Chapter 132

The sound of Adelio's pain was heard in the ER room when the nurse treated Adelio's wounds on his face quite a lot. It's the first time anyone has hit Adelio like that. Well honestly Adelio also does not know fighting even he never learned martial arts or fighting. Adelio's whole life never fought so it's only natural that he didn't take Devan's hit back.

"A little more," said the nurse.

Adelio grimacing. He tried to hold it in but couldn't, it hurt too much. It felt like Adelio's whole face was pulsing incoherently.

"Hold it! It just hurts a little." The nurse tried to win.

"But this hurts" Adelio answered like a child.

The nurse laughed, making Adelio who was originally grimacing now silent looking at the female nurse in white clothes, from her face she looks young.

"Why?" ask Adelio.

"You're funny" he replied making Adelio seem uncomfortable with the words.

Step limping Adelio stepped down the path of the hospital hallway which is now silent. Adelio deliberately did not let the sister put a bandage on her face, well Adelio only did not want if her face looks very severe in front of Julia.

Now it's three in the morning and of course no more passing by at bedtime like this except for the security guard who is now busy playing chess at a guard post.

Adelio has no idea why Cia's boyfriend is so angry with her and tells her to stay away from Cia. Adelio remembers exactly what Cia's boyfriend said if he was going to crush the person who made Cia cry but why was Cia crying? Was it her fault that Cia cried but what was her fault.

The thing that makes Adelio also confused is Cia who did not return to follow him from the toilet to the classroom. Adelio's steps came to a halt as she was in front of Julia's nursery door. Adelio breathed a deep breath from her mouth and moved her hand intending to turn the algae on Julia's room door.

Adelio's hand stopped he remembered Julia. Not long after Adelio stepped and stopped in front of a glass wall and turned to look at his face that looks red and many scratches there.

"Hopefully I won't rebuke you and look at this wound." Please Adelio while continuing to look at Julia's face.

"Hopefully." Hopefully again and then step towards the door.

Adelio now pushes through Julia's door, causing Julia to rise from her bed. Adelio was shocked, she thought Julia had gone to sleep but she wasn't.

"Adelio's." Julia's faint voice sounded while staring at Adelio who was now closing the door tightly accompanied by her nervous face.

"How long have you been, son?" ask Julia.

Adelio gulps, he still turns his back on Julia and steals time by pretending to close the door even though the door has been closed tightly.

"Adelio," call Julia.

Adelio took a deep breath and immediately turned to look at Julia. Adelio now stepped closer to Julia who was now wide in shock after staring at her son's face that looked battered. I don't know what happened to his beloved son.

"What's up in front of you?" julia asked in shock and welcomed her son who was now sitting on the chair right next to his bed.

"This why?" julia asked close her fingers to Adelio's face but her intention was now hindered by doubt. Julia didn't want to make Adelio sick.

"Adelio's." Julia's soft voice was heard making Adelio look at her mother's limp face. Adelio knew that his mother must be very worried about him. And how would it be if Julia knew that her favorite son was battered by being hit by a man. Well, Julia's gonna be sad.

"Adelio, what's the matter with your face, son?" tanyanya gently.

"You fell?"

Adelio fell silent, not answering Julia's question.

Julia poked her lips and immediately stroked her son's hair. His son never changed, he kept his own problems without ever telling his mother.

"Come on the story, kid!"

"Mom will listen."

"You're hit?" guess Julia.

Adelio shook his head quickly then immediately got up from his chair and immediately rolled out a red carpet on the floor.

Adelio who is still in pain is now lying her head on the folds of her hand to turn to Julia who is now only able to be silent with her confused look.

"Adelio," call Julia again.

"I'm fine, ma'am," replied Adelio.

"Really?"

"Yes, ma'am," replied Adelio.

"What happened to your face?" ask Julia .

Adelio was silent, he did not answer.

"You fighting?" ask Julia.

"Is your son good at fighting, ma'am?" ask Adelio.

Julia smiled, it was clear Adelio was not fighting and this made him calm.

Devan's black motorbike now stops right in front of the gate of Garuda National High School that looks crowded. Now that the clock has shown at 6 more, well maybe soon the entrance clock goes off soon.

Cia stepped up from Devan's motorcycle, today Devan decided to take Cia to school. Devan was silent looking at the group of girls in school uniform now whispering to each other while looking at him with a serious look.

The girl Devan was looking at now stretched amusedly and immediately ran into the school. Devan breathes heavily, well maybe they've all been eaten with Cia's stupid words saying that Devan has a monkey demon.

"Bah Van," said Cia limp, then set her foot intending to leave Devan.

"Letch!!" shouts Devan.

Cia stopped her steps and turned to look at Devan who was now looking at her with a gaze that seemed to be planning something.

"Stupid yuk!" take Devan with his spirit face.

"No ah, for today I don't want to skip," said Cia with her sluggish face and immediately turned her body back to Devan and then stepped back.

Devan poked his lips after the rejection sentence was thrown from Cia's mouth. The girl who was always happy when Devan invited her to skip the lesson is now rejecting her offer, So it's like this if a girl is hurt. How depressing.

"Bah Cia!!!" devan shouted as he waved his hand.

There was no reply from Cia, he still stepped regardless of Devan.

Devan exhaled tiredly staring at Cia's departure, then immediately plugged the gas leaving the crowded school gate including the girls who were still staring at him while whispering.

Step tired Cia now stepped down the hallway class that looks not as usual. No more screaming girls chasing him with chocolates, biscuits or even flowers. It feels like Cia's world isn't as beautiful as it used to be.

Cia's step stopped suddenly, honestly Cia forgot to bring Adelio's jacket. Well even though the jacket is not dry because Cia hangs it at seven o'clock in the night.

Cia now just exhaled sure, hopefully Adelio was not angry when he found out if Cia did not bring his jacket like what Cia said yesterday, but how could the angel-hearted man was angry with Cia. Just talk he rarely wants to be angry, huh it's very impossible for an Adelio. 

Cia now stepped into the classroom that seemed so quiet, even though many people there were now sitting in their seats.

Cia who was still stepping was now looking at Loli, Marisa and Medika who seemed busy with their respective affairs. Usually those who are so active welcome Cia with a deposit for Devan.

Cia's steps are now silent staring at Adelio's chair and Fika who looks empty there are no them there. Cia did not know where they both went so compactly did not come to school. Maybe the two of them are now taking a walk to celebrate his birthday.

Now Cia moved her head to look at the whole class that seemed so busy. Cia's gaze was now stopped staring at Yuna standing at the teacher's desk while busy watching Faririn who was sweeping because she got a cleaning schedule.

"Yes!" call Cia.

"What, Ci?" ask Yuna.

"Where's Adelio? How come there's no?" cia asked slightly pointing towards their seat.
