After 6 months, the mood has changed. Gio and his wife are now not living the luxurious life they once were. They sold their house and lived in a new house. A house that is much smaller but still quite luxurious. Luckily, Julie goes to college on a full scholarship so Gio and his wife don't have to think about Julie's tuition. Especially at Harvard University, it is expensive.
Flint is no longer a student. He immediately jumped into the world of his father's company with the position of President even though only 2 days after his graduation. This is Flint's own dream. He desperately wants and has been eyeing him for a long time to work in his father's company. For approximately 6 months Flint entered the company, he was able to hold the largest shares in several other well-known companies. In fact, now the company becomes a company that is feared by the owners of the company.
Flint learns of Gio's bankruptcy. Flint himself was actually a bit worried about Julie who would later find out. Because sooner or later, Julie's gonna know, right? But as a girlfriend, Flint had his own idea to deal with Julie later. Flint kept this a secret from Julie. Not her wish, but Julie's parents' wish.
Because 6 months of sudsh passed, Julie was also finished making thesis and graduation. Julie returns to Indonesia and is picked up by Flint at the airport.
"Your parents have moved house. You knew?" ask Flint in the car with Julie.
"Know. Because Papa wants to add capital to his company, right?"
Not wrong either. Papa Julie did sell the house for a new venture capital. But still, he still hasn't been honest with Julie.
"Flint." call Julie.
"Flinttt." repeated Julie in a louder voice.
"Eh. yes. I don't know what for. I just know where they moved house and where the address is." replied Flint.
"How's your job at the company? I see your father's company getting ahead of you."
"No doubt about it. Do you know who I am?"
"Know."
"Who?"
"My boyfriend." replied Julie.
"Haha that's right. All women want to be my girlfriend."
"Only I can."
"Julie."
"Please promise not to be angry with me."
"Hahaha yes. Where I might be angry at you. Why the hell?"
"No. The point is you can't be mad at me no matter what."
"I'm curious. What the hell is it? You're hiding something from me?"
"It wasn't so Julie. The point is everything's gonna be okay. You don't have to worry."
"What's gonna be okay. I'm rattled. You're like hiding something from me."
"It's at your house. This is your new home." replied Flint.
Flint pulls Julie's luggage out of the trunk. Julie is still watching her new home.
"How could they find a house like this. Pretty." Julie spoke to herself.
"Flint, did you find this house?" ask Julie.
"There's some houses I'm looking for. They chose this. Come in." replied Flint.
Flint pressed Julie's home bell button. To be honest, Flint's heart was racing, waiting for the second Julie knew it all. He had never been this scared since he had kept it a secret.
Liza opened the door. Seeing the return of his beloved daughter, Liza was very happy. He welcomes Julie and Flint right after the airport.
"Where is it, Ma?" ask Julie.
"Work dear, where else." replied Liza.
"Take Papa home now. I just got home from work. Or am I going to Papa's company? Giving surprise?" said Julie.
Brakes. Flint and Liza looked at each other.
