After being silent in frustration, I finally answered Almira's request with anger. "Don't be crazy, Mira! You want to ruin my marriage? Telling Mas Denis about your pregnancy is like unraveling my secret. He'd be very upset to know you replaced me on our first night." I defied his request with a sharp look of eyes staring at his face.

Almira breathed a long breath. I didn't see the usual fear when he faced my anger. He even retorted against my gaze. 

"Then do you think Mas Denis wouldn't be upset if he wasn't told about his son I'm carrying?" Almira opened her eyes to me. 

Ah, crap! Just this time I saw Almira being so brave against me. Is this the instinct of a mother who will do anything for the sake of her child? That's what I've heard from many of my friends who have children. 

Seeing Almira's courage, I tried to suppress my ego and anger. "Come, Mira! Don't be so stubborn. I'll finance your pregnancy until you give birth. If you want, I can also find a man who wants to be the father of the fetus in your womb. You can have your pregnancy in peace and my household with Mas Denis will be fine." I tried my hardest to persuade Almira. However, instead of agreeing to my proposal, Almira instead snorted and smiled cynically.

"Don't equate me with a Big Brother who can go from one man's embrace to another. I just want the father of this fetus that I am carrying to know that I am containing the flesh and blood! So don't blame me for demanding responsibility from Mas Denis because he's the father of this kid." Almira pointed her body at me and said with a flash of anger in her eyes.

I don't know what makes it such a fidelity, but this is the first time I've seen his anger so passionate. He is very stubborn. It made me feel so upset that I didn't know I had to do much more to persuade him. What would it hurt if she married the man I would seek to father her unborn fetus? Moreover, he can live a good life with a lot of money that I will definitely continue to give him.

For a moment we were silent. Silence covered the area where we were sitting. Alma was busy with her thoughts. Hopefully he will take the best advice I have proposed. Suddenly, he jerked my hand.

"I don't need another man, brother. This pregnancy happened because you asked me to switch roles on your first night. So, I want Mas Denis to know that I'm pregnant with his son."

Almira's request made my anger overflow. I was really angry with her attitude of not giving up. She was so different, unlike the Almira I knew as always. Seeming brash and so selfish thinking his desires must be obeyed.

"Why is it so hard to subdue Mira this time?" my mind is holding back the anger that is controlling my mind.

"I gave you two choices, brother. The brother who told Mas Denis or I went to see Mas Denis and told him I was pregnant with his son." Almira looked at me sharply with a grin on her lips.

I was nervous to hear an ultimatum from Almira. How could she think of seeing Mas Denis and say that she was pregnant. I can't let this. Almira is outrageous.
