With all the panic that happened to everyone, Karina finally managed to be evacuated using a helicopter that was brought directly from the Grahatama residence. Karina was taken to the hospital where Doctor Sinta worked. It was lucky that Doctor Sinta was there.

All planned events do not work as they should. Gender reveal event failed. The proposal? Of course it failed too. Even the application ring is still embedded in the cake that has not been cut by Karina.

In the midst of everyone's panic only Karina was the only one who looked calm. She was busy fixing her makeup while occasionally calming the rest of her family.

Karina turned her face to look at Fin who was folding both hands. Fin doesn't talk much. From the beginning just shut up while occasionally paying attention to Karina. In the middle of the silence, everyone knows that Fin is in the midst of anxiety.

Fin closed his eyes while exhaling his breath roughly. Next he walked over and sat on the bed beside Karina. His eyes focused on the ex-wife's distended stomach while his hands continued to swipe with caution.

'Baby, be a good boy! Don't worry us. Be born safe and don't make your Mommy in pain!' fin's message to the baby in Karina's stomach. Fin didn't reveal it directly. He only speaks from heart to heart with his second child.

Karina who realized the anxiety of her ex-husband then kept a mirror that was used to fix his makeup on the nakes. He grabbed Fin's hand then gently stroked it.

"Don't worry! Mommy's fine!" karina. From his face was a smile.

Fin looked at Karina with a calm shady look.

"Yes. Mommy's gonna be okay." Fin answered while gently rubbing Karina's head affectionately.

Fin took Karina's body into his arms. Fin knows the true state of the ex-wife's heart. He's not as calm as everyone sees. There was a lot of fear in his eyes. His hands were even ice cold. Can be sure how scared he is right now.

"Oh Goddd... How can you be that calm?" ask Kiara wonder.

"This kid!" Grandpa patted Kiara's arm using the hat she was wearing. He was upset to hear his grandson's question.

Karina smiled as she looked towards Grandpa and Kiara were.

"Silence Kiara. Let's just trust Doctor Sinta"

"A case like this doesn't just happen to your sister-in-law, Kiara. This is a big hospital," said Renal whose tumbens have thoughtful thoughts.

Fin nodded his head as if agreeing with what Renal said.

Karina's heart warms. He was moved to have the support of all members of his family including the father who kept asking for his latest news through phone calls.

The current situation is inversely proportional to three years ago when Karina was about to give birth to Devin. There was no support from anyone but Bi Vina. She gave birth with all her burdens.

"Bang, tau gini party gender revealnya we held in the hospital. Exclusive directly with the baby," said Kiara who got a sharp delicacy from the brother.

"Stock in the blood bank is still a lot, Dad." sidelines Karina is not good with Kiara. Karina knew how valuable each drop of blood they had accumulated with great difficulty was.

"Are you okay going home by yourself?" ask Renal to his wife.

Eca did not answer. He just glanced while clucking.

"Ceck..." Has she forgotten who Eca is? She's no ordinary woman. Working with weapons has become his daily life. Tracing the forest path in the middle of the night is also not a big deal for an Eca.

"OK. okay." Renal replied in the end.

Renal went to drive Eca to the parking lot, Fin paid a moment to pick up something in his car.

Not long after Fin's departure, several nurses came to take Karina to the operating room. Dr. Sinta decided to end Karina's pregnancy at thirty-five weeks. Karina said goodbye to everyone in the room. Her cheerful face while saying goodbye made everyone there feel calm and relieved.

"Call your brother! Get him straight to the operating room." Grandpa ordered Kiara.

The nurse took Karina in a wheelchair. Upon entering the elevator that will lead them to the operating room tense face that Karina hid from the beginning began to appear. His hands were squeezing each other. His heart rate began to beat irregularly. All shadows began to fill his mind.

What if the operation fails? What about the fate of his first child? Would it be fine if there was no Karina beside Devin? All the questions started to come to Karina's mind. Fear for fear began to approach him one by one.

"Huush..." Karina breathed out violently.

"Don't strain, get her baby. She can feel every bit of Mom's uneasiness" the nurse reminded.

While giving birth to Devin, she was not as stiff and as scared as she was now. Karina used to be more resigned. But now, there was a lot he was worried about including Devin the first child.
