Doctor Sinta!
They both went to Doctor Sinta's room. Along the way, Karina did not stop developing her smile, with a constantly moving hand rubbing over her still flat stomach. Karina even imagined the expression of her husband, when she found out that he was pregnant with his child.
Both of them had already arrived in front of the room they were about to head to. Karina breathed her tense, as Doctor Maya began to open the polystyrene door. Karina hasn't been to the Obstetrician for a long time. Lastly, Devin's birth was almost three years ago.
"Come, ma'am," asked Doctor Maya, so Karina would follow him.
Karina blinked from her daydream.
"I. Yes, Doc," he answered nervously. Doctor Maya just smiles in response to Karina's nervousness.
"Mother's nervous?" ask Doctor Maya to try to melt the atmosphere.
"yes Doc. It's been a long time since I last visited the obstetrician" Karina's great-granddaughter interspersed with a smile.
"Don't be nervous, we'll soon find out the results" said Maya. Karina nodded, while following where Doctor Maya would take her.
In the spacious room, a middle-aged woman was sitting while focusing on reading a blue map. He is Doctor Sinta. Senior doctor, who is the best Obstetrician in Medistra hospital.
"Dok," said Doctor Maya, bowing slightly to pay her respects.
Doctor Sinta smiled warmly. His eyes shifted, from initially staring at Doctor Maya, then staring at the beautiful figure standing behind Doctor Maya. As the eyes of Karina and Doctor Sinta met, by reflex, Karina smiled as she leaned over to say hello.
"Dok," said Karina.
"It's been a long time since we've seen each other" Karina continued as she walked up to Doctor Sinta. Karina reached out to say hello. Doctor Sinta did not return Karina's hand, but directly brought Karina into his arms.
"Bad boy!" joking her.
Doctor Maya herself just smiled as she imagined how close Karina and Doctor Sinta were. Doctor Sinta let go of her embrace while bringing Karina to sit down.
Karina looked at Doctor Sinta full of haru. It turns out that Doctor Sinta is still as good as before.
"I'm too embarrassed to see the Doctor" Karina said.
"Tempo?" tanyakanya. Karina nodded while wrinkling her face. Doctor Sinta simply shook her head, responding to Karina's reply.
"What makes you ashamed to meet mom, huh?" ask Doctor Sinta. Karina did not answer. He smiled back confused.
Doctor Maya tells him to go straight to his house. Doctor Maya's own schedule of practice was completed because Karina was her last patient.
Karina was a patient of Doctor Sinta in the past. She was helped by Doctor Sinta when she was pregnant with Devin, three years ago. Karina, who does not have much money to check her condition, was helped by Doctor Sinta, who was a friend of her late mother, from early pregnancy until Devin was born.
"Mother is happy, when you know that you have someone to look after," honestly Doctor Sinta was grateful while carrying Karina's hand into his hand.
Karina surprised.
'Where did Doctor Sinta know?' thought Karina. As if knowing Karina's confusion, Doctor Sinta told her everything.
"So the Mayan Doctor called my mother while sending an e-mail about your identity and history. He said, a VVIP client he would refer here," explained Dr. Sinta.
Karina just smiled awkwardly. Being a VVIP is not Karina's desire. But her status as a member of the Grahatama family makes Karina automatically become a VVIP in every place she visits.
