"They all shot Joseph's doctor, Cia," Devan said, staring at Cia, who was sitting in front of him, hugging her knees blankly.

"Because of me, the same father Doctor Joseph died, Cia. I was wrong," he said, sobbing.

Cia touches both of Devan's cheeks and shakes her head trying to tell Devan if this isn't his fault.

Cia now stopped her crying and then she fell silent making Devan fall silent. Cia's gaze seemed to be moving as if she was thinking something to make Devan amazed.

"Lo why?" devan asked doubtfully.

"No Cia! No!" defy Devan while shaking his head and touching Cia's wet cheeks.

Cia hit Devan's hand hard as if she did not want to be touched by Devan who is now crying.

"Gue bastard, Van!!!" cia's shout made Devan close his eyes because of the sound of Cia's cry.

"Don't touch me!!!" cia shouted and then pulled Devan's hand so as not to touch his face.

As strong as Cia tried to take it off the stronger Devan held it back. He doesn't want to do it. Devan who was still crying now pulled Cia and hugged her tightly making Cia rebel in her arms.

"Gue Bastard son!!!" cia's scream in Devan's arms while hitting Devan's chest hard makes Devan feel tight.

"Shouldn't take me away!!! Let me die at the hands of the bad guy!!!"

"Gue should be dead!!!"

Devan shook his head trying to resist Cia's speech.

"I shouldn't be in this world, I'm an unlucky child!!! I'm the son of a fucking carrier!!!" shout Cia.

"Because my grandfather died!!! Because I'm Doctor Joseph also died!!!" shout Cia.

"Lo." Point Devan towards Cia's chest with her index finger.

"Lo is my son and it will stay that way until whenever."

Devan was silent for a moment then stroked Cia's cheek gently.

"Gue won't until I lose you, Cia. I love you the same. In this world it's just you that I have, Cuman lo."

Cia let go of her cries and re-hugged Devan's body.

"Cia's sorry," said Cia while sobbing painfully .

Devan just nodded while gently rubbing Cia's long hair.

"What insolent Cia?" ask Devan.

"It should be Cia calling Devan as Dad but Cia instead called Devan as lo" Cia explained making Devan smile and nod.

"Devan," said Cia and took off Devan's embrace and looked at him seriously.

"What?" devan asked trying to smile.

"Listen Cia!"

"Yes" said Devan.

"From today Cia will call Devan as Father, not Devan or Ceo," said Cia made Devan nod.

"Cia is sorry. Even Cia was always angry with God for being given the figure of a young father-"

"And handsome," Devan added made Cia laugh.

"But, behind all this, it turns out Cia never knew that Cia had the figure of Dad always protecting Cia."

"Cia's sorry, Dad."

"Dad?" Look Devan in disbelief.

Cia nodded making Devan smile happily.

"Dad, would you like to apologize Cia?" Look at Cia, leaning her cheek against Devan's chest.

Devan nodded as he continued to stroke Cia's soft hair.

"Cia loves Dad," whispered Cia while stroking Cia's hair.

"Dad loves Cia, too" Devan replied, then dyed Cia's hair. The little girl was still crying.

"Well." yeah." Look at Cia who has now blurred in the way of tears.

"Jagan used to live in Cia" said Cia, making Devan shake his head.

"No, Cia. I.em mean-"

"Dad," said Cia justifying making Devan laugh.

"Em yes Dad. I'll never leave Cia anywhere."

Cia smiled happily as she continued to lean her cheek against Devan's chest.

"Never leave Cia! It's just Dad that Cia has in this world" Cia added.

Devan nodded as he stroked Cia's hair again and again.

"No, it won't be Cia. Cia will stay with Dad until anytime and Dad will never let the bad guy hurt Cia."

Cia who heard that now took off Devan's embrace and looked at him with a smile.

"Promise?" cia asked as she raised her little finger in front of Devan who was now wrinkling her forehead.

"What promise?"

"Promise me that you won't leave Cia," Cia replied and then moved her little finger making Devan laugh.

"Promise," Devan said and wrapped his little finger around Cia's little finger that looked rather small.

Devan now pulls Cia's blanket which now covers Cia's body up to her chest making Cia now smile.

"Good night" Devan said, then stroked Cia's cheek gently.

"Good sleep, Dad," said Cia.

Devan smiled then stepped towards the door and his right hand that turned off the light switch made the atmosphere of Cia's room now dark.

Devan smiled then stepped out and closed the door tightly. Cia opened her eyes looking at the ceiling of her room which now looked dark.

"Everything I know but one I don't know yet, Mother. Where's Cia's mother?" ask Cia in the silence.
