“Hah? Lindsey hasn't arrived at the hall yet?” ask Piter.

“We've been separated since 20 minutes ago. We are on the road to the headquarters house.” said the Captain.

“Hah? Lindsey's not in the hall yet. His phone could not be reached either. Being out of range. Jarvis was looking into his room but no.” Katie replied.

“What?!” The captain pulled the van over.

“Have been, yes! I want to find Lindsey. Later when I meet I will call.” said Katie.

“What?! Lindsey's not in this whole building?! Are you sure you've searched for it correctly?!” Jarvis snapped at the security gathered after searching for Lindsey.

“Jarvis, I got a dashboard camera of one of the cars at the back door recording with a car that has been stalking you for a few days. You must know who did it.” whispered Carlos.

“Baj*ngan si*lan! Track the car then prepare the car and all our men.” reply Jarvis and rush to the main lobby with Carlos.

“Jarvis, Lindsey hasn't returned home either. You found him?” ask Katie.

“I'll look for him. You go home first.” replied Jarvis and then entered the car that Carlos had prepared.

“We're going to that location now. Fast!” jarvis.

“Piter, try tracking phone Lindsey.” The captain gave the order.

On the other hand, Captain and Piter also did not stay silent. They also try to find Lindsey's whereabouts. Fortunately, the Captain always had Piter put a tracking device in Lindsey and Katie's bag or cell phone. Even just in case, Piter also put a tracking device in the form of an invisible stamp, can only be seen with light or a flashlight.

“Kapt, meet!” said Piter.

The captain stomped back on the gas and drove the car to the location where Lindsey was tracked by Piter. The captain drives at full speed. His anger was already raging and gathering within his chest. He's so pissed if someone bullies his gang's son.

Upon arrival at the location, right in front of him were several black-colored sedan cars. The captain and Piter see Jarvis coming out of one of the cars and his men. The location is an abandoned warehouse. Jarvis and all his men enter the warehouse, followed by Captain and Piter.

Inside the warehouse, there was a fight between Jarvis' men and men who are still unknown who the leader. Jarvis and Carlos focused on Lindsey lying on the floor with her hands tied to a chair and her mouth covered with adhesive.

“Lindsey.. hey. it's me..” Jarvis lifts Lindsey's body and loosens her ties. Then he opened the adhesive that covered Lindsey's mouth while Carlos opened the rope that tied Lindsey's hand. Jarvis summed up Lindsey's scarred face, trying to wake Lindsey up. Lindsey's face was covered in sweat and her lips were pale.

The captain and Piter approach Lindsey and push back Jarvis and Carlos. The captain took Lindsey from Jarvis' lap.

“Kapt..” Lindsey said in a soft voice barely audible. Lindsey hugged the Captain with the rest of her strength. Jarvis clearly witnessed that with eyes in his own head.

“I'll take him to the hospital.” said the Captain then lifted Lindsey's body and carried her into the car.

“Tick this up and find out who the mastermind is.” Jarvis told Carlos then walked out of the warehouse. Jarvis drove his own car, following the Captain's car from behind.

Arriving at the hospital, doctors treated Lindsey's bruises on her face, neck, scratches on her hands and feet. The captain, Piter, and Jarvis witnessed the wounds on Lindsey's body. Jarvis even counted every wound there was without missing a single one. There are 17 in total. Of course Jarvis will repay him many times the total wound on Lindsey's body.

“Do you know who did this to Lindsey?” ask Peter to Jarvis.

“Not yet. But soon I will know.” replied Jarvis.

“You must know something, right? Can you explain the fight in the barn earlier? Why are there fights?” ask Piter.

“Sstt.. let Lindsey rest first.” said Captain.

Why isn't the Captain curious about what's happening to Lindsey right now? inner Piter.

Piter felt strange with the Captain's attitude now. From what Piter knows about the Captain's character, Jarvis should have been battered by the Captain's face by now. The captain cannot be this calm if he sees Lindsey's condition. But this time it was different.

Lindsey opened her eyes slowly. He felt a pain all over his body. Lindsey rushed to hug the Captain who was on his left side and ignored Jarvis who was on his right side.

“You're aware? Are there any other injuries? Are there any internal injuries?” ask Captain.

“I'm afraid.” said Lindsey with teary eyes.

“I want to go home.” Lindsey said later.

“Well we go home. But you sure you're okay?” ask Captain.

Lindsey nodded.

“Can run?” ask Captain.

Lindsey nodded again. Lindsey got up from the patient's bed, trying to set her foot on the floor.

“Piter, help Lindsey. I will take care of the administration first.” said the Captain then went to the administrative table.

Piter helped to remove Lindsey who still looked helpless. Lindsey should have stayed in the hospital because Lindsey's condition does not allow for much movement.

Jarvis grabbed Lindsey's arm, helping her not to fall. Lindsey kept her arm away. He didn't want Jarvis to touch him. What happened to Lindsey? Why is he suddenly acting so cold to Jarvis? Does it have anything to do with the kidnapping he had just experienced?

“Lindsey..” call Jarvis in a slow and soft voice.

Lindsey chose to ignore him and walked with Piter to the car first. The captain is still at the administration desk to take care of Lindsey's return. His hand held a piece of paper. Apparently the Captain also asked the doctor to do a visa examination on Lindsey.
