The Hard Choice
"OKs. Let's go to my room."
"What do you want to say, Calvin?"
"I don't think we can keep the Gold Company any longer."
"you mean? Julie's papa company?"
"Yes. We have to sell it."
"What do you mean?! I bought that company not for resale!"
"But we can't keep it anymore, Flint. There's a lot of companies you've taken over and are unemployed now."
"I'll manage the Gold Company after Young Airlines is operational."
"Waiting 2 months? Can't."
"Why can't it?"
"What about the fate of the other companies you took over as well?"
"Sell away. As long as the Gold Company doesn't sell you."
"You've already delayed the Gold Company and now you want to postpone it for another 2 months?"
"Yes how. I think Julie wants to manage it. But it wasn't."
"Then will you manage it yourself? What about Young Culinary? You said you wanted to manage it in the near future while Edgar was still in the country."
"Arghhh... But it's impossible for me to take off the Gold Company."
"Gold Company, Young Culinary. Which one did you choose first?"
"Young Airlines isn't done yet.."
"Then.. how?"
Flint was silent at Calvin's question. He still could not determine which company would be managed first. But he couldn't let go of the Gold Company either. Right now he is faced with a difficult choice.
"I give you time to think until the working hours are up. It means after 7 when people have gone home from work." Calvin continued and immediately left the room.
Calvin said I have no job today. But thinking of something difficult that also included a job for me. Flint grumbled.
How is this not possible if I sell the Gold Company. Julie and her papa must be disappointed in me. But I can't choose or run 2 companies at once.. Let me ask Julie first.
Flint called Julie by her office phone. "Hello, I'm Julie, how can I help you?"
"I'm Flint."
"Ohh what's up?"
"Are you sure you don't want to manage your papa's company?"
"Related."
"What if I sell it?"
"Yes. Calvin said I couldn't keep it any longer."
"Why don't you just manage it?"
"Papa and I are planning on making another branch. Young Culinary."
"So, you're going to sell the Gold Company?"
"Not yet, I'm still thinking about it."
"You can come up with a brilliant idea out of your mind. Keep thinking. I'm going to work. I hung up on him."
Julie decided to call them. Really? He didn't give me an answer to this problem either? Arghhh no. Why is it so hard... It's all because of Jordan. If only he hadn't destroyed the Gold Company back then, I wouldn't have had to buy it and maybe I would have married Julie.
Flint kept thinking. His brain did not stop working. It is true that today Flint does not have a job, but suddenly his brain is required to work until it finds results.
*Come, Flint. Usually this brain can produce brilliant ideas as Julie said earlier. When?! When?! When will the bright idea emerge? When?!!!
I better keep thinking.
