Meaning of Name

"Eh there are guests." continued Audy when he saw Edgar and Flint who were looking at him with open mouths. Oh yes, Audy will come yes, I forgot. said Flint in his heart.

"I'll excuse you.."

"Eh Audy. It's okay, just go in. Meet my old friend, Edgar. Edgar, this is my only sister, Audy."

"Edgar Spencer."

They get acquainted like everyone else by shaking hands.

"This is Brother's friend in High School. He's the same age as Brother. Ed, this is my sister who is still in college in the 2nd semester in Prasetiya Mulya Loh" Flint said.

"Oh yeah.. Greatable.. What majors?" ask Edgar.

"Finance Management, sister." replied Audy.

"Oh.."

"Edgar is a chef.. Ed, my brother is very fond of eating" said Flint trying to melt the atmosphere.

"Oh yeah? Do you like to eat? I can make it for you" said Edgar.

"No, it's okay. I lied about it." replied Audy.

"Since when have you been so timid?" ask Flint.

"Hmm, looks like today is enough. I'm going home, Flint. When will I be here again." said Edgar.

"Well, that's fast, Ed. Well, if you don't have a destination, you can come here, Ed." Flint said.

"Oh yeah.. Here's my business card.Call me." Flint continued by giving his business card to Edgar.

"Oh ok. Bye, Flint."

After Edgar left, though,

"Son't I already 'booked' you first? Why is there anyone besides me?" oceh Audy's.

"How could the brother refuse his arrival. We haven't seen each other for years" Flint replied.

"So, his name was Edgar Spencer? Edgar means a proficient speaker while Spencer means a kind and simple man. Is he that kind of person?"

"Hmm maybe yes. Hey, where do you know what someone's name means?"

"I also know the meaning of Big Brother's name. Flint is a hard stone and then 'Stern' in Papa's name means a good and simple man."

"If your own name?"

"Audy means strong and noble."
