11. Edha's Sword

Kai's weakness of not being able to master Rein's magic was already a common secret among the witches. It is not uncommon for the Gamma Family to be considered a family of great witches and produce unparalleled offspring. Kai's weakness is considered a failure by his parents. It is also considered to be the weakest and most easily underestimated descendant of Gamma.

Kai was already immune to that ridicule. He did not need to reply with words, just with the ability he had now.

His three enemies were still unmoved on the spot when Kai almost reached their place. Edha's sword swung forward, shining white with the tip of the square-shaped sword's eye, not pointed and sharp like a sword in general.

But Kai's movements came to a halt when he realized something was attacking him simultaneously from the side and bottom. Kai tracked the ground and soared upward, avoiding the roots of the plant that almost grabbed his feet. A large rock came from the side, colliding with each other to cause a loud explosive sound. Kai exhaled, almost exploding with the stones.

Not giving him any loopholes at all, the three witches attacked Kai with their respective Rein magic. Using Edha's sword, Kai slashed at the roots as well as the rocks that came attacking him without any gaps.

On the other hand, Rex is not idle just like that. The sweet cat is now facing three guides belonging to the enemy. Rex has changed its form back in its original form. The Guides would not be able to fight at full strength if using disguise magic, let alone Rex's opponent not just any Guide. Moreover Edha Sword was called a fog sword that could mislead opponents and kill them amidst the fog.

Kai still continues to jump, soar and avoid chasing the roots of plants and rocks. One of them has explosive magic fused with Rein magic belonging to the other two enemies. So that the roots and stones will immediately explode when near Kai.

This long-distance battle was certainly not profitable for Kai. Because he could only rely on his Edha Sword. He must approach the three enemies to find their weakness.

Kai made a twisting motion, bringing Edha's sword close to his face. With his left hand, he closed the tip of his sword.

Crossroads that were originally dark because the sky suddenly turned white. The fog came slowly out of nowhere. The ceilings and buildings around began to be invisible, covered by the appearance of a fog that was getting thicker and thicker.

The three enemies who were originally silent were still silent in place turned around and there vigilantly. They could not see and control Rein's magic in this thick fog.

The three enemies rushed to draw their respective swords. Their type of sword was a Non-Master sword. Only the descendants of Gamma witches possessed the sword Master type. Sword Master possessed a power that fused with nature. While Non-Master swords have the advantage of doubling their swords in a certain number and different shapes.

Sounded screaming. They should have fallen by now. Kai approaches and sees two masked men have fallen on the street. But they can still get up and attack Kai simultaneously. However, their movement was limited due to this fog.

The sound of clashing swords rang out boisterously. Within this close range both of his enemies could use Rein's sword and magic simultaneously. But Kai won't let that. Although he does not yet possess Rein's magic, Kai's sword technique is the best.

Incision by incision he scratched on the enemy's body. Attacking them without any loopholes at all. With the instinct he had, Sword Edha managed to find the dark power point of the two. Kai pierced right at the passage, absorbing their dark powers.

A black fog emerged from his two fallen enemies. Gently enter through the three small holes at the tip of the eyes of the Sword of Edha. Kai could feel his strength had increased. Edha's sword harnessed that dark power and transferred it to Kai's body like energy. That means Kai will not get tired easily and still be able to fight with maximum strength.

Two enemies have fallen. But there is still one more enemy who can apparently read Kai's movements in the fog. The roots of the plant emerged from under his feet, trying to chase after Kai who immediately dodged far away.

"Tch!" Kai screeched, he saw that this opponent was not careless. His Non-Master Sword was now doubled in two. The roots of the plant continued to move agilely, able to detect Kai's existence even though the fog was his. Amazingly, the root was protecting the owner. So, this fog-induced coldness did not hurt him at all.

Kai chopped off all those roots, looking for a gap to get closer. His mist grew thicker, giving off a chill that pierced as sharp as a sword. The man's defense begins to crack, then disintegrates due to Kai's mist that continues to squeeze his protection. Kai saw that the man's mask had been removed, revealing the face of a grown man with a thick sideburn.

The sound of the clanking of the re-converting swords rang out. This time it was more boisterous and fast. The man apparently had an amazing sword technique. Kai felt he had a balanced opponent. The resistance of the two is endless. Kai must fight two swords belonging to the enemy as well as the roots of the tree that continues to pursue him.

The battle of the two had bulldozed the buildings around the intersection. Kai was almost cornered. Just then, something appeared on the Agora ceiling. Two blue and green smoke came closer.

The street where the fight Kai and the man on the side suddenly split apart and a burst of water appeared from below. The minced man was fixated for a moment, his roots suddenly did not work. And now appeared another vines that instantly wrapped around and curled its body without any gaps.

The two smoke that had been seen earlier fell down and turned into two cloaked figures. Use a veil so that both faces are invisible. The two figures came closer, approaching Kai who was preparing with his sword.
