Calvin was working fast. He gave me the search results about Kesha. "Give me. You can go out." said Flint.

Calvin noticed the tension that was enveloping the room. Without further ado, he immediately left the room.

Flint looked at some of the sheets of paper that Calvin had brought. He was so surprised when he read the paper.

"What's wrong? Give it to me." Julie immediately snatched the paper that was in Flint's grasp.

Then Julie read the paper. "See? The lead designer but gave up all his work to subordinates" Julie said.

Julie immediately picked up the phone again and called Calvin. "Decrease Kesha's position as the lead designer to become an assistant designer" Julie said, then put the phone back on.

"It's a waste of my money all this time to pay people who don't work for me" Julie said.

"From lead designer to assistant designer, isn't that too far?" ask Flint.

"No. I hope you're not against my decision." replied Julie.

Not long after, Calvin and the HRD team (Human Research Development \= takes care of the workforce) came to their room.

They provide a document that requires the signature of the leader. The document contained Kesha's demotion to being an ordinary assistant designer. Julie signed the document. "Oh yeah give a warning letter to this guy because it doesn't work well" Julie said.

"Well, Miss." replied HRD.

Flint then signed the document and gave it to HRD.

Why these? Why did Julie arrive suddenly firm and hard on me? Indeed, he looks as a competent leader even he wants me to give up my position. Isn't that too hard? I've never seen this side of Julie. Then Julie's phone rings. "Hello Julie, Kesha wants to get into your room" said Calvin.

"Alright." reply Julie and give permission to enter.

"Have you guys just demoted me?" kesha said loudly while holding a paper that was allegedly a paper of decline.

"Aren't you being taught manners toward superiors?" reply Julie.

"It's about your husband and me" Kesha said.

"Alright, then I don't care. I'm here to shake as leader, I have the right to demote anyone." Julie replied.

"You didn't ask what deal? If your husband gives me a high position here, I get more pay, I have to satisfy your husband's lust." said Kesha.
