"Rin!!" cloey called his daughter.
"Already, just let him be" Derek says, stopping his wife's rare pursuit of Rin.
"You shouldn't be straight like that. Look now, he must hate you so much."
"Huh..." Derek just sighed. "I didn't mean to accuse him. I was just making sure, from his reaction earlier it seemed like he was not lying. There was only one that bothered my mind," Derek started biting his fingernails sabil thinking of something.
"What's that?" ask Emely.
"Where did they know Rin was a werewolf?" derek said spasm of the problem.
"yes too. Few people knew about this matter and the eldest did not know about it either. Is there a traitor in this house?" alan said questioning the question that does not cool make the four of them have to think hard.
"But who? Besides us, Levitt's family and Mr. Li is no longer aware of the matter" Emely said.
"I don't think any of them have betrayed me" said Cloey.
"I also think so, they have no compelling reason to betray" Derek agreed. "Maybe the traitor was among the servants or there was indeed a spy who stalked this house. After all, Rin had made changes in public places. Doesn't rule out the possibility that they knew this from the incident."
"The question is, why are they doing this? What's in it for them?" ask Cloey.
"I'll investigate this matter. Anyway Mr. Li was trying to figure out who the mysterious account owner was. Oh, yes Alan. How's the investigation on Paul Blort?"
"I got a loporan that Paul Blort got information about the Morgen family from a mysterious person. They were seen meeting several times in a cafe in the city. According to CCTV footage, the mysterious man was wearing a black robe that covered his face. We had enough trouble knowing the identity of that person. From his stature and height we concluded that he was a man" Alan handed him a photograph of the mysterious man.
"Did they do nothing but exchange information?" Derek began researching photos taken from CCTV footage.
"This is the weirdest thing I think. The man did not ask for anything in return either in the form of money or goods. He did nothing but give information."
"It's really weird. No one wants to help for free if there's a specific purpose" Emely said.
"What's so weird? isn't it obvious. The man wants to destroy the Morgen family through Paul's hands. We just need to know the identity of the man, maybe we can get a big catch."
"Hey, did you guys think that it's possible that the person behind these two problems is the same person?" the question that came out of Cloey's sweet lips left them all shocked.
...First person point of view...
...ΩΩΩΩ...
I've been determined to find the real culprit of the matter. All I need to do now is get out of here so I can look for evidence. In order to avoid my father, mother and the others, I went out through the balcony of my room. Jumping from the second floor is not a problem for me. I slowly ran into the pitch-black pine forest, with my ability to see in this darkness not being a hindrance. There's one reason I went through the woods, because this is the only fastest way to Sofia's house in the northwest. Almost half an hour I ran finally I got to Sofia's house. I set my breath slowly before pressing the house bell. A few seconds later the door opened.
"Rin!" a woman greeted me full of astonishment at my sudden arrival. She is Sofia's mother. "What do you need?"
"none. Hm... Aunt Tori can I stay here?" said to be relaxed.
"of course. Does your mother know you're here?"
"Yes." Yeah."
"Yes aunt Tori, thank you," I was about to leave when aunt Tori once again asked me.
"Rin you're here alone? Not bring a car?"
"Ep... Uncle Fang brought me," I lied.
"Oh..."
Sofia's room is located on the second floor. I used to walk around this house when I was a kid. Every time I visit Sofia and I always play hide-and-seek. Every ins and outs of this house we have explored except the basement which is always locked until now. I don't know why the room was locked, when I asked Sofia about this she didn't know either. Only his father went to the basement. It was just to fix the leaky pipe. When I got to Sofia's room, I opened the door and knocked again. The result, he who was relaxing playing his cellphone while lying face down was very surprised to see me. Almost a fireball hit my face thankfully I managed to dodge.
"Rin!! What are you doing in my room?"
"Shuttt's... I rest first" I said as I sat on the floor leaning against the wall. I was so tired after running long enough to get here. I slowly explained to Sofia everything that had happened from the last time I met her until I met her again now. Sofia only responded by stuttering here and there.
"So that's the problem? The photos have indeed become a trending topic on the internet. Everyone was terrified by the wolf attack. Just now there was a patrol team going around watching the situation. They also advise not to roam outside the house and still have to be careful. If anyone sees the wolf please report immediately so that it can be dealt with quickly..." Sofia stopped and glanced at me.
"What's wrong?"
"Hm... Do I have to report? The wolf is here."
"Do I need to pounce on you before you report?" I glanced sharply at Sofia.
"Sorry, I was just kidding. So what do you want to do?"
"Do you want to help me look for clues tomorrow?"
"Eh?! Why me?"
"Would you help me or not?" I said with a cold look.
"Yes, I helped."
I borrowed Sofia's bathroom. I want to get rid of the smell of sweat that is still stuck in my body. The cold water felt cool when it touched my skin, sweeping away all the dirt that stuck. After the shower, Sofia gave me a change of clothes. I accept it with pleasure.
The clock was 22:30 when I glanced at him. It feels quiet here. There was no sound I could hear in the distance. But why can't I sleep? I turned to look at Sofia who was fast asleep. So peaceful. Aaa... My brother is too wandering because of this problem. It was all too coincidental, especially the boy. He's the most suspicious of all. Okay, tomorrow I'll come to his house to look for clues. Hoam... I began to yawn and slowly closed my eyes. Good thing tomorrow is off so I'm free to gather evidence that I hope is useful to refute the allegations.
