"Miss Maya, where do you want to eat?" ask Dave while driving his car. But occasionally he glanced at Maya. They are now looking for a restaurant for lunch. But before that Dave wants to ask first because Maya may have a recommendation where the restaurant food is good. There is no harm in asking, right?

Maya looks. "Em, honestly I'm not very picky in food. So, it's up to you, Dave."

"Hm, okay. Then we'll just eat at my favorite restaurant. There the food is good and the price is also affordable."

Maya responds by nodding her head in agreement. After that, the silence returned without any conversation. Actually Dave could have asked what his favorite food may be but Dave is not a typical guy who talks a lot or asks a lot. He spoke as needed because Dave was used to being quiet with Zyano. A waiter came to take me a menu book.

"Good day, miss. What do you want to order? The restaurant offers a wide range of international food. And here's the menu book. Please choose." said this waiter thrust the menu book to Dave and Maya.

"Miss, Maya what do you want to eat?" ask Dave.

"Em, I'm confused. Well, if you think, Dave, what's good food?" maya asked back.

Dave chuckled softly. "Everything's good, miss but if I may know that she likes spicy food or not?"

"I love spicy food." replied Maya eagerly.

"Ah, then I have some spicy food recommendations and they say delicious."

"What is it, Dave?"

The waiter was preparing to write down the menu that Dave was going to order. "Chile Crab (Singapore), Lasagna (Italy), Tom Yum Goong (Thailand) and Veggie Spiring Rolls (China)."

"Ah yes and for the dessert Melktert (Africa)." said Dave added.

"Good, sir. Is there any more?" ask the waiter.

"If from me nothing but maybe miss, Maya wants to add more?" dave looked at Maya.

Maya shakes. "I think that's enough too" she replied smiling.

"Alright, then please wait, sir, madam." Said the waiter. Dave and Maya nodded at the same time. And then the waiter left.

"Oh yes sir, Dave you don't like spicy food huh?" maya said she dared to ask.

"Yes hehe, I can't stand chili powder." replied Dave feeling embarrassed.

"Ah, so so." Maya nodded her head understandingly. It turns out not only from the attitude but the food is also different.

"Where do you think Miss, Maya knows?" dave asked curiously when he didn't tell.

"That's from sir's order, Dave, I see nothing spicy. So, I think Mr. Dave doesn't like spicy food."

Dave smiled shyly. "Yes, miss Maya. Actually this is quite embarrassing for me because it is not spicy. If I eat spicy foods my body will appear strange spots such as lumps and worse I can have a high fever. I don't know why either. It's been happening since I was a kid."

Dave who heard it only blushed in embarrassment. Because, he was always ridiculed by his friends because it could not stand the spicy but Maya instead said otherwise. For that Dave often forced himself to try to bear with spicy foods but at the end of it he always ended up in the hospital.

"Oh yeah, how do you know this restaurant, sir, Dave?"

"Ah about that." Not yet had Dave said suddenly came a man who cut his conversation.

"Loh, Dave. You eat here too?"

"Sir, Sean?" Dave reflexively got up from his seat as soon as he saw Sean's arrival. The man stood behind Maya.

"Who did you eat with? Don't tell me she's your lover? Oh my God I don't believe this." said Sean teasingly. He still hasn't seen Maya's face. Because Maya's position is against Sean.

Dave's face flushed. "No, sir. He's not my girlfriend but a workmate." - Dave argued.

"Not to be ashamed, Dave. Just tell me he's your girlfriend. I will definitely support your happiness." Sean loves flirting.

"I'm sorry, sir, you seem to have misunderstood. Me and the master, Dave was just a co-worker." Maya got up from her seat, then turned to look at Sean.

"Loh miss?" Sean seemed surprised to see Maya and vice versa. He didn't expect that the woman he called Dave's lover was Maya.

"Well, we never thought we'd see each other again, miss, Maya Anastasia?" sean said with a meaningful smile. It was as if he was expecting to meet Maya. But the truth is so.

"Hallo's doctor, Sean." Maya smiled back thinly. The last time they met after Maya slapped him was because the man suddenly asked her out on a date. They just met. It makes Maya so think that Sean is a playboy man who likes to change girlfriends. Although the reality is inversely proportional.

"Do you two know each other?" ask Dave to open his voice. The interaction between the two seemed familiar.

Sean nodded and answered. "Ah yes, Dave. We already know each other. Me and Miss, Maya met a few times. Isn't that miss?"

"Hm." Maya looks lazy.

"Then can I join?" asked Sean shamelessly.

"Have you not had lunch, Sean?"

"of course. You don't mind Miss, Maya?" ask Dave.

"Well, sure."

"Alright, thank you, Maya" Sean pressed his words deliberately. While Maya rolled her eyes lazily. He was really lazy to meet Sean because his last impression did not end well but he also could not refuse because it seems Dave had known Sean for a long time. Maya also has no reason to refuse.
