getting caught because if you get caught, I'll get you out of jail. You also need to control your greed so that this will be a test for you" Aerin told Mathew.

"Aerin's right! We need to help you control your greed or we won't get a stronger treasure if you go crazy every time you activate Universal Steal", Zale supported Aerin's suggestion.

'Did you steal everything you could think of? It just... GREAT!'

'We can take shortcuts to become stronger if we get stronger equipment!'

"I also agree with Aerin and Zale" I told Mathew.

"You don't have to worry about your mental health because I can use [Restoration] to restore your mental health" I added.

Mathew thought for a moment if it was a good idea but after a minute, he decided to do it.

"Here we go! [Universal Steal]!",

Mathew shouted and activated his cheat ability.
