Hell Games

Hell Games
An Island at West Cameroon

Henry still continues to gather information about Hell Game. From paypol information the business account is registered in the name of Hell Game. Not in personal name. And withdrawals from paypol accounts lead to Swiss banks.

In desperation, Henry, Cheta and Ahidjo can only watch the ongoing Hell Game show. Hoping from the scenes there he could find clues, and dismantle the location of Hell Game.

“Hey, That's Ef!” Henry half-screams as Ef appears on the screen. “He is with your daughter, Sir!” hearing Henry's words just now, Enishi also focused on staring at the screen. Sure enough Lin was still alive and walking behind his bodyguards. Lin was so clumsy, so were his 3 other friends.

“Thank God you're alive, my son. Daddy will get you out of there soon!” Enishi stroked the look of Lin's face from the Laptop screen.

The morning has returned. Today is the 2nd day since the participant crossed the point one check. There are still 36 hours left to get the code in the second point check.

Lin's mental state had already started to improve. This morning they were able to continue their journey after breakfast.

The fifteen team was enjoying hot coffee after breakfast. This time they no longer have to drink bitter coffee, because Hamish found a honey beehive a few hours ago. He was so proud to be able to bring honey to his group. He continued to tell about the process of struggle to get the honey since then.

“So I saw a drone circling above us, because following the drone I found this beehive.” said Hamish while squeezing honey to get into his coffee cup.

“How high does the drone fly?”

“About thirty meters, Capt.”

He looked at the trees that were growing around him. There are no large trees that grow so high that drones can fly low.

“In your opinion, what was the function of the drone. Don't they have a camera spread?”

“I think to take wide imaging, capt.”

Hamish who works as a game youtuber is always a guide when Ef does not understand the game situation. Hamish experience in the virtual world will be the right combination if combined with Ef survival experience in the real world.

“do you think Hell Game aired the condition of the participants directly? Or they edit the video first just aired.”

“Kurasa can be both. If I were the owner of Hell Game I would definitely show you the latest conditions in a live broadcast to provoke the audience to react.”

“Fast! We use their broadcasts to save us,” Ef said enthusiastically.

“How to?” Lin and Maya almost spoke together.

“we look for a large area and barrier-free top view. And we make a big piece of writing on the ground and tell our position. Hopefully, there are people watching and seeing our code.”

“But what if I could make sure the writing must look?” chase Lin.

“With how to make as many rescue codes as possible.”

“But, Capt. What code will we write? We don't even know the exact location we're in.” Hamish stirred up the contents of his backpack and took out a pack of cigarettes. “You want, Capt?”

“Where did you get this?” Ef took a cigarette that Hamish offered.

“From the house we checked in the village.”

A cup of coffee and a cigarette is a good match. Ef felt his brain become more brilliant this morning and was reminded of the obsolete documents they found in the village. He figured out the code for their rescue.

“code we will write later is ‘an Island at west Cameroon’!”

The fifteen team had already walked for five hours since they had departed from the coffee garden hut. Based on the information from the map, it should be that the location of the two point checks was only five kilometers ahead. It was just that the hilly terrain somewhat slowed their motion.

At four o'clock in the afternoon they arrived at the top of the last hill. In front of them lay a vast expanse of Ilalang field. In the middle of the field there is a labyrinth that is quite wide. Ef observed the conditions under them with binoculars. The labyrinth was quite tall and formed from plants running all over the sides. From the top of the hill can be seen there is a small building like a dome in the middle of the labyrinth.

“Is the labyrinth a checkpoint?” Lin asked while observing through the telescope.

“You have experience with maze games?” ask Ef to Hamish.

“Not yet, Capt,” replied Hamish while returning the binocular to the captain.

The labyrinth stands on an area of about 2 hectares with complicated hallways. Ef wasn't sure if they could get into the middle easily. While they cannot linger in the labyrinth. Because definitely in the next few hours another team must also arrive in the same area. Or it could be that now they have arrived and are still monitoring like the 15 teams are doing at the moment.

“we still have 28 hours. Now we write in the meadow thinking of how to get through the labyrinth.”

“How to write in the meadow, capt?”

“I will go down and lay down the grass to form letters. You guys navigate from up here.”

“I'm coming with you!” Lin was ready to come down with Ef.

“No need, let me be alone.”

“Ta-but, you'll have trouble working alone?” Lin was still trying to negotiate.

“No, Lin. You stay up here. Protect me with your rifle.” Ef rubbed Lin's head. Hamish and Maya turn to another place to give the new couple a chance before parting ways. “your shot is telling, and it will be very useful if there is another team that suddenly ambushes me.”

“Then invite hamish to help you!”

“No. Hamish will stay here to protect you. Trust me I'll be fine.”

“Face yourself, Ef”

“Always. I got off first ya.” Ef rubbed Lin's head back. “Bro, you protect the back. And Maya help me.” Ef handed over the Binocular to Maya.

“Good, capt”

“Be careful, Ef.” Maya.

As it passed next to Lin. Ef stop for a moment. The man whispered to Lin.

“If you don't want me to work alone. How about I take Maya down?”

Lin smacked Ef's arm from his joke just now, and made the man chuckle as he went down the hill.

With a 1 meter long tree branch Ef began to lay down the weeds. Maya and Lin provided guidance by radio. When should the man turn and when should he walk straight. From the top of the hill Ef's work began to look its shape. In five minutes, the letter A giant was already imprinted down there.

Sweat began to drip from the tip of Ef's nose as he scored a D-hurup on the word Island. It turns out that the work of laying down this weed is quite draining for the man.

“Stay moving straight again, then the curve D imprinted perfectly.” Maya gives guidance to Ef.

“Alright,” Ef rubbed his sweat and prepared to resume work.

“EF DOWN, THERE'S ANOTHER TEAM ON THE SIDE OF SENDU!” Lin shouted at the radio. Then there was the sound of gunfire being fired from the top of the hill.
