Marriage Gets
Our status is different now.
"For the past two months no food has really gone into his stomach. He always vomited for a moment after finishing his meal! you see, right, the skinny body? you think the current conditions were easy for him, huh??!!" asked Renal a little angry.
Fin mute. Imagining how Karina's daily distress makes the guilt in Fin even greater.
"He was in an accident two weeks ago with four days in a coma in the hospital. He's risking his life for the baby in his womb. Can't you see how badly he got hurt? you ask me how hard he looks after your son? He sacrificed his back to protect his stomach from impact!" Renal reveals the facts that Fin must know.
The guilt in Fin is becoming. Her chest tightened as she recalled how Karina had to fight alone in the middle of her life and death. Fin said a thousand thanks when today he could still see his ex-wife.
"How's Devin doing?" ask Fin slowly. The shadow of the child's face when he asked her to go continues to flicker in Fin's memory. In addition to his separation from Karina, Devin's rejection becomes a painful and bitter part of Fin's life.
"He survived. There was a beautiful angel who risked his life for Devin." Renal recalls.
Fin frowned.
"Marina?" tanyakanya.
Renal shakes.
"Karina didn't have time to save Devin, because her body first got hit by a car." Answer Renal.
Fin closed his eyes. He couldn't even imagine it.
"Why did it get into an accident?" tanya Fin was getting curious.
"Eliz! The man, Eliz!" answer Renal briefly.
Fin's jaw hardened with both hands clenched tightly.
"Did Grandpa take care of it??!"
"You think Grandpa will let it go? Moreover, this concerns the safety of his great-grandchildren!" renal answered the question.
Fin nodded. He agreed with what Renal said. Grandpa Bram couldn't have let Eliz go. At least Grandpa will punish him in the same way as Eliz did to Karina before Grandpa finally leave it to the authorities.
Fin remained silent while quietly permeating what Renal had told him. Everything's true Fin's too cowardly.
"Renal, prepare a flight to return tomorrow!!" fin's orders as usual. He ruled as he passed away leaving Renal just like that.
Fin intends to return as soon as possible to meet Devin and apologize.
Fin went back to Karina's room. There looks Karina who is snuggling asleep. Fin approached and sat on the floor opposite Karina.
Fin put his hand over Karina's tapered cheek.
"I'm sorry Daddy!" lirih Fin's.
"It seems. parting with Daddy is the most appropriate choice Mommy!" Fin spoke alone. Karina did not hear what Fin said. He has entered his subconscious.
"To ask back, Daddy was embarrassed. Daddy knows Daddy doesn't deserve to be a husband or a father!" confided.
"Mommy deserves someone far more perfect than Daddy. For now, Daddy's really scared to ask Mommy back." Fin stood up and climbed onto Karina's bed and slept next to her. Karina's head, Fin put it over her arm. She gently stroked Karina's stomach which continued to move actively.
"Baby, be a good boy. Don't make Mommy sick! Baby you know, Brother Devin, Mommy and Daddy are looking forward to your presence. Grow up to be a strong kid, okay!"
As if understanding what his Daddy said, the baby in Karina's stomach calmed down again. Her movements were smooth as if afraid of hurting her Mommy.
Karina who felt comfortable pushing her body into Fin's arms.
"I'm sorry... Mommy's sorry... Mommy's sorry!" muttered Karina delirious.
Fin hugged Karina who was still sleeping. Her tears were flowing without her noticing.
"Maybe this is gonna be the last hug, Daddy. Our status is different now! Look for Mommy's own happiness!" lirih Fin closed his eyes.
