Chapter 18

Acha who was still standing by the window could still peek out and see Mr. Malvyn's aide running to face Eligius who was still sitting in his place.

Before Eligius stepped, he looked again at the window of the room. This time he did not see Acha because Acha was only peering from the gaps of the curtains.

Acha ran out of the room, she peeked out of the kitchen door. At that time he saw the face of Eligius was given a fist by Mr. Malvyn.

Eligius staggered and fell. As if to know, Eligius glanced towards the kitchen door. Acha's gaze turned to pity. 

"How dare you be my son." One more blow.

There were about five strokes that left Eligius' face bruised and blood flowing from his nose. Eligius only endowed with the end of the shirt he was wearing.

"Call Adeline here!" father Malvyn's Letter to Mother Fenita.

Fenita's mother just pulled out her phone, it looks like she's calling Adeline to get off. Not long down Adeline with Sartika.

Adeline sat next to Fenita's mother. Eligius stood in the middle of the room. 

"Want we imprison him?" mr. Malvyn asked Adeline.

Acha did not stop praying for Eligius.

"No-no-no, Pa. Ntar Adel is ashamed. The public will later know that Adel was raped by his own aide." Back Adeline pretends to cry in Mom Fenita's arms.

"So Adel wants it how, honey?" Fenita's mother's voice filled the quiet room gripping.

"Married Adel to El. Any other man would want a woman who's been raped like Adel."

For some reason, Acha limp to hear it. He sat behind a wall by the door. 

"I didn't rape her, she set me up." Finally, Eligius opened his voice.

When Eligius made his voice, Acha became excited, he immediately stood up and peered towards the living room.

At that time the muzzle of Mr. Malvyn's gun that has been given additional silencers attached to Eligius' forehead.

"Just shoot if it's the best!" challenge Eligius.

Acha covered her mouth with both hands. He didn't believe Eligius would say that.

Finally Acha ventured to enter between them. "Sorry if Acha is presumptuous."

All eyes are directed towards Acha. Sartika also glared sharply.

"I'm sorry, if I may interfere with Acha." Acha walked over to Eligius. "Just the logic, if Madame Adeline is raped, that would be messy and lipstick-clad or something, of course, the front of the perpetrator's clothes." Connect Acha.

Mr. Malvyn took down the gun from Eligius' head. He saw the breastplate of Eligius's clothes, there was no trace of anything. Until he turned Eligius' body upside down, Mr. Malvyn found a lipstick on Eligius's back dress. 

However, their selfishness and pride cannot accept the truth that happened. 

"Lu shut up, yeah!" snapped Adeline to Acha.

Sartika is furious to see Acha defending Eligius. So Sartika immediately pulled Acha into the kitchen and into the room. Arriving in the room, Acha's thigh of doom was pinched by Sartika.

"Why are you defending him?" sartika growled as her hands continued to pinch gently.

"The El is not wrong, Mother." Acha still denied.

"Acha!?" adeline shouted from the kitchen door.

"See soon!" sartika orders while pushing Acha's body.

Adeline squeezes Acha and tells Acha to go home. Instead of being defended, Sartika even supports Adeline.

"Go today too!" Adeline throws money in Acha's face. "Don't let you go when Eligius comes home!" connect Adeline.

Not only that, Adeline also pushed Acha's body until she leaned on the refrigerator door.

"Go home! Maybe you're better in the village than here!" said Sartika while helping Acha to clean clothes.

It only takes thirty minutes, from tidying up clothes and taking a shower. Acha pulls the travel bag out of the house. It turned out that Eligius saw that, he ran after Acha who was preparing to ride the motorcycle he had ordered.

"Where?" Eligius pulls Acha's hand.

"Go home, Bang." Acha tried to let go of Eligius' hand.

"But you came back here again, right?"

"Look at it later." Acha got in the car.

Eligius was speechless to see the car speeding up and was lost from sight. 

From upstairs Adeline smiled satisfied. The biggest barrier is gone.

Staying away from this city might be the best choice by Acha. 

While Eligius cursed himself who did not dare to express the feeling in his heart all this time. Not brave, it's just that Eligius still has a little trauma, a fear of being betrayed like that again.

In the upstairs room, Adeline called Malvyn in tears. He said he was embarrassed to leave the room. Shame to meet the workers in this house.

"What do you want, baby? Papi's jailing? What's papi finishing?" ask Mr. Malvyn on the other end of the phone.

"Don't, Pi, if that's what papi did, there's no father to this kid later." Adeline is crying again.

"You pregnant?!" Mr. Malvyn's voice grew.

From here Adeline smiled with satisfaction, it has succeeded in making Mr. Malvyn angry. He will soon be married. 

"Finally we have papa, son," Adeline muttered as she rubbed her flat stomach.

Adeline is pregnant again but, not the fetus Eligius because the man who owns the charming smile does not touch Adeline at all.

An hour later, Mr. Malvyn returned home and went straight to meet Eligius who was sitting on the porch next to the house.

Without further ado Mr. Malvyn punched Eligius in the face.

"What's this, sir?" eligius asked confused by the behavior of his Boss.

"You're smearing my daughter. You ruined his future."

"I'm not doing anything, sir. Touch it not." Eligius was still defending himself.

However, power makes all follow the mind path of the owner of the power. 

"You're responsible for Adeline's pregnancy. You must marry her!"

"Sorry, Sir. I can't. Because it's not my son. I've never touched Non Adeline. Did you know Non Adel's free association all this time?" 

Not the answer, but a muzzle of a gun that landed on Eligius' forehead, again.

"Just do it if it's for the best!" challenge Eligius.

He'd rather die if he had to take responsibility that he didn't. 

"I'll ask Adeline" muttered Mr. Malvyn.

"Where could he be honest. I'm his adjutant. I know her behavior and her relationships."

Feeling unable to bluff the gun, Mr. Malvyn finally saved the gun back he had. Mr. Malvyn went into the house while Eligius continued to smoke another cigarette.

Women like Adeline are not worthy of being a wife. He will choose a good woman to be the mother of his children.

"Are you sure you're up against Mr Malvyn?" asked Mang Yusuf.

"I am not the father of a child conceived by Non-Adeline" defended Eligius.

"If he threatens the safety of your family how? Your mother, for example?"

Eligius was silent. Yes, she still has an old mother. He now lives in the village with his brothers. Eligius sent money every month for his mother's living expenses.

"Mr Malvyn, you know how he is?" Back Mang Yusuf voiced. "Me alone, if you can repeat the time do not want to work here. Here we must follow his orders. Although the salary here is very large but, we are like their puppets," continued Mang Yusuf.
