"War, there will be war in the Volker forest."
"...."
Jasvier was silent on the spot. Kinara tightened her embrace. And Curran's view turned cold.
Rein felt the change in the atmosphere in this room, he got off the bed and said;
"Your highness, can I ask for a map of the Volker forest location?"
"certain."
Jasvier took off the hug from his sister, then entered a room next door.
Puk.
Curran patted Rein's head.
"How are you doing?"
Rein looked up, his gaze fixed on Curran's face. Then he answered Curran's question calmly.
"I feel better."
"It's good to hear it."
Kinara stared at the interaction of the two of them with a puzzled look, as soon as Curran could not make physical contact with anyone else.
Can it now?
Kinara immediately dismissed the thought, the problem in front of him was more important than her curiosity.
Kinara walked closer towards Rein, then started a conversation.
"May I know what your name is?"
Rein turned his head, he looked at the short shoulder-length hair girl who had a lustrous golden netra.
"My name is Rein Crimson."
"It's nice to meet you, introduce my name Kinara Osmond."
"It's an honor to meet you, princess."
Kinara nodded briefly at the polite greeting from Rein.
Shortly after, Jasvier came with a roll of paper and some blank paper and black ink in his hand.
The four of them moved to a table with long chairs on both sides.
Rein tapped on a map with the name Volker forest.
"There are about a thousand monsters in this forest."
Rein paused his words for a moment, he looked at their faces one by one before continuing his words.
"And only one man controls the monster."
Silent.
There was silence in the room, they were busy with their respective thoughts over the information Rein said.
Rein continued, intending to sleep after saying what they wanted to know.
"The person is at 10-star level, and he wears a black robe with a red crescent moon pattern on the right chest."
That information Rein got from Croft, and he's planning on providing some additional information for taking out some of the diamonds that are in this room.
"I'll tell you the characteristics of the monsters in the Volker forest, so take note."
Jasvier immediately opened the blank paper, and began to record all the information given by Rein.
Rein yawned after finishing telling some information about the forest monster Volker.
He began to feel tired and sleepy. Maybe because he was in the little boy's body it made him tired faster.
"Sleep when you're sleepy."
Curran rubbed Rein's head.
Rein nodded languidly. He leaned on Curran's shoulder, and fell asleep.
Croft floated up and landed on Curran's head, he sat there not wanting to disturb Rein.
"It's driving me crazy!"
Jasvier felt a headache over the information he received.
"Sister Vier, do we have to tell Dad?"
Kinara asked the question.
According to the information Rein provided, they did have a chance of winning. But there is one problem they need to face.
That person, the one who can control 1000 monsters.
"Of course we need to tell him."
Jasvier replied firmly.
If that person had indeed intended to fight against the Xinlaire kingdom, then his father the King of Xinlaire kingdom needed to know.
"In my opinion, the purpose of that person is to make their group's name known."
Curran continued his words
"Win or lose, the result will be the same."
Curran tapped on the paper that had an image of a red crescent.
"Their group will remain known to many."
[Ho, that sounds reasonable. ]
Croft nodded his head hearing Curran's statement.
Jasvier took a long breath.
"That sounds more complicated than I thought."
There is only one way to deal with this problem if it is their goal to make their group known to many people. Namely, kill that guy before he shows up.
"Tell me when you need help."
Curran offered his help, he could not bear to see his friend look frustrated like that.
Jasvier smiled faintly. She was relieved to hear Curran offer her help willingly, unlike the other nobles who wanted to take advantage of her back.
That is a natural thing, but something free is sweeter.
"Thank you."
Curran nodded.
Kinara who saw the interaction between her brother and Curran looked puzzled.
Then the gaze of his eyes looked back and forth between the two of them, then his gaze fell on the little boy who was sound asleep by leaning on Curran's shoulder.
Kinara immediately closed her mouth to the answer she had obtained, she immediately looked at Jasvier sadly.
Jasvier was perplexed by his sister's gaze, yet he thought his sister felt sympathy for him about the war they were about to face.
Jasvier also stroked Kinara's golden-yellow hair.
* * *
[Master, you should wake up it's noon! ]
Croft yelled in Rein's ear which made him instantly open his eyes.
Rein looked at Curran's room ceiling.
'Damn you Croft!!'
Croft giggled at Rein's surprised face.
Rein got up from his comfortable sleeping position, then sat leaning back and his eyes looked around.
"Where is everyone?"
[Curran and Kendrick are on their way to where this little orphanage once lived, and Mark is about to arrive. ]
"Oh."
Rein replied nonchalantly. He already had the thought that Curran would investigate about the truth of his story.
He said the right thing about this kid, so he didn't care and worried about it.
"Young master Rein, you're awake."
As Croft said, Mark came shortly after that.
"Uncle Mark, where's dad?"
Mark smiled faintly hearing a question from Rein asking about Curran upon waking up.
"Young master Ran was visiting somewhere, he said he would come home when his work was done."
Mark replied with a calm smile imprinted on his face.
Rein nodded, then asked another question.
"Uncle Mark, can I visit the Green Forest? I want to know what herbs are there."
If indeed this kingdom will face war, it is likely that this family will be involved. So he needs to do something.
"Of course young Mr. Rein, I will guide you there."
Mark replied with a smile still visible on his face.
"Thank you."
Rein got off the bed and prepared to take a shower.
[Master, I want to let you know that I found something interesting in the Green Forest forest. ]
'Say that later.'
[Okay, oh can I come to the bathroom too? Like my time - ]
'Sit quietly on the bed!'
Rein quickly cut off Croft's babble, and replied firmly. Before finally getting into the bathroom and leaving Croft at the door.
Croft blinked his eyes a few times, then chuckled a little, then floated up and landed on the bed.
