Cinta Ilham & Zahra

Cinta Ilham & Zahra
MCIDZS. 7A Piece of Paper From Dad

Today is the third day for Alisha to become a wife, but between the two nothing has changed. There was no change at all and the attitude of Ilham who was known to be firm and indifferent, making Alisha did not dare to say anything to Ilham even though she was her husband.

For this reason, Alisha did not know that behind Ilham's indifference there was a fact that she did not know. Alisha only saw Ilham as a teaching teacher in the pesantren, but this time she had to accept the fact that Ilham was her husband.

It does not rule out the possibility for Alisha to know everything that her husband covers, because after all Alisha is still his wife who has the right to know all about her husband.

While Ilham was in the bathroom, Alisha chose to go outside her room and meet her mother who was cooking in the kitchen.

"Mother, may I help you?" ask Alisha who suddenly stopped the activity of Rahma's mother who was cooking in the kitchen.

"You can just cut the vegetables. Let the mother cook the vegetables later," replied Rahma's mother while smiling at her son.

In between her activities, Rahma's mother suddenly asked something that made Alisha unable to say anything.

"Alisha, has Ilham started loving you for a few days and been a good husband?"

For a moment Alisha stopped her activities and was silent for a moment, and then answered her. "For so long, Ilam has never treated me badly, and why did you suddenly ask me that?" ask Alisha.

"That's okay, I asked the frog to you because I was afraid of this marriage Mother's daughter is not happy," replied Mother Rahma who was still struggling with her cooking activities.

Alisha was silent again. "I'm not really sure I'm going to have happiness with this marriage either, but all this has happened. Want it or not, I must still accept it" Alisha murmured in her heart.

"Alisha," called Rahma's mother who managed to pay her daydreams that were more often silent after the departure of her father.

"Yes, Mom?" alisha answered, looking back at her mother.

"Mom wants to say something to you, but I just want to say it now, when I should have said this from yesterday" said Rahma's mother.

Now Rahma's mother is no longer busy with her kitchen activities so she can talk to her daughter.

"What is that, Mom?" Alisha looked very curious about her mother's words.

"Actually, before Dad died, he told Mom to give this letter and hopefully Alisha would not mind" explained Rahma as she gave a piece of paper that would be given to her daughter.

"What is this, Mom?" asked Alisha in surprise.

In the face of a piece of paper, a gift from his father. Deeply, Alisha stared at the paper. However, then Alisha opened it because her curiosity was so deep.

With a mood that still can not accept the departure of Kiai Saleh, Alisha tried hard to keep fighting the taste back because it is not good if it continues to drag on with pain.

Word strands are written in a paper that contains only black ink scratches, accompanied by rows of paper that have been aligned so as to make the writing neat and memorable beautiful to be seen by the eye.

Every word written on the white paper that had been dyed in black ink, brought such a deep sadness to a girl who was reading it. His words touched the deepest recesses of the heart, and it was undeniable that Alisha's tears just dripped because she was so excited to read the piece of paper.

Nothing can stop Alisha from crying, as Rahma's mother knows that her daughter is in a complicated situation. Therefore, Rahma's mother could not help her daughter because what was written by her late husband could not be changed, and Alisha must be able to accept it.

Every word that Alisha read, she unceasingly grieved that her father had said something so profound that he could say nothing more than prayer, and if Kiai Saleh was still here, he said, it is possible that Alisha will embrace him because he is an only child who is very loved by both parents.

However, when Alisha read the last sentence written on the paper, Alisha looked a little surprised and did not say anything more because everything was written on the paper. That way, Alisha can only be silent and accept all, especially the last sentence that her father wrote already requires Alisha to keep maintaining her household.

However, Alisha did not know if she would be able to accept this fact. Either way, Alisha is still adapting to her new status which involves a lot of accepted things. That way, he should be able to live everything patiently because it is not good if it is too rash in everything, whatever it is.

In the last sentence written by the late Kiai Saleh, she told her daughter to keep her household, and asked her to be a good wife to her husband who was none other than her, was Ilham. Not to forget also in the paper it says that Zahra—daughter of Ustaz Hasan will participate in building the Darussalam Pesantren by becoming a teacher for santriwati.

Therefore, Zahra was also involved from the message of Kiai Saleh who was his uncle. That way, in order to fulfill Kiai Saleh's last request, Zahra must be contacted immediately and inform him of this message.

The late Kiai Saleh also did not carelessly write down his request just like that, because he also knew that his nephew was a woman who was studying and had a very broad insight so that Kiai Saleh decided that Zahra would participate in building the Darussalam Pesantren to be more willing any more.

Don't forget, Kiai Saleh loved Zahra like his daughter Alisha because they grew up together. However, the two must separate because Zahra will study religion in the city, while Alisha, her father put in the Ar-Rashid Pesantren so that they do not see each other again.

Therefore, Alisha has considered Zahra as her own sister even though she has not met for a long time. However, the relationship is still established. Moreover, Zahra is her cousin so Alisha already loves her very much, even when reading that message Zahra does not mind at all.

"Mother, is Zahra going to come here again?" alisha asked her mother.

"Not because I haven't told Zahra yet, and no one from Ustaz Hasan's family knows this message yet," mama Rahma answered while looking at the face of Alisha who had shed tears since reading the messages.

"Then, Alisha will immediately contact Zahra and inform him of all this" Alisha said, wiping her tears on her clean face.

"All right, but calm yourself down. I know this is very heavy, especially after knowing the contents of the message," said Rahma and Alisha understood.
