The days passed without anyone knowing the pregnancy Kasya who is now a fetus in her womb is growing and makes her stomach gradually enlarged even though it can still be covered by clothes.

Kasha had to go through her days with an anxiety. He was not even able to take sports lessons because he was unable to run around the field like what he always did.

"Here are you drawing?" ask Kasha.

Devan nodded.

"Kasya know? It's Devan." Point Devan to the surface of the paper with the largest butterfly.

"This is kasya." Show Devan again to the other butterfly.

Kasya nodded in understanding, then looked at the butterfly with the smallest size.

"If this?" Show kasya.

Devan smiled knot.

"This is.this is in the belly of kasya," said Devan then bowed shyly.

Kasya now bowed and looked at her belly that had not yet grown.

"Oh yes Kak Kasya, emmm this card is the identification card of OSIS brother," said Devan then stick out the card.

"Well?" Look at kasya astonished to stare at his identification card that is incomplete. There are no more pictures there.

"Where's my picture?"

Devan smiled shyly and grabbed a photo of Kasya in his pocket.

"I like it" Devan replied.

5 Months later...

Kasya is now standing looking at her stomach in front of the mirror which is now increasingly bulging forward. Kasya gulped, now her gestational age has entered nine months more without making people suspicious if she was pregnant.

Now Kasya grabbed a long cloth and immediately tied her distended stomach very strongly, making Kasya grimace in excruciating pain every time she tied her stomach. Several times Kasya felt the baby in her stomach kicking making Kasya further strengthen her bond.

Kasya now steps through the steps and sits next to Firdha who appears smiling.

Kasya was downcast as if unable to look at the sincere smile of his mother who had been disappointed if he knew all if he knew the proud child of his son had done dirty and now has been pregnant.

"Eat Sya!" take Firdha while smearing jam on the bread.

Kasha nodded with a smile. Before long Kasya's forehead shriveled as Kasya felt the heartburn that spread all over her stomach, this was very painful.

Firdha now exhaled a heavy breath. The pale face of his son seemed to indicate that Kasya was sick. Firdha now shouted to Naini who was now approaching while carrying a mop.

"Yes, Madam."

"Take Kasya into her room!" peech Firdha made Naini nod and then approached Kasya who was now in more pain but tried to cover her with a smile.

"Let's Non!" said Naini in a soft tone and then helped Kasya who is now starting to rise from her seat.

Kasya now stepped her feet slowly. Unknowingly Kasya's tears are now spilling over her cheeks unable to withstand this pain.

Kasya's body is now slammed onto the floor, causing everyone to panic and immediately approach Kasya.

"Loooooooooo!!!" kasya screams when the pain is no longer able to bear Kasya. Makes him unconscious squeezing his stomach.

"Kasha." Look at Firdha and hold onto the head of Kasya who is still lying on the floor.
