CHAPTER 19: BLUSHING

Andrew's laughter was heard filling the hallway of the deserted building, while Sherlyn who was in front of him just looked down deeply. Perhaps too embarrassed for Andrew's voice to be the center of attention. Sherlyn may begin to understand how Kate and Angle feel if she laughs.

And also, Andrew did not like it if he laughed by opening his mouth very wide. But did the man with blue eyeballs not realize that he was laughing like that?

“Oh come on Andrew, is my statement so funny to you?”

This time Sherlyn snatches away an upset when Andrew has no intention of stopping his laughter. Andrew, who felt he knew how Sherlyn was feeling, tried to hold back his laughter even though it was quite difficult for him.

“You think me and Kate have a relationship? What kind of relationship do you mean? Like a King with a Concubine?”

Sherlyn looks at Andrew confused, not because Andrew has a relationship with Kate or not. But the parable of Andrew that makes him confused, why should the King with a Concubine? For some reason, it sounded disgusting in Sherlyn's ear.

“King with Concubine? Oh come on, Andrew. I'll beat you up if you make a second Kate."

“If I wanted Kate, I would make her second, third or so."

Sherlyn sensed that something was burning. I don't know why Andrew's words upset her so much. Sherlyn clenched her hands tightly, and stared intently at Andrew's face. While Andrew who saw the change in Sherlyn's face only smiled thinly, and it made Sherlyn even more upset.

“Because I'm going to make you my first wife Sherlyn, you forgot?”

Sherlyn felt her emotions suddenly dissipate, her hot head now replaced with a face that heated up in embarrassment. Sherlyn looked down deeply, hiding her red face. Although it was in vain because Andrew first saw it, and made Andrew develop his smile.

“Let's go on a date after class, Lyn."

"Dating?"

Sherlyn raised her head, and found Andrew's face staring at her still developing her smile. Sherlyn looked down again, not strong enough to look into the eyes of Andrew who only focused on looking into his eyes. Sherlyn however nodded small with a lowered head, and that was enough to make Andrew very happy.

“I wait after finish class My Queen.”

Sherlyn looked up, looking at Andrew who was getting away from her. And Sherlyn could see once in a while Andrew turning to wave at her and Sherlyn's hand in return.

Sherlyn sighed, why did she become like this before Andrew? This was the first time he had been like this in front of a man. He and Andre did quite often talk about adult things as a child, such as marriage, living together, streets and so on. But this was the first time he had reacted like this, was it because the two of them were already bigger? Sherlyn was just lazy to think things through.

Sherlyn flinched as a voice sounded right behind her. From her voice, tone of voice, and accent of speech, Sherlyn knew perfectly well who had surprised her. But he remained silent, as if he did not hear his voice in the hallway.

“I'm asking, Lady.”

Sherlyn let out a heavy sigh and turned her body, she indeed could not ignore anyone, moreover it was Chris. Sherlyn can see a dislike stare as it is ignored from Chris' green eyes. Sherlyn becomes nervous, she is always nervous when she looks at Chris's eyeballs. Chris is very different from most men.

“He's Andrew Preston, you didn't know him on Triple Date last night? When you are with Angle who is actually a lover.mu”.

Sherlyn grew more nervous as she looked into Chris' cold eyes, she was quite sorry to bring back the matter yesterday. But his resentment towards Chris overcame his fear. Actually after he came home after Triple Date yesterday, the atmosphere in Kate's car was very quiet, they were busy with their respective affairs. Kate with her cell phone, Angle with her nails and Sherlyn can only look out the window. Actually all night he waited for Chris in his room to come and explain everything. But Chris did not come until he fell asleep, and that made Sherlyn very upset. Yesterday was the first time he was waiting for Chris to come.

“Oh come on Chris, why have you been looking at everyone with such a cold gaze? I've been very remorseful, if it were just your threat, and you wouldn't dare to do more than just look at a mema-”

Sherlyn flinched as Chris cornered her body on the wall of the hallway with her right and left arms as guard. Sherlyn's breath was restrained, she was unable to breathe with the distance of Chris' face which was only a few inches from her face. He could even feel Chris' warm breath on his face.

“A..What the hell are you doing? It's on Chris' campus, don't do anything crazy!”

Sherlyn whispered with a look around. He was really afraid Chris would do something crazy and someone saw him. It could be the lips of one campus, plus Angle will hear it. It could ruin his friendship.

“Hal crazy? What like?”

Sherlyn frowned. Did Chris really ask or just tease her? But he could see the innocent face of Chris who was staring at him in confusion. Sherlyn tried not to smile when she saw Chris' innocent face.

“Do not plain pretender Chris!”

Said Sherlyn annoyed, innocent face belongs to Chris replaced with a grin. Sherlyn rotated her eyeballs, why she became doubtful about knowing Chris did not know about the ‘hal mad’ she was talking about earlier. Of course Chris knew about the thing he was talking about, maybe he was the expert.

"C... Chris, get your body away!" Clara said, still holding her breath, Chris's grin was getting wider.

“Let's fuck Lady!"
