Paloma has been hospitalized for almost 5 days. It's better now too. The surgical scars start to dry out well.

Alano decided to bring Paloma back to Rome because he could not go back and forth Rome Naples considering his main company was in the City of Rome.

They left for the airport and prepared to leave on Alano's private jet. Two doctors and several nurses were with them to make sure Paloma was okay during the trip to Rome.

Paloma sat down and stared out the window his mind drifted far away, he misses both of his parents so much right now. But Paloma himself also missed Angelina Hall a lot his mother-in-law.

Alano always dodged when Paloma asked Angelina. He just said that Paloma was better Alano would take him to see his mother-in-law.

Paloma's feeling since the heart surgery wasn't good, he felt that something was wrong and that Alano had hidden in him.

"Are you okay, baby?."

Alano sat down who in front of Paloma worried to see Paloma just silent since their plane took off.

"I'm fine Alano. I just can't wait to meet Mommy. Is Momy going to wait for us at the Alano Mansion?."

Alano stared at Paloma's nanar there was a tightness in his chest hearing Paloma's speech. He knew that he could not cover up his mother's departure any longer for Paloma.

Alano grabbed Paloma's delicate hand, he was now kneeling under his wife's feet.

"I want you to promise me, baby, you need to be strong and not feel guilty or sad."

"What do you mean Alano? Why should I promise? Is Momy okay, don't scare me Alano!."

Paloma squeezed Alano's hand, he was getting convinced by her unpleasant feelings for these few days.

"Please promise me dear."

Alano looked at Paloma heartily, she did not want to feel any more loss in her life. Paloma nodded in agreement with her husband Alano's request.

Once in Rome Alano took Paloma to the Lodovico family cemetery. Paloma was confused as to why Alano had brought him to the funeral. Aren't they going to meet Mommy? Then why did Alano bring me here, Paloma thought.

From a considerable distance, a new mound of earth was seen with a wreath beside it. Paloma squeezed Alano's hand firmly since they got out of the car.

"Momy, we came to visit you."

Paloma gasped in shock at reading Angelina Hall's name on the tombstone, let alone hearing Alano's words just now. Paloma's legs immediately limp, he almost sat on the ground if only Alano did not immediately embrace his body.

"What happened to Alano, why Momy..."

Paloma was unable to continue her words she cried in her husband's warm embrace. The memories with Angelina flashed through his mind. Although they had not known each other for long, Paloma loved her mother-in-law very much.

Alano gently rubbed Paloma's long hair, he also dissolved in his wife's grief. Although Alano had promised to never grieve again but he was unable to hold the crystal feather that just fell on his cheek.

After being satisfied to cry Paloma removed the remains of tears that were still on her beautiful face. Alano recounts everything that has happened since Paloma was kidnapped by Albert in the hospital until the accident that caused Angelina to die. Alano also showed Paloma his mother's last message.

Paloma's chest throbbed at Alano's explanation and she squatted beside Angelina's grave and wiped her mother-in-law's headstone.

"Thank you for all your sacrifices Mommy. I promise I will always be faithful to be next to Alano no matter what."

Alano pulled Paloma's hand and hugged him tightly. He felt very happy to hear Paloma's words just now. Alano kissed the lips of Ranum Paloma lovingly.

"I love you Paloma Hendrawan."

Paloma smiled happily he was sure that Alano was his first and last man, who would always look after and love Paloma with all his heart. Paloma promised in his heart to continue learning to love Alano as deeply as his love for Paloma.
