Between Two Hearts

Between Two Hearts
Chapter 71

Two motor sports speeding through the traffic jam of the capital city towards the outside of the city.

Quite quiet, quiet, and also cool. The cold of the night wind is not felt by them, because worry is more dominant. Their only goal was to get to where they were headed safely.

A simple house in the countryside or more precisely the city of Bandung became their target. Armed with vague or forgetful memories, Bagas and Devian bring Kayla to meet someone.

Their motorbike stopped at a coffee shop right at the entrance gate of the village. The stall was crowded with visitors who were mostly men if it was night. Various reasons for them to hang out at the coffee shop. From motorcycle taxi drivers, to those who want to watch the ball together. They gathered together there.

Smoke puffs were visible from the woks in the stall because they sold a wide variety of fried foods. Coffee and fried foods are very suitable in combination, especially enjoyed at night which is quite cold.

Bagas went down to ask the fathers who were sitting while sipping coffee in the shop. "Excuse me gentlemen!" They turned their heads towards Bagas. "Sorry, I'll ask. Do you know Grandma Arimbi?" ask Bagas politely.

"Grandmother Arimbi?" They looked at each other before answering. "Ooo ... Mak Rimbi," Bagas nodded even though he did not know the nickname of the Grandmother he was looking for. She only knew that Grandma Arimbi was the grandmother of her mother and her face was vaguely forgotten because they met as children and lived with her in the main house.

For the nickname of his best friend's grandmother, Bagas did not know for sure.

"From here you go straight, later on in the fork you turn left, well there ...!"

"Home?"

"No, Mas. There is a workshop, straight again a little, turn right, uphill a little, there is a house one. Well there ... new home. Understand," he explained.

Simultaneously Bagas and Devian shook their heads. "No!"

"Huh?" sighs sounded heavy, more precisely sighs annoyed. "All right!" Look, yes, Mas ..." He tried to explain again but Kayla felt bad.

Kayla quickly patted Bagas on the shoulder to leave immediately as the other stares were directed towards her. "I understand what he said! Can we go now?!" kayla's face looked scared.

"Hurrah!" Bagas looked back after hearing Kayla's words. Looking at the frightened girl, Bagas glanced at the direction Kayla was looking at. Two thug-looking young men were watching behind a large tree not far from the stall. Earrings in the ears, on the nose, and on the lips and wearing a black t-shirt and pants that are torn on the knee by wearing dark makeup polish like a punk.

The eyes of the two continued to stare intently and watched Kayla unceasingly. They want to eat the girl alive.

"De-Devian .. we'll unplug it now!" Bagas poking his friend's waist.

Devian who was uncomfortable because of being poked around immediately turned around while grumbling. "What the hell, Gas? I'm going to have an address again so I don't stray!" ketus.

"We understand. Yeah, Kay!" hiss Bagas answered quickly.

Kayla nodded. "Yes," he said.

Devian frowned looking at the faces of the two. "What the hell are you two doing? How scared is that cake?!" probing Devian noticed the tense faces of the two.

They shake their heads at the same time. "No. It's just a mess, so we need to get to Grandma's house!" both explain.

"It's just a shame, so we must know clearly where Grandma's house is!"

"We know it, Dev. Thank you, sir!" both said in unison thanking the father.

Bagas motor moves according to the direction of the Father. Devian had to follow directly although still in doubt because he did not understand the address of the house he was looking for. The father explained it a little quickly.

"Gas, wait!" But Bagas did not heed the call of his friend. He kept driving past the two thugs who were hiding earlier.

The two continued to stare towards Bagas and Kayla who pretended not to see him.

Devian continued to follow behind without being able to ask. He also saw the two thugs Kayla and Bagas saw, but he behaved normally because he did not know if the two thugs were watching them from earlier.

"Where else are we?" devian asked confused.

"To the left!" "To the right!" Kayla and Bagas.

Devian immediately turned to the two who seemed to show different directions with their fingers.

"Ish you guys are. I told you that we have to make sure it is right. How the hell!" grumbling pissed Devian. .

"Yes, but I did! Why did you forget now?" Bagas scratched his non-itchy nape.

"Where, Kay? Where else should we go?" ask Devian again.

"I think to the right!" sahut Kayla's.

"Rasa .. tasa, already rich food aja in rasain. The real dong Kay, let's not stray us. It's a malem!" ketus Devian's.

Confused, Bagas also flicked his finger to give a proposal. "Aha, let's get a map!"

"Map? Where's the map, dodol." Menoyor Bagas head wrapped in a helmet. "We're just gonna pack it on that guy. You both really noisily want to go mulu, it will be kek gini." said Devian annoyed to both.

"I mean that, Devian. If people are looking for something, use a map. If we do, remember the instructions of the Father!" bagas explained.

"Continue?"

"So the father said right ... straight path .. turn left ... motor workshop .. turn again ... climb up ... Granny's house!" Cheers Bagas happy like a child's adventure with his monkey.

"What the hell are you, Gas? That's a turn again where?"

"Oh yeah, which turn?" He asked back. "Okay, one more time. Straight path ... turn left ... motor workshop ... turn ... turn which turn is it?"

"Right turn!" sela Kayla's. "Cepet dong hunt malem!" continued.

"But what's wrong, Kay?" tanya Bagas and Devian.

"Not going. I heard that from my father. After the workshop continued to turn right uphill little .. Grandma's house!" Kayla followed Edrick in the talkative style of the adventurous boy.

"Know it?"

"Knew!" Kayla replied definitely.

"Okay, huhh .. We turn right. If it's wrong, we go back to the stall." Devia broke up and both nodded.

Just as they were about to turn, they were suddenly startled by the sound of reprimands from behind.

"Hey stop!" they were silent and looked at each other.

Slowly their heads turned back and were increasingly refining to see who the affirmer was.

Kayla and Bagas' eyes were perfectly rounded when they saw who was reprimanding them. It turned out, that person was the two thugs who had noticed him earlier.

The two seemed to walk over with a roaring expression making them frightened.
