Three years ago, she was just a poor woman. While pregnant with Devin, Karina visits Doctor Sinta at her home on the recommendation of her Aunt who knows her well.

When Karina began to drop because of her severe nausea, Doctor Sinta also brought Karina to be treated at Medistra at a cost that he spent himself.

"Who are you here with?" ask Doctor Sinta.

"Yourself, Doc. My husband just happens to be unable to drive," explained Karina.

Karina smiled awkwardly.

"But, Doc," the rebuttal's bad.

"Come, not here to check?" continued Doctor Sinta.

"I. yes, Ma'am" replied Karina embarrassedly. Doctor Sinta smiled as she rubbed Karina's head.

"Come, you can go up to the examination bed." asked Doctor Sinta.

Doctor Sinta is alone at the moment. Before Karina came, she asked the nurse who helped her to go home.

Karina follows Doctor Sinta's orders to climb onto the bed, although she is actually hesitant.

"Mom, but I don't feel pregnant" Karina said slowly.

"It's okay. Maya's doctor couldn't just refer clients. Just pray, hopefully the alleged Doctor Maya right," said Doctor Sinta reassured Karina.

Karina lay down, while Doctor Sinta was preparing the examination tool. He prepared everything with a mouth that kept asking Karina questions.

"What, your menstruation is good?" tanyakanya.

"Surfing, Mom. It's just that this month, I'm one week late." explained Karina while trying to remember.

"Oh, last month still menstruation means yes?" tanyanya back. Doctor Sinta checked Karina's blood pressure, pulse and breathing, before performing the ultrasound.

Karina nodded. Next he rubbed the gel on the lower abdomen of Karina. Doctor Sinta will start doing USG, to check the allegations of Doctor Maya, who mentioned that Karina was pregnant.

She was afraid, the previous statement from Doctor Maya, made her disappointed that she was not actually pregnant. However, whatever the results that Doctor Sinta conveyed, Karina would accept it with sincerity.

"Last month, did your period still go well?" doctor Sinta asked, breaking the silence.

"I. yes, Mom. To... why?" asked Karina anxiously looking at Doctor Sinta's face which was shriveled confused.

"Lunches"

"Where, Mom?" confused Karina with Doctor Sinta's statement.

"Last month you only menstruated a little bit, right? tends to be like a plek," he replied explaining.

Karina thought for a moment.

"It seems.i..yes, ma'am." replied Karina astonished with Doctor Sinta who found out that last month, she was menstruating unlike previous months.

"I see!" her reply suddenly, made Karina even more confused.

Doctor Sinta smiled seeing Karina bewildered.

"That!" show it on the monitor screen.

"You see, something that's actively moving?" ask her to Karina.

Karina nodded.

"What's that...?" he asked, covering his mouth with both hands.

Doctor Sinta nodded with a warm smile.

"Yes, she's the fruit of your love growing here. She is entering her seventh week" explained Dr. Sinta as she pointed at Karina's flat stomach.

"Oh, God!" karina said with both eyes in tears.

"Sorry Mom, lately, I've been crying a lot. Even with something small." he said.

"No problem, honey. It's all natural" she said, cleaning Karina's stomach using a tissue, then helping her to sit up.

Doctor Sinta re-cleansed his former examination tools. Meanwhile, Karina he allowed her to wait in the consultation room.

Ever since coming out of the examination room, Karina's smile continued to expand.

His mind was filled with the shadow of an actively moving fetus inside his stomach. But after that, Karina's face was gloomy in an instant. Her tears welled up in her eyes.

"Devin, I'm sorry, when Mommy first found out you grew up in Mommy's stomach, Mommy wasn't as enthusiastic as she was right now. Mommy is really sorry," she said as she wiped the tears that kept flowing.

Karina's memory, drawn back to the moment when she was declared pregnant. She is devastated by the presence of a baby that even Karina does not remember.

Karina nodded, while receiving Doctor Sinta's tissue.

"Sorry, Mom." Karina's great-grandson.

Doctor Sinta just smiled, then sat down in front of Karina occupying her seat.

"Nothing's wrong. Hormones play a high role in the rise and fall of your mood. If you want to cry, just cry. No need to hold." Obviously Doctor Sinta

Karina nodded in confirming. He did have a drastically fickle mood behind this.

"But Ma'am, last month I was still menstruating," confused Karina.

Doctor Sinta focused on Karina. Although this is a second pregnancy, the past and present conditions are very different. Karina is still very common with her name pregnancy.

Karina nodded back in confirming.

"You're not nauseous, are you?" the question returned, given Karina's previous pregnancy, to have a history of excessive nausea and vomiting or her medical language hyperemesis gravidarum.

"Mom, can I ask you one thing?" ask Karina to Doctor Sinta.

"It's a surprise for Daddy's birthday baby next month" whispered Karina to make Doctor Sinta laugh.

"OK... okay! If there's anything, call Mom!" the message.

"One more. Until you're four months old," the Jeda. Karina looked carefully.

"Tell your husband not to take anything out inside" she continued, leaving Karina wrinkled in confusion.

"What is not to put in the mother?" polo Karina.

"Mkc... Oh geeznn... I forgot, you're still innocent." said Doctor Sinta.

Karina walked out of the examination room with mixed feelings.

'Can you keep this big surprise a secret until next month?' he murmured in the heart.

Karina was still staring at the door of Doctor Sinta's room with a mind that floated to and fro, imagining all the possibilities that would happen in the future.

Devin's child-only status allows Karina to imagine Grandpa and her husband's change towards Devin with the presence of the new Grahatama heiress. He did not want the presence of this child to hurt Devin's feelings.

As she dissolves into her own imagination, suddenly a burly hand is wrapped around Karina's stomach. Karina was shocked. However, the smell of perfume that goes into Karina's sense of smell makes Karina a little relieved. The smell of perfume belonged to her husband.

Karina leaned her back head against her husband's muscular chest. Karina's own hand was busy stroking the back of the hand from Fin. His eyes were closed enjoying the embrace that always made him comfortable.

"Why daydream here?" whispered husband.

"Will Mommy come into this room?" asked her husband suddenly, pointing at Doctor Sinta's room.

Karina widened her eyes.

"Why should Mommy get in there? It's a break anyway. All the doctors went to lunch. Come on, let's go home!" take Karina while wriggling out of her husband's arms.
