Chapter 17

"Cha," call Eligius after his friend leaves.

"You hear that?" continue Eligius.

"Listen but, it doesn't seem like Acha's business," said Acha and then sipped the avocado juice again.

"It was once a cellmate with Brother in prison." Eligius said without question.

"Anybody ever been in jail?" Acha responded to him normally. There was no surprise on his face.

"What case?" 

"Kill out."

"Kill?" Acha changed her seat to five o'clock.

Eligius recounts the bloody night. When he came home from work, he found his wife and best friend making love. In the same room and bed. I don't know what demon possessed him. I don't know because I feel disgusted. Eligius blows a shot at the head of his cheating wife's partner. The man does not deserve to be called a friend.

"Brother's wife's man?" Acha looks curious. 

"He also follows her affair."

"Any kill too?" Acha is getting curious.

"May I be a darling?"

Acha nyengir thrown such a question.

After the two closest people to Eligius died at the hands of Eligius, he went to surrender himself to his union. Commander Eligius could not believe it. The gun that was given only to protect themselves, even that made the future of Eligius destroyed.

Eligius was handed over to the police, as this was already the scene of the police handling a criminal murder case. After passing the trial of the code of conduct, resulting in the decision of Eligius dismissed from the union–he was no longer a member of Kopassus and was imprisoned twelve years.

"Brother's son?" 

"Thankful we didn't have any children at the time."

They were silent to each other, only watching the people passing by.

"Now are you afraid of me?" ask Eligius.

He looked over and waited for an answer from Acha.

"Abang's emotional reflection often explodes. Honestly, Acha was horrified to hear the story of Brother." 

Eligius nodded in understanding, is this a sign that he must keep his distance from Acha.

"Go home, Bang!" Acha pulls Eligius' hand. 

Men and women of different ages go hand in hand to enjoy an afternoon in a city full of pollution. As well as the sky looking so dark, it seemed like it would soon be raining heavily.

There was no look of sadness on Acha's face, what happened to Acha. Doesn't he really love Yogi. He even seemed so comfortable walking with Eligius.

Not far away they stepped, heavy rain immediately fell without any cue like drizzle first. Eligius swiftly opened the leather jacket that he was wearing and would be used as a protector from the rain for the two of them until they met a place to shelter.

"Bakso stall," cried Acha while pointing at the meatball stall at the end of the road. 

They ran towards the meatball stall. 

Some eyes looked at them. Eligius looks uncomfortable. 

"Aren't you worried about them?" eligius asked Acha in a slightly whispered voice.

"Bodo very," replied Acha cuek as he bribed the meatball pentol into his mouth.

Acha says that she wants to go home for a while, it's been a long time since she went to the graves of grandparents. 

"Want me to drop off?"

"Crazy, Brother. Could get hit by Miss Adeline arentar." 

From the bedroom window, Adeline sees Eligius and Acha walking together entering the courtyard of the house. Jealousy burns Adeline's heart. He doesn't like to see the closeness of Acha and Eligius.

Eligius looks more relaxed if with Acha, different when he was with Adeline. Eligius did keep the line between the aide and the boss's son. That makes Adeline jealous. 

He does not want Eligius to be taken by Acha, he arranges a scheme in order to marry Eligius and have complete Eligius. 

That night the state of the house was deserted, Mr. Malvyn and the mother fenita also had not returned home. Adeline called Eligius in her room. At that time Adeline was wearing very thin clothes. A more appropriate dress for a wife to wear in front of her husband.

"What's wrong, miss?" Eligius stood in the doorway. 

Adeline says that in the bathroom there are cockroaches.

In his heart, Eligius said, where there may be cockroaches in such a clean place. However, Adeline keeps forcing Eligius to check her bathroom.

Eventually, Eligius followed the queen's orders. As Eligius headed for the room, Adeline locked the door, following Eligius to the bathroom. 

Unexpectedly, Adeline's synthetic body was directly attached to the back of Eligius' body.

"Sorry Miss." Eligius releases Adeline's insignificant embrace.

"Please El! Just satisfy me just this once!" Adeline was clear because she herself had lusted from earlier.

"Sorry Nano." Eligius tried to get out of the bathroom.

When Eligius tried to get out of the bathroom, Adeline pulled her back. Finally, the shirt that was the material of the t-shirt was palmed.

With a single blow, Eligius was able to let go of Adeline's hand and immediately came out. 

Cunning Adeline, she screamed for help while ruffling the hair and lipstick on her lips, as if she was about to be raped.

"What's up, Non?" there was the voice of Mang Yusuf from behind the door.

Adeline is screaming louder. Eligius just stood resigned to accept what would happen. 

Still hearing Adeline's scream, Mang Yusuf opened the door from the outside with a spare key.

"Call papa's mama, Mang! I want to be raped by Bang El." Adeline acted by pretending to cry.

It is not just Mang Yusuf. Acha and Sartika also ran towards the room because they heard Adeline scream.

Acha glanced at Eligius who was still standing stiffly. 

"Braven you, El!" sartika Bengkak.

"Hud," whined Adeline and hugged Sartika.

"We'll just wait for mom and dad to come home. They are on the way again" muttered Mang Yusuf.

Without orders, Eligius left the room first. As Eligius passed in front of Acha, Acha noticed something strange. But he was silent first.

Eligius sat alone on the back garden bench smoking a cigarette. Acha brought him a glass of water. Before delivering a drink, he looked around. Acha is afraid to be seen by Sartika.

"Drink, Bang!" A glass of white water Acha thrust.

Eligius looked up and the glass changed hands. 

" Acha stay, yeah, Bang. I'll see." Acha ran into the house.

To which Eligius feared, Acha believed Adeline's play and thought badly of her, much less that Acha had known of Eligius' past.

Eligius changed his gaze to every corner of the back garden. Until one point his vision stopped. Eligius looked towards the window of Acha's room, he saw Acha standing behind the window while looking at Eligius sitting down. Now their gazes are clashing against each other. 

Acha smiled and then closed the curtains. Acha feels comfortable when near Eligius. Different from what he felt when he was in a relationship with Yogi yesterday.

From inside the room, Acha heard the voice of Mr. Malvyn shouting for Eligius. Acha who was afraid of herself. That sound was so horrible. 

Acha who was still standing by the window could still peek out and see Mr. Malvyn's aide running to face Eligius who was still sitting in his place.

Before Eligius stepped, he looked again at the window of the room. This time he did not see Acha because Acha was only peering from the gaps of the curtains.
