Father Or Boyfriend ?

Father Or Boyfriend ?
Chapter 205

"Include my name Ceo. I am ready to accept whatever job you give me" Devan said with a warm smile looking at the fat man who is the owner of a rice factory.

The man smiled then nodded and patted Devan on the shoulder who was now smiling, it seemed like the trials of these two in finding work could soon be realized.

"I don't accept new workers, son," said the fat man and stepped into his factory room.

Devan's smile vanished from his lips after hearing the man's speech. Is this a sign that he failed to get a job?

Devan poked his lips and walked back to leave this place.

High Market

Devan approached the thick-moustached man who was now shouting while pointing at some of the people who were now carrying white sacks filled with rice.

"Sir," Devan greeted the man with a smile.

The man was still yelling while pointing making Devan re-expand his voice making the man with the mustache turn his head.

The man was speechless with both of his eyes staring from toe to toe of Devan's hair.

"What's wrong?" ask the man.

"The boss's father here?" asked Devan with a sigh.

"Thank you there too!!!" shouted the man while pointing towards the bearers and before long he turned to look at Devan who was still faithful waiting for an answer from the man.

"Ask what?"

"Em Mr boss here? I mean the boss of the man who was shouldering the rice?" ask Devan.

"yes" he answered briefly and then shouted back to the men.

"My brother"

Devan's speech came to a halt as the man stepped away from her just like that. Devan sighed heavily then stepped closer to the man who was now reaching for the book and writing some writings there making Devan sure that the man was the boss here.

"Bring one more sack!!!" his screams.

"Sir" call Devan.

"That one too!!!" his screams.

Devan poked his lips in annoyance, for some reason this mustachioed man was so busy that he simply ignored it. Devan looked at the two little boys laughing at him. Well Devan knew they were laughing at him for not getting a response from this mustachioed man.

"How dare you laugh? You think I'm a kid? My son is bigger than you" Devan annoyed as he pointed at the two little boys who were now sticking out their tongues and running away somewhere.

Devan poked his lips, if the two Children were nearby he might pull the tongue of the Little Child until it broke.

"Basic fool," Devan annoyed.

"You're still here?" asking the man made Devan quickly turn his head.

"I'd like to ask you for a minute!"

"What time? Is this a health stone salesman? If you are a health stone seller please leave! I'm sick of hearing the explanation of the stone's efficacy," he explained.

"Eh not Sir. I'm not a seller of the boulder that you mean."

"Then?"

"Em I'm looking for-"

"Who's looking?" cut the man off.

"I'm looking for a job, sir. Maybe you can allow me to work here."

The man paused for a moment and said something Devan did not expect.

"There are no job openings" he said.

"But Sir-"

"What else? It's gone!" banish him. It's no different than the man Devan met in the building's supply store.

"Have gone!!!" his screams.

Devan is now smiling, though he honestly wants to hit the man and strangle him but can't.

"Aaaas, you fool, you son of a bitch!!!" devan shouted while kicking some small pebbles that he passed by.

Devan was tired, plus the sun exposure that stung his skin made him feel thirsty. Devan turned to look at the cold drink seller who was now busy with cold drinks into a translucent glass to make Devan swallow his saliva.

The sound of laughter was heard again making Devan turn to look at the two little children who are now laughing giggling while covering his mouth.

"Dam!!!" devan shouted as he glared his eyes and raised his fists upwards trying to scare the two Children, one boy and one girl.

The two children laughed then ran and went somewhere making Devan pause for a moment trying to stare in which direction the two children went. I don't know why the two kids followed him.

Devan sighed and then stepped back. Every shop Devan meets always Devan stops by and offers himself to be accepted. Devan no matter what the job is all that matters is money, Devan just needs that.

"Can you still sir?" ask Devan.

"I don't accept."

"Here do not accept employees of the Deck."

"His registration was closed yesterday, Masnya slow to come."

"The hall's closed, Bang."

"It's closed."

"Have gone there! We don't accept workers."

"Maybe next time, son."

"There's something about it already."

"Yahoo!!!" shouts Devan who is now on the sidewalk make some pedestrians turn and look at Devan seriously.

"Siaaaa fate!!!" devan shouted and kicked whatever he saw.

Devan stepped his tired legs on the sidewalk that looked crowded, passed by some people who passed by. This has been the rejection for hundreds of times. I don't know why it's so hard to find a job.

Devan now sighed and then immediately sat at a quiet-looking stop, there was no one there. It felt like Devan wanted to cry out for his prepared fate. Devan doesn't understand why no one wants to accept him and give him a job.

Devan rubbed his face hard, it felt like he was really upset and angry at this moment. I don't know what mistakes he has made that should get a trial like this.

Devan is now bowed while supporting his forehead which is filled with sweat that is pouring, This is difficult.

"You want this?"

The voice of the little girl sounded while sticking cold drinks towards Devan who was now still bowed. Devan wrinkled his forehead as he stared at the translucent glass containing the purple-colored cold drink. Devan is familiar with this drink, this is the drink he saw in the market earlier.

Devan looked up at the little girl who had laughed at him earlier.

"You?" ask the little girl again.

Devan smiles and grabs her, making the little girl smile while shaking her body left and right as if waiting for Devan to drink his drink.

"Thank you" Devan said making the girl nod.

Devan turned left and right looking for the boy he saw with the little girl who was still standing in front of Devan.

"You're just alone?" devan asked, making the girl shake her head.

"Then?" ask Devan.

The little girl laughed then ran away leaving Devan who was now gawking. I don't know what was on the little girl's mind that it was so weird.

Devan is now throwing his mind away from the children, making him now drink the cold drink.

"Good day."

A female voice was heard accompanied by a high heels knock that touched the surface of the asphalt.

"How did it feel after drinking that cold drink?"

Devan who heard the voice now raised his gaze and stared from the tip of the high heels in shiny red until it ended in the spotlight of the woman's eyes.

Devan was shocked after seeing the figure that was now standing before him. Devan quickly got up from the chair, his seat and was speechless looking at the woman with a look of disbelief.
