In the dark room the man's hand clawed at the floor many times like a wild animal that was very hungry. His mouth drooled, his eyes wide open withstanding the pain suffered. His nails were already filled with blood, where his tears were shed after the pain disappeared.

Right now all he could do was to catch his breath, he was panting with all his body full of blood and a very dirty bedsheet in red. The man took out a glass bottle full of medicine, he was about to open it.

While outside his room, they were joking with the sound of laughter that was quite loud with a very big party. The most conspicuous child wears a party dress, the day on which she was born is being celebrated.

Time finally passed when the whole party was hard to finish, the girl wearing the dress was glancing at her eyes as if looking for something very important. Not long after someone passed the girl stopped him.

Arriving at the hospital, there was a nurse who came carrying a four-wheeled bed to take patients to the hospital ER.

Ryan was raised there and started to be pushed by four people, they went into the ER room immediately because Ryan's circumstances were critical...

Rani shuts her mouth, "why didn't she say she had the disease ?"

"The hospital side should be taking care of it" Rani replied with a groan of tears. She could be crying right now, but she doesn't want to because Ryan always asks her to try to hold back the crying because she cries easily.

No one mocked him because it was obvious that his father was rich, no one would deal with him unless they were looking for trouble or misunderstandings. In that case he rarely gets friends, but Ryan is always with him.

The young man was still with him no matter what happened when he arrived, a quiet and rarely spoken Rani even put her love for someone. However, Rani does not think that Ryan has the disease.

Now that she was sitting beside him Rani, her trembling hand was held and Tasya was smiling gently before her. Rani raised her face to see someone, she looked at him in wonder because she had never seen him.

Rani asked, "Who is with you ?..."

"He's my girlfriend."

"Greetings..."

"I'm Rani.. You..?" Rani asks him, but he doesn't answer. Instead, give an identity card and Rani finds out his name and the identity card is taken back by the owner.

A few moments passed they sat down and only the man was silent, his face was deeply staring at the pain room with a sharp so cold gaze given by him.

The ER door opened and there was a doctor coming out of it, Rani was shocked then stood up to the doctor asking Ryan's current situation and after hearing the explanation from doctor Rani was immediately relieved.

"He's fine" the doctor said with a smile. Hearing the doctor's words, Rani couldn't help but cry and wipe away her tears running down her cheeks.

Going inside she sees Ryan sitting on the bed, their eyes meet each other and the first to speak is Ryan who says hello to him...

"I'm so grateful."

"You are so worried!" Ryan with a loud laugh. He waved his hand slightly, asking Rani to come to him and of course Rani responded by coming at him.

Ryan took Rani's wrist in shock, looked her in the eye and opened her mouth with a serious look...
