Sanggana Swordsman

Sanggana Swordsman
54. Towards the Windscreen

*Kahyangan Arak*

When Joko Calm had fallen asleep first, Nintari was still lying sideways looking at the figure of the red-vests young man. There was astonishment in his mind, Joko seemed not to worry about being threatened to sleep not far from a woman who did not hesitate to kill.

“Why does Joko trust me so much? Was he not afraid if I kept bad intentions to him? Ah, I think he is always on standby even when his eyes are closed like that,” Nintari said in his heart while continuing to look at the young man who had defeated him earlier this afternoon.

But in fact, Nintari does not have a plan or bad intentions to Joko Calm. Indeed, he had to admit to himself that there was a sense of unwillingness to hurt Joko, not because maybe he was unable to hurt the young man. The casual chatter of many laughs and the atmosphere created in that night, between him and Joko, was a difficult atmosphere he could have during his career as a paid swordsman. The reluctance of other warriors towards him was precisely impressed they harbored fear of him.

In the end, Nintari fell asleep in the warmth of the campfire which by dawn had been extinguished.

Nintari wakes. He passed through the night peacefully. Sleep tight. Seen Joko Calm is sitting cross-legged while moving his pair of arms slowly and vigorously. It seems he is cultivating his inner energy. Nintari just looked at the young man's back. He does not know when Joko woke up from his sleep. Certainly, if Joko woke up earlier than him, surely the young man had free time to enjoy Nintari while still asleep with his gaze. But Nintari tepis such conjecture, he did not want to be big-hearted.

Nintari let Joko with her activities. He chose to wake up and breathe the morning air as much as possible until his chest puffed up defiantly. Nintari did this several times while closing her eyes to enjoy the fresh nature of the Rocky Jungle morning.

“Your sleep is good, Angel?” ask Joko suddenly.

Nintari was surprised to hear the question. In a hurry he breathed and loosened his chest. He was worried that Joko would be lusting after him because of that.

“Yes, I slept like a dead man,” replied Nintari somewhat misbehaved, but soon she neutralized her body language. “You?”

“My sleep is deep but short, just in case in a foreign place,” said Joko. “How? Are you ready to take you to the Windscreen?”

“Eating together, drinking together, to sleep together we have been through. Don't you intend to shower together first?” tanya Nintari meant to flirt.

Joko Calmly smiled. He knew that the woman he knew as the Angel of the Grave Flute was just teasing him.

“If Queen Getara Love is willing to lend her a bath space, we take a bath together. You are in the next room and I am in the other room,” said Joko replied to Nintari's temptation.

Nintari laughed crisply.

“Come we leave!” bring Nintari.

Nintari flashed from one stone to another. On his way he smiled to himself. The incident just now became so clingy and imprinted in his memory. Until he momentarily held his own chest while smiling shyly.

Meanwhile, Joko followed him behind. They headed towards the Black Aisle that Puspa showed Joko.

It didn't take long to arrive in front of the mouth of the cave-like Black Aisle. All that is seen inside is a dark space because the light does not go inside. The light only entered around the mouth of the cave.

Without hesitation Nintari stepped inside. Joko followed. Although dark, but these two warriors have a sharp vision. Darkness is not a problem for their movement. At the end of the cave hall was not visible there was the slightest light bias.

“Is this the only way to get to the Windscreen?” ask Joko.

“Maybe. All I know is this Black Aisle. This was the doorway entering the Windscreen region. There are troops stationed at the end of the hallway,” Nintari said.

The pattern of the hallway that turns twice does make people who enter it can not immediately see the light at the end of the hallway.

When they finally saw the light at the end there, they saw the shadow of the human fence turning against the light.

“That's a Windscreen warrior,” says Nintari.

A total of six black-clothed soldiers armed with shields and spears stood lined up to seal the exit. Their heads were tied with red ribbons. One unarmed man stood at the front, indicating that he was the leader among them.

Joko Calm down and Nintari stopped.

“I and Swordsman Joko have an appointment to meet with Her Majesty the Queen,” said Nintari.

“Good. We also have orders to escort Pendekar Joko to the palace,” said Songgor Bayak.

“It turns out there are already warriors who will drive you, enough I got here with you, Joko?” ask Nintari to Joko.

“It's a shame if you leave too soon. Don't you have no urgent business?” joko said while keeping his distance from Nintari.

“Alright, I will accompany you to the palace,” said Nintari relented, but in her heart she was happy. Then ask in your heart, “Did Joko like me?”

“Mari, Swordsman!” Songgor.

The five soldiers who closed the road immediately opened themselves. Songgor leads the way.

Exit from the hallway, it turns out that in the area there is a group of soldiers who are more in number. There were also some horses.

A total of seven horses immediately left the Black Aisle. Joko Calm and Nintari are escorted by Songgor and four other mounted warriors. They take a forested road that is not heavy. There is already a road created for horse riders in the forest.

On the way, they stopped. A beautiful girl stuck in the middle of the road. The girl smiled. She was none other than Tirana, the Guardian Girl.

“I was so worried thinking Kakang didn't arrive!” exciting Tirana.

Joko Calm's turn is smiling. He got off his horse and approached Tirana within a limited distance.

“How are the conditions of Ginari and Kembang Buangi?” ask Joko.

“Still dying. Queen Getara Love won't see me. He will only meet if Kakang has arrived,” replied Tirana.

“Relove to horses!” joko's orders to his future wife.

“No, let me run!” rebut Tirana.

“You refute me?” joko asked with a deeper look to Tirana's clear eyes.

“Alright,” said Tirana relented while smiling happily.

Tirana also moved up the horse.

“I'll run, Mr. Warrior. We continue our journey!” joko said to Songgor.

“If you will, I am willing to share a horse back with you, Joko!” nintari.

“Thank you,” said Joko while smiling at Nintari without moving accept the offer of the mature teenage girl.

“Come!” songgor then crushed his horse. The other horse moved immediately. Joko chose to run in the back with the science of his body. (BH)
