What happened to HUMAIRO

What happened to HUMAIRO
#15

Humairo stuttered from his sleep. She found herself falling asleep in a sitting position by leaning her head against the dresser. He paused for a moment, trying to regain his consciousness. It was like hearing a scream. The voice of the scream felt very loud in his ears. Humairo turned towards the wall clock. It's 9 in the morning. Apparently at dawn he had unknowingly fallen asleep in his seat.

"Assalamualaikum," came the sound of a greeting accompanied by a knock several times on the outside door. Humairo immediately tidied his hair and cleaned his face with a moisturizer in front of the glass. He hoped that the person out there would be Ainul.

Humairo immediately got up and rushed towards the door. Mahmud and two black men stood as Humairo opened the door. Humairo smiled.

"Sorry sir, I overslept, please come in sir," said Humairo, letting the three enter. He then held a mat in the living room and let Mr. Mahmud and the two people with him sit down.

"Mom, this is a little food for Mr. Ustadz" Mahmud said, handing a green bag to Humairo. Humairo picked it up and immediately rushed towards the kitchen, but only a few steps, Mahmud prevented it.

"Don't bother Mom, we had coffee earlier in the mosque," said Mr. Mahmud as if he had known that Humairo went to the kitchen to make him coffee. Humairo turned around and sat in front of them.

"We are here to visit ustadz Ainul, have not been to the mosque for two days, we are worried, lest Ainul's ustadz have not been cured," said Mr Mahmud. Humairo. Mr. Mahmud's words were like a hard object hitting his chest. His breath blows faster. His face immediately turned pale. Seeing that Humairo was silent for a long time with his breath rising and falling rapidly, Mahmud turned his head towards his two friends.

"Mom, I'm fine" asked Mahmud. Humairo was still silent, this time accompanied by tears running down his cheeks. Mr. Mahmud and his three friends were increasingly astonished.

"Mom, Mum Humairo, what's wrong Mom." Mahmud looked worried. Humairo's cries grew louder.

"Where is he" said Hafiza. His voice rang out between his sobs. Mahmud and the two looked at each other in wonder.

"He's been gone since yesterday afternoon. I've been waiting for him all night, where he is, please find him." Humairo's crying became more and more so, but the longer it was heard. Humairo's eyes closed and his body slowly decayed and fell on the floor. Mahmud and his two friends panicked. He immediately ran over and called out to some of the women who were sitting in their yard.

"Please Mom, suddenly, Mr. Humairo passed out, please secure Ma'am," said Mr. Mahmud. He then took his two friends out and chose to sit on the porch of the house.

"If ustadz Ainul is not at home, about where it is," said Mr. Mahmud as he rubbed the tip of his lips with his thumb. He sighed many times while staring at his two friends.

"Maybe go home to his house sir" said one of his friends. Mahmud nodded, as if he was remembering something. He put his hand in his trouser pocket and pulled out a cell phone.

"In the meantime, I think I once kept one of the relatives of Ustadz Ainul" said Mr. Mahmud. He was seen starting to check several numbers on his phone. Mahmud picked up his phone and put it in his ear. For a moment, Mahmud was silent waiting for the person he called to pick up his call.

"Assalamulaikum Mr. Junaidi, this, I'm Mr. Mahmud" Mahmud said with a smile. Seeing his two friends approaching like he wanted to know the talk of Mr. Mahmud, Mr. Mahmud activated his cellphone speaker.

"This sir, I want to ask you about Ainul's news,"

"Lho, how is it the same sir, should I be the same father, Mr. Mahmud know for himself right, ustadz Ainul has not been home for two years, since assigned in the village of Mr," voice word across. Mahmud and his two friends looked at each other.

"Sorry sir, I think ustadz Ainul is returning home," Mahmud paused for a moment.

"Okay sir, maybe Ainul's ustadz is having some business outside, we'll be waiting for him. Come sir, Assalamulaikum."

"Greetings waalaikum,"

He sighs.

"Why did Mr Mahmud not tell us what happened" one of his friends said.

Mr. Mahmud shook his head.

"No need sir, we'll wait while we figure out his whereabouts. It is possible that he again left the city because there was a sudden business without having time to tell his wife," said Mr. Mahmud.

"But why did Mr. Humairo faint sir,"

" Nah, that's what I think too. Maybe because Ainul ustadz was still sick so that Humairo's mother became anxious. Especially the loss since yesterday afternoon," added Mr. Mahmud.

"This is all sir, the three of us look for the existence of Ustadz Ainul in the place where he used to visit, maybe we can get information," suggested one of his friends. Mahmud agreed. He then approached the mothers who were standing guard beside Humairo. He saw that Humairo was conscious. Seeing Mr. Mahmud standing at the door, Humairo got up. The mothers beside him immediately held onto his body.

"Sir Mahmud, please find my husband, he is still sick sir, please, take him home sir," Humairo said. Mahmud smiled as he nodded.

"Sure Ma'am, God willing, a quiet mother at home, we will definitely look for Mr. Ustadz" said Mr. Mahmud. He and his two friends then left.

"Mom, thank you for taking care of me. I also apologize for my attitude. God is angry with me. I'm too evil Ma'am" said Humairo, holding one by one the hands of the mothers on his left and right.

"Alhamdulillah, Mrs Humairo is conscious. We have never hated Mrs Humairo, we respect Mrs Humairo as much as we respect ustadz Ainul. If not for ustadz Ainul, until now I would not have been able to pray" said one of the mothers on his left.

"Yes Ma'am, Ainul's ustadz is good, hopefully Ainul ustadz will come home soon, long time not to hear his studies," added another. Humairo smiled. He was crying haru.

"Thank you Mothers, I'm fine, Mom, I can be left, I can be left,"

"It's nothing, ma'am,"

Humairo smiled and nodded his head.

"I'm fine Mom, the mothers continue their work. I also want to go to the kitchen, want to cook for ustadz, afraid to go home," said Humairo trying to hide his sadness. They also went and left Humairo.

Humairo slowly got up and closed the door. He stood weakly leaning against the door. Stareawed. Her tears came back. Ainul had truly left her. She felt empty and felt she was the most useless woman on earth.

Humairo's eyes fell on a green map on the television. The feeling, before he had never seen any map on that television. Humairo approached and started opening the map. In it he saw several sheets of paper inscribed with letters of ownership of land and houses. Humairo's gaze wandered everywhere, like thinking of something. He never received a land certificate from his mother. Maybe Ainul had been keeping it. He returned it and disappeared.

Humairo lowered his head weakly. With gontai steps, he headed to his room. His body was weak, he threw it on the bed. He was heard crying again.
