After arriving at the mother's house, I stopped for a moment to accompany her to eat and take medicine. Then I decided to leave because I had to go to the hospital to visit Almira, I also said that the mother does not have to worry about her youngest child anymore because I will take care of it until she recovers. Hearing my words, my mother's face looked so calm that she immediately hugged me.

"Thank you, Lissa. You are a very responsible brother. I'm proud of you." The expression instantly made a smile come out from both corners of my lips.

"That's my job, ma'am. Now what matters is that you're healthy!" Just finishing saying that, a voice from a man could be heard calling from the front of the gate of the house.

"Who's coming, Mom?" I asked as I untangled my mother's embrace, who was now beginning to ascertain who the guests were before answering my question.

From where I was standing on the porch of the house, I could see a man looking to visit.

"That looks like Delano." After my mother looked at it carefully, she finally answered my question.

"Is she Mira's boyfriend?" I asked in my heart who was very curious about the figure of a man who if seen had a face that was no less handsome than Mas Denis.

"Mom, but I'm in a hurry, it's okay I go first because I'm afraid that the afternoon Mas Denis will be coming home from work." After my mother allowed me, I got into a taxi that I had asked to wait for me. Right now, I am very impatient to see the reaction of Almira who will definitely feel guilty when she finds out about my mother who went to the pharmacy alone.

Upon arrival at Almira's nursery, she seemed to feel guilty after I told her of her mother's condition.

"What is your job at home until you do not know that the mother's medicine runs out? How about you get to me why-why on the street? Want you to finance the treatment? If there is no I somehow fate mother in the hands of a useless child like you! Anyway if anything happens to mom because of you, I won't want to pay for her treatment anymore and you have to take it on your own" I showed an annoyed face in front of her.

Almira looked down and started crying. A sense of regret and guilt was clearly drawn on his face. "Sister, please don't be like this! I promise I'll pay more attention to mom. Anyway this thing will no longer be repeated and I also promise to keep your secret from Mas Denis." Almira sounded earnestly as she said it while looking at me with pleading eyes. She was really scared that I would lose my hand about my mother's treatment. The fear that made me smile was satisfied because it meant that I had managed to conquer Almira's stubborn thinking since yesterday.

"Good, Mira. You finally made the right decision. You don't think it's possible for you to sacrifice your college that's almost done." I patted Almira's arm resting on her thigh. 

Meanwhile, he only responded to my words with a short smile that was faintly visible to my gaze.

"Oh yes, said the doctor tomorrow you can go home. So all your medical expenses I've paid off. Tomorrow I'll pick you up and drive you home!" After saying that, I put a box of Almira's favorite cake on the nightstand. 

"Thank you, brother. Brother still remembers my favorite cake" said my twin sister with a smile. Either I saw the wrong thing or maybe my vision was right, but I saw a thin smile full of hatred reflected from both corners of his lips that quickly changed with his sweet smile. I was thinking that he was pretending to give up on me for planning something behind my back, but the more I thought, I strongly doubt it happened because I believe that Almira will no longer dare to mess with me.
