At 07.00 exactly the clock bekel beside the bed rang. I tried to turn off the clock. Once the slow clap of the clock stopped. I woke up rubbing my eyes, stretched my body to gather all my consciousness. I pulled the window curtain that started to reflect the light of the morning sun. The gray sky greeted me with a hint of blue. The rest of the rain last night still dripped on the branches of the tree. The sky is a little cloudy today but it doesn't stop some people from doing their morning routine.
In this small town is quite crowded, many people then walk or use vehicles. Just a leisurely jog with a pet dog or alone while listening to music. There were also some who were enjoying a warm drink, sitting casually in front of the house. I saw Tobi, the teenager who helped me last night. He was so friendly to everyone, greeting each other with a smile engraved on his face. Does he want to go to work? I glanced at Rosse, he was still sleeping. I don't want to wake him. I went to the bathroom, washed my face and brushed those loose teeth down into the backyard. I caught a glimpse of Aunt Mary hanging clothes there.
Aunt Marry lent me one of her bikes for me to use around the compound while I wanted to find the nearest ATM. Several times I tried to persuade Aunt Mary to let her tell me how many partners she had. I swung slowly on the bicycle pedal on the sidelines of the road is not too crowded vehicles. 15 minutes I searched this city I finally found the nearest ATM. After I made the transfer and cash withdrawal I went to the mini market that was across the street. I shopped some of the daily necessities and groceries that I wanted Aunt Mary to cook, I really missed her cooking. I got to Aunt Mary's house almost 8 o'clock.
"Where have you been? Aunt almost thought you might be lost" asked Aunt Mary, who was standing at the door. He helped me carry the grocery bag.
"From the mini market. I'm not going to get lost in this little town auntie" I said as I followed her into the kitchen.
"Oh... Ririn, what are you buying? A lot," auntie put all that stuff on the dining table.
"Nothing, just daily supplies and groceries. Oh yeah, I've transferred the money to aunt's account," I pulled up a chair and sat down, while Aunt Mary's cooking.
"Hm... Aunty doesn't know how to thank you?"
"Easy. Aunty should make a special dish for me," I said with a large meal.
"You're this. Well auntie will make you your favorite dish, but before that you have breakfast first," Aunt Marry put a plate filled with toast with peanut butter.
I started eating that peanut butter bun. Hm... It tastes great, bread baked with a perfect crunch combined with sweet and savory peanut butter. "It's just toast but if Aunt Marry made it I could afford to eat ten more portions."
"You're too complimentary" Aunt Mary put one more toast on my plate.
Morning to afternoon. I just lay myself on the couch watching TV upside down, my head on the floor and 2/3 of my body on the couch. I was really bored to the point that I was doing this weird activity. There is nothing I can do but count the time. Ah...! Why is the day so slow?!! In boredom I remembered my friends, Sofia, Nic, Evan, Kevin and even Perchye. Oh yeah, Onoval too. How are they all doing? They must have known the news. Do they deny it or even blame it? No-no. I shook my head quickly to dispel those strange thoughts. Sofia must have convinced them that the news was fake and that I knew Nic, Evan and Kevin wouldn't easily believe in such a supernatural thing. What about Perchye? Um... No, I don't know why I really believe that he won't be eaten up by the issue.
Now it's Onoval, for this one guy I'm a little worried. I don't know Onoval's nature completely. Sometimes he is humorous, acting stupid, or occasionally very annoying, knowledgeable and a little mysterious. He often appeared in unexpected places and then disappeared as quickly as the last time we met. I looked at the pigeon hairpin he gave me that day. I just realized that this hairpin was still stuck in my hair when I took a shower last night. I wanted to call him and ask him and convince him of the issue, but I didn't have a phone anymore. I can only hope he puts a little faith in me until I explain it to him.
In the daydream still in the same position I was unaware of Aunt Mary's presence. He sat down beside me and placed a small bowl on my stomach. The coldness of the bowl surprised me and I spontaneously rose to correct my position. Aunt Mary multiplied the bowl onto the table giggling with laughter at my behavior.
