CHAPTER 12: PRINCESS

Sherlyn is now staring at Angle and Kate who are in front of her in turn. Fifteen minutes had passed after their course was over and they had no one to talk to. Several times Sherlyn tried to find the atmosphere and their answer was just ‘Iya’, ‘Not’, ‘I don't know’ and other short words. Indeed, when they got together Sherlyn introduced her new book she had bought with Andrew yesterday. Or maybe they are like this because he bought this book with someone else and not with them? Oh come on, Sherlyn knows her friend isn't that childish.

“How about your family event?”

Said Sherlyn and looked at her best friend. The two of them instantly pecked and turned nervous, Sherlyn looked at them in bewilderment. Kate looked back in the other direction and Angle looked down deeply. And all came back silent and a little awkward, Sherlyn felt regret asking like that.

“What's with you guys?”

Sherlyn has now chosen to read the book. Actually he did not really read it, he just wanted to busy himself and seemed to not care about them.

A minute has passed.

Sherlyn quietly drops her book and sees Kate's face still looking the other way and Angle's face looking down. Sherlyn re-raised her book, trying to get back to looking busy.

Five minutes have passed.

Sherlyn sighed and went back down her book and she still saw Angle and Kate in the same position. Sherlyn held onto her book until it gave her several folds. Actually, he was very upset with both of them. Is it wrong for both? If so, they should talk to him.

Ten minutes have passed.

Sherlyn is fed up, she closes her book and throws it rough on the canteen table. Angle and Kate turned their heads, and she could see Sherlyn's cold gaze right at their two beads. Both Kate and Angle are starting to issue a watch mode.

“Do you guys have any problems with me?”

Angle was desperately trying to stare at Sherlyn but her fear overcame everything. He was staring hard at Sherlyn, but his arms were trembling. But unlike Kate, he just stared at Sherlyn flat, but his arms clenched firmly beside his body.

“Do you think?”

This time Sherlyn's cold gaze began to focus on Kate and was met with a flat gaze on Kate. Actually Kate's heart was pounding there, but she was trying to be strong. This time he had to defend Angle, as he knew Angle would not dare to speak to Sherlyn directly. After yesterday they had an appointment with their partner, but both of them were canceled because of Sherlyn, the girl messed things up.

There was an indisputable command tone at the end of Sherlyn's sentence. Angle had looked down deeply, he was indeed not a person who could argue with others, he had always lost. Now, Kate's defense to stay strong is starting to falter.

Sherlyn's voice is now up. Kate clenched her hands tightly. Angle and Kate looked at Sherlyn in shock at Sherlyn's amused smile. Angle and Kate breathed a sigh of relief when they saw Sherlyn smiling, this girl was never predictable. Kate and Angle looked at each other, the next second they smiled as well.

Kate and Angle feel so silly, how can they be upset with Sherlyn, even the girl does not know with the mistakes she made. Sherlyn was an innocent girl from a long time ago, she always looked at the world well, while the world was not as good as it seemed.

“What if today as book purchase schedule?”

Kate and Angle looked back at Sherlyn's horror, while Sherlyn just sighed deeply, knowing that Kate and Angle definitely could not if they had reacted that way.

Kate and Angle smilingly looked at Sherlyn and they saw Sherlyn who nodded in understanding. Kate and Angle breathe a sigh of relief because Sherlyn already trusts them. Actually they feel sorry, they again broke Sherlyn's trust in them.

Angle's quick answer left both Sherlyn and Kate flinched. But a second later Angle looked down deeply, Kate looked the other way and Sherlyn seemed to think hard. But Sherlyn shook her head, trying to brush off her suspicions. Angel and Kate would not lie if it wasn't for her own good.

Sherlyn touched Tyron's shoulder making the man with blond hair turn his head towards her, Sherlyn slightly snapped when she saw Tyron's cold gaze on her. What's really going on with this guy? Perhaps this was the first time Tyron looked at him so coldly. Sherlyn's heart was beating a little faster, she was quite afraid of Tyron who was like this.

“You forgot to promise us Princess?”

Tyron's cold gaze was replaced by a warm gaze and gentle smile, Sherlyn was quite relieved by the facial changes Tyron made, at least she didn't have to show a watchful mode to him. Andrew widened his grin and looked at Tyron with a look of demeanour, Tyron released Sherlyn's arm which he held firmly, and Sherlyn could see Tyron's arm already clenched, ready to land his fist on Andrew's cheek at any moment.
