"The problem of life is heavy. I don't know why everyone seems to be deliberately hurting someone's heart."
"The heart that wants to be made happy must be hurt."
Cia was still speechless with her gaze still staring at the floor.
"Dad I'm married the fourth time."
"At first my mother accepted my father was married to a woman younger than my mother and that meant my father had two wives and worse we lived under one roof."
Cia turned to look at Adelio who was still staring at him with a full gaze. Adelio's tears have been spilling over her cheeks. It didn't last long Cia looked down.
"Every night my mother cries out of jealousy."
"Can you imagine how painful it is to see a loved one making out with a migrant girl who is not clear of her origin."
"We sat together at the dinner table, they laughed happily as if they didn't consider us to be."
Adelio sobbed as she explained it and made Cia look back at Adelio. It must have hurt. Cia did not expect that a bad story like this was felt by Adelio.
Adelio looked down and rubbed her hair violently as if she wanted to hit herself but she did not want to show it to Cia.
"Who can't stand that?"
"It's only been a few months that my father has been married, and now my father is remarried to a younger woman who is even the same age as me."
"Because my mother did not accept it, Mother decided to take me away from home and I arrived in Jakarta."
"My life is sad Cia" Adelio said again and then bowed to support his forehead with his fingers accompanied by the sound of crying.
Cia was only able to be silent, the reality behind Adelio's cold attitude stored a deep wound. Just this time Cia heard Adelio speak at length even what Adelio said was the problem that Adelio was facing right now.
Cia moved her fingers towards Adelio but moved her fingers restrained. Cia doesn't know what to do. The sound of Adelio's crying managed to push Cia gently rubbed Adelio's back. Cia knows it's not easy to deal with.
"Sa.sa...patience!" said Cia nervously when she rubbed Adelio's back that felt warm.
"Now I know."
"Now I'm conscious."
"I realized that Mother's figure was more noble than Father's."
Cia's mouthful quickly came to a halt and made him speechless after hearing Adelio's words about the figure of a Mother who was nobler than Father.
"There's no good father."
"Nothing!"
"Everything just hurts."
"No!" rebut Cia quickly.
Adelio now turned to look at Cia who was now looking at him sharply. Cia looked down at the clean white floor as if she had regretted looking at Adelio so badly.
"What I think is different from what you think, Adelio."
Adelio was amazed to hear that.
"I think Dad is more noble than Mom" said Cia with a trembling voice.
"Mother is a person who is not real."
"Gue doesn't believe that Mom's figure exists."
"Gue also doesn't believe that heaven is on Mom's feet."
"meaning?" ask Adelio.
Cia smiled cynically.
"There is a heaven that leaves its creatures."
"For the rest of my life I never squirm my mother, even I really want to meet Mom even though only through dreams, but it's difficult."
"Mother's figure can't fit into my dreams, because I don't know what she looks like."
"My heaven is not on Mom's feet but on my Dad's feet."
"My father is number one."
Cia biting her lips. Cia had forgotten that Adelio knew that her father had died and that she was being cared for only by the figure of her mother who was now lying sick in her home.
"And?" Look at Adelio curious.
"Emm, we're going back to school! I'm gonna go get a bag!" get Cia to switch the conversation.
Cia was silent still with her panicked face then exhaled heavily. Cia now got up from the long chair and immediately wiped her tears and walked away.
Adelio looked up at Cia's gray skirt which was covered in fresh blood as Cia rose from her seat even in Cia's seat there was a thick red liquid as well.
"Cia!!!" call Adelio with a pale face then he quickly got up from the chair and pulled Cia.
Cia was wide-eyed as she sat back in her chair while Adelio now looked agitated while kneeling before Cia.
"Why?" ask Cia quickly.
Adelio gulped as if afraid if Cia felt embarrassed if she told the truth. Adelio is afraid that Cia will feel uncomfortable if Adelio tells her there is blood on Cia's skirt.
"Why, Lio?"
Adelio fell silent, not knowing what to say and do.
"Ka..ka...are you sick?" adelio asked curiously even Adelio had no idea what Adelio had just asked Cia.
"illness?" tanya Cia made Adelio nod.
"No!" cia replied while shaking her head.
"Emmm, I want you to know."
"Well, what?"
"Em, but don't be angry!"
"Emang why?"
"That's, ahhh I mean skirt!" Pointing Adelio towards the skirt Cia was wearing and then scratching his neck slowly.
"Did?" Look Cia doesn't understand.
"Me..red."
"Did?"
Adelio gulped, it felt like Adelio did not know what to say for Cia to understand his point.
With a glance Adelio fell silent staring at the menstrual poster attached to the wall in front of a patient room.
Maybe it can help him to convey what Adelio wants to say.
"That!" Point Adelio at the poster.
Cia moved her head staring at a poster on the wall. Cia's eyes widened at the poster, whether Adelio's intention was...
Cia quickly looked at Adelio who was now misbehaving while scratching behind his ear. It seems Cia's guess is right.
Cia got up from the chair and moved her head to look at her skirt which contained traces of fresh blood there even Cia was able to see the blood clearly in a chair former seat.
"Yeah!!!" A small scream came out of Cia's mouth and immediately leaned against a wall like a lizard trying to keep Adelio from seeing the blood on her skirt.
Adelio covered her face. He didn't want Cia to be embarrassed if Adelio saw her.
"Don't open your eyes!" peech Cia while pointing.
"No way!" adelio said while closing both eyes.
"Lo see it all?" cia asked with her face that had been covered in sweat.
"No!" adelio said while shaking still with his hands that closed both eyes.
Cia breathed a long breath as if relieved to hear that.
"Slightly," said Adelio to make Cia slack.
Cia complained annoyed as if wanting to cry loudly.
"Where's dong?" Looked at Cia sadly staring at Adelio.