"Auntie...!"
"Hide... Besides why are you daydreaming upside down like that?"
"..." I was silent with a pouting face.
"You want fruit salad?" aunt Mary offered what was in the bowl earlier.
With my face still irritated I taste the bowl containing the fruit salad and taste it. Um... The taste of this sweet and fresh fruit instantly dispelled my frustration. I quickly spent it.
"Eat slowly, no one takes it away from you."
"Aunty's cooking is so good."
Suddenly I heard the door open. It made me look at the one Aunt Marry was following. It turns out that the one who opened the door was Rosse, he just came home from school. Tampa greeted him as he stepped into the room.
"Rosse, you're home early?" ask mother.
"Yes." Yeah."
Five minutes later Rosse came down in a different outfit. Plain black and white shirt and long black pants, hair he pigtail braids with purple ribbon. His face gave him thin makeup to make him look more natural. A bit of a final stroke, Rosse wore a silver watch. He sat down next to his mother and took a bowl of fruit salad available on the table.
"Where are you going Rosse?" I was a little curious.
"It's none of your business" replied Rosse.
"Normally after school Rosse worked a lung job at a cafe not far from here" explained aunt Marry.
"Lungtime work? Can I come with you?" I said excited.
"What are you coming for?" rossie disagreed.
"I'm bored at home all day long with activities."
"Just look for other activities, don't tease me!"
"It's okay for Rosse if Ririn insists on coming along. Just take her. Instead of doing something strange," persuaded his mother gently but there was a satirical sentence for me.
"Freak stuff? But ma'am... I don't have time to keep an eye on him" Rosse pointed to me.
"I'm not a five-year-old to keep an eye on."
"E...! Hm!" Rosse clenched his teeth in annoyance as he passed away.
"If Rosse doesn't answer the artinys he agrees" whispered aunt Marry.
"really? But doesn't it look like that?"
"It's better you..."
Kriiiii... Kriiiii...
Suddenly aunt Mary rang. Hearing that made the aunt not continue her sentence. He looked up and saw who was calling. Because I didn't want to catch up with Rosse. I also don't want to miss being away from Rosse, otherwise... I wouldn't know where Rosse was working. Just at the door I saw Rosse was far away, three houses away from this house. I was chasing him.
During the trip we did not talk. Silence in silence, busy with each other's thoughts. But there is no stranger to the path to where Rosse works, it seems I have been through here. I try to remember when I have been on this road. When to the mini market this morning..not this road that I went through. 10 minutes walk finally we arrived. E?! This is a coincidence. I didn't think Rosse was working a lung here at Lotus' shop. I feel like I have gone through that road.
It is clear from far away that the store is already very crowded with visitors. In the weather a little cloudy cold air like this is good to graze hot coffee and sweet snacks. To avoid the crowds Rosse and I had to use the back door. We passed the alley beside the shop to get there. Rosse opened a door that was warmly welcomed by a woman. A beautiful, tall woman with an estimated age between 25-28 years. Wavy brown hair squashed neat. It uses a plaid light blue aprons and pink lace. Beside the woman there was a girl who mengeruran with Lisa I think, she also wore the same apron, bright blue eyes look charming from behind her round glasses, black hair shoulder to shoulder in two. The girl looks a little shy.
"Ah... Rosse, you came early. Good thing, our little shop is really crowded these days. I really need your rocks. E?" the woman realized my presence. "Who is this friend of yours?"
"O... She's..."
"My name is Ririn, I'm Rosse's distant cousin from the village" I cut before Rosse told me my real name.
"Huh...? Since kap..." Rosse hasn't had time to finish his sentence I quickly closed his mouth.
"Don't tell me my real name" I whispered in Rosse's ear. I let go of his mouth.
"Why indeed?" rosse also whispered.
"Do you want everyone to know that this wolf girl is hiding in your house?" still whispering.
"Hm, okay. I don't want you to bother about you either."
