The bitter night ended with Flint driving Julie home and saying "Thank you for tonight."
Thanking is not just a word that has been given goods or help from others. Thanking was an expression of gratitude and that night, Flint was grateful for the bitter incident he had just experienced.
Flint wants to go home. However, the time still showed at 21:30, he knew very well that his parents and sister must have not slept. He cannot say that he has been "rejected". Though invisible, his heart was broken. Devastatedly. He decided to return to the park where the park was a witness to the "rejection" he received a few minutes ago.
Back to the park, but not with Julie, but with herself alias alone. Sitting in the same place, he pulled out a box containing a ring. The ring she had chosen in the hope would soon circle on Julie's ring finger.
He looked at the ring with a very deep look. With the thought that the ring was not in her hand now, it should have been coiled around Julie's ring finger. And that night shouldn't have been a bitter night for her. Not noticeably, his tears escaped from the defense, dripping slowly.
Even so, he tried to swallow the bitterness of the event he had just felt. He tried sincerely and said in his heart, "This ring I'm sure will be coiled around your ring finger, Julie. Even if not now."
Again faced with the test in the relationship, it is true that most people say; life will not run smoothly as we expect. No matter how good our plan, as beautiful or as luxurious as our plan, it will all be defeated by the plan of the Almighty.
The life of a man does not escape the trials given by Him. And so did Flint. This time she is being tested in her relationship, whether she remains faithful waiting for Julie or vice versa.
Huh why I feel so sad. I should be happy that we're still together. Come on, Flint. There's no way I'm going to continue to grieve like this. Where is the soul of my authority that has been plastered all this time in me? flint said in his heart.
Tall-in. A message went to Flint's expensive phone.
Calvins.

Flint's.
No. gabe.
Calvins.

Flint's.
Hahahaha if you know this I regret not asking for your magic hand help

At the same time, Julie apparently sent a message to Flint.
Julie's.
Already sleeping?
Flint's.
Haven't.
Julie's.
What do?
There was not a single message Flint could reply to. How could he reply to Calvin's message by answering that he was rightly rejected? And so did Julie, how could she reply that she was now in a place where Julie had indirectly refused to marry?
Not until 3 minutes later, Julie again sent a message even though the previous message had not been replied to Flint, only seen through the notification only.
Julie's.
I'm sorry, I hurt you again tonight. My previous mistakes have not been made, but I have made mistakes again.
Don't sleep late, sweet dreamsđź’™.
Flint read the message. Really, he didn't blame Julie for what just happened.
Flint's.
Its alright. Go to sleep, you have to get back to work tomorrow.
