Finally not long after Anne said it all of a sudden the horse carriage stopped in the middle of the road. Makes Anne and Sofia see him feel weird.

" Mommy why did her horse carriage stop, are we there yet?" sofia asked, looking at Anne.

Anne was just as confused as Sofia and when she wanted to answer suddenly there was a voice coming in making her whole body freeze instantly.

" Because I will enter the little girl" said Emperor Abraxas who had entered and sat in front of Anne.

Anne's eyes immediately rounded to see Emperor Abraxas lowering the hood of her robe revealed a handsome man with blond hair and blue eyes staring intently.

Emperor Abraxas and Anne looked at each other with different eyes.

" Who are you, sir why did you stop his horse carriage?" sofia asked, her voice breaking the silence.

Emperor Abraxas turned his attention from Anne to Sophia with a judging look. Although Sofia has the look of Anne's face but she can see the resemblance of her eyes and chin. A slanted smile rose on his face.

It made Anne who saw it feel scared and immediately hugged Sofia into her arms as if protecting her daughter from the man in front of her. A man who wants a boy so much that he is willing to throw away his daughter for her ambition.

" What do you want, instead of our business being done, Your Majesty?" anne asked in a stern tone trying to bravely fight against Emperor Abraxas.

Because he thought he could not bring out his fear before Emperor Abraxas. Anne had to show her courage and seemed unable to escape because around the horse-drawn carriage in her place was now being coiled by some soldiers from the empire.

Emperor Abraxas who heard Anne's words immediately laughed out loud.

Anne looked at the eyes of Emperor Abraxas, embracing Sofia with a terrified expression.

" What do you really want, please go and not my life again" said Anne who lost all her courage because she thought Emperor Abraxas already knew about Sofia.

It made Anne feel afraid to imagine her parting from Sofia.

Emperor Abraxas just crossed his legs while putting his hands on his thighs.

" No, I don't intend to separate you from your son, I just want to be honest about why you left 5 years ago and what reason did you dare to hide my daughter all this time?" asked Emperor Abraxas in a cold tone.

Anne heard Emperor Abraxas saying that coldly she knew that a lion was slowly awakening and waiting to let out all its fury. It wouldn't go well if it went on like this. Anne must choose a choice of words so that the situation does not heat up, especially if there is Sofia here and she does not want to make her daughter afraid of her.
