"Well, are you here too?" the grandfather asked Karina and Devin who were currently walking towards him.
"Yes, it just so happens that it's lunchtime, Devin!" answer Karina. Devin continued walking and stopped right in front of the grandfather. He stuck out his hand and then the back of the grandfather's hand was buried.
"Grandpa lunches too?" ask Karina back.
"Yes, Grandpa just ordered!" he answered while rubbing Devin's head.
"Would Grandpa join us?" tanya Karina offered.
"Can?"
"of course! Look Devin has been holding Grandpa's hand ever since." said Karina while pointing at Grandpa's hand that Devin was holding tightly.
"Ha... Ha... You know that this old grandpa only eats alone!" he said while stroking Devin's tiny hand.
Karina walks in front of Grandpa and Devin in search of an empty table. After finding the empty table, Karina guided the two of them to the table that Karina had chosen.
Karina shifted the chair and allowed Grandpa to sit down. Next Karina took Devin and placed her on the seat in the middle between her and the old Grandpa.
"Do you remember Grandpa?" tanyakanya. Grandpa purposely shook his body to face Devin.
Devin simply nodded enthusiastically as his answer. The grandfather opened the glasses and pendora hat he wore, then he put it on the table.
"Grandfather from where? Alone?" karina asked in a daze looking for someone who might have come with Grandpa.
"Yes, Grandpa is alone. Grandpa's grandchildren are all busy. While Grandpa's wife, already left first leaving Grandpa alone here" he said mutely.
Karina grabbed Grandpa's two hands stored on the table, then patted them gently.
"No problem, Grandpa! Grandpa's not alone, we're here." said Karina trying to encourage Grandpa.
"I've been in a position, Grandpa. Alone in confusion." said Karina ambiguously as her eyes glared away.
Karina regained her consciousness as her hand felt a clap. A calming pat from the old Grandpa's old hand sitting before Karina.
"Sorry, Grandpa! Sometimes remembering the past always makes us emotional" explained Karina while laughing awkwardly.
"No need to apologize. Everyone has the right to keep or throw away their past!" said the wise grandfather.
"Oh yes, when in the park the other day, we have not had time to get acquainted. What do I call Grandpa?" ask Karina to Grandpa.
"Yes, at that time we could only talk for a while" he said.
"Call me, Grandpa Bram." Grandpa introduced his name.
"Blam" said Devin imitating Grandpa.
Bram's grandfather who heard Devin call him adorable, made his laughter break.
"Ha..ha...huh.huh, my goodness, Cu...you are so adorable!" he said while sticking Devin's nose.
"Grandfather Buyut! Looks like that call is the most suitable for you to call Grandpa." continued Grandpa Bram.
Their conversation had to come to a halt as the restaurant maids came carrying their orders. The waiter began to arrange lunch on the table and then allowed them to eat their lunch.
Before saying goodbye, the waiter bowed respectfully. Karina who was still standing next to her chair, then did the same.
"Thank you!" karina said with a sincere smile.
Everything Karina did could not be separated from the eyes of Grandpa Bram's eagle. She even wore a proud smile with all the courtesy Karina showed.
Karina begins to serve Grandpa Bram and Devin, just as she serves her husband and Aunt while at home. Karina's habit she can't just change.
Devin began to put a napkin over his chest, then put his hands together to pray. His eyes were closed with his head slightly bowed.
Grandpa Bram was fixated on seeing the attitude of the two-year-old boy. He then followed what Devin was doing.
"Why?" asked Karina when she saw the child had not touched her food.
Grandpa Bram's attention was distracted. He looked towards Devin's chair.
"I'm not vinegar!" answer snorted.
"Hem? Why?" ask Karina. He knew that his son was not the picky type in food.
"It!" point it at the leek.
"I'm not vinegar, Mommy!" his whining. Devin started moving his fork and knife to get rid of the chives that were on top of his lunch.
Karina smiled as she shook her head slowly.
"Sorry! Mommy forgot, Baby!" karina's great-grandson while helping Devin get rid of chives.
"Okay, no problem!" devin replied back in a pretty good mood.
"You want to replace the one you just?" ask Grandpa Bram for a solution.
"No, thanks! God doesn't waste his food!" his reply, made Grandpa Bram who heard the answer from Devin dumbfounded.
"Yes, there are still many people who just have to work hard first. Devin should be grateful for all the goodness of God." continued Karina with a hand that did not stop throwing scallions from the plate Devin.
"Oh, Baby! Grandpa great-grandfather was proud of the same child who cared about each other!" he said while stroking Devin's head.
Devin looked at the emerald-eyed Grandfather with a smile that drowned his eyes.
"When you see that you don't like chives, Grandpa remembers the exact same person as you, Cu" he said with eyes glaring back in time.
"It's done. Come on, mam again!" said Karina resuscitated Grandpa Bram's daydream.
"Grandfather too, spend his lunch!" Karina warned.
Grandpa Bram nodded then started filling his empty stomach with food.
"Sometimes I like freaks with people who don't like chives. Though it is as an additional connoisseur in a cuisine!" his grunts with furrowed lips were irritated.
"In our house alone, who did not like the chives there were two people. Devin and his Daddy. I don't know why they have so much in common in so many ways!" ceplos Karina without filtering all her words.
"It's only natural that Father and son have a lot in common" Grandpa Bram answered Karina's question.
Karina laughed awkwardly. He forgot that in front of him was only a foreign man he had met twice.
"Grandpa to the toilet first! It's old like this, that place is indeed what Grandpa is now often talking about."
"Do you know where it is?" karina asked Grandpa.
"of course! This is not the first time Grandpa has come to this restaurant!" the answer.
"All right, Grandpa knows the place!"
Karina resumed her lunch. Grandpa went to the restaurant toilet.
Karina's mobile phone rang displaying her husband's name there.
"Mom! Daddy's just getting to the office!" he said as Karina raised the call.
"Mommy equals Devin again in the restaurant in front of the company, Dad!" answer Karina.
"Yes, Daddy's there now! Mommy don't go home!" fin's orders.
Karina turned off her call and immediately finished her lunch. Fin himself went straight out of his office and rushed off to the restaurant his wife was referring to.
