"I have to give you a thumbs up because I managed to get shares from Mr. Juan Fernandez." Alano said in his haughty style.

Pablo smiled as he heard Alano say, "Of course I can succeed because he trusts me. Besides I paid a lot for him."

"It turns out besides being sneaky you're also very confident about Pablo Dominic. I know that you're working with my uncle to get those shares, right."

Alano smiled slylyly looking at the little scratch on Pablo's face, Shit! he knows everything Pablo thinks.

Pablo did not know what way to use Albert Hall until Juan Fernandez wanted to sell his shares, he only knew that Juan managed to be persuaded after they paid a heavy price for the shares.

"I don't think a con artist like you can even be tricked so easily!." Alano laughed sarcastically at Pablo who was silent.

Pablo hit the round table firmly until it echoed throughout the boardroom.

"Don't talk carelessly Alano, I'll hit you if you dare to talk nonsense like that again!." Pablo stared angrily at Alano who was sitting in front of him.

Dave swiftly approached Pablo who had stood up from his chair and held Pablo's body back to his seat.

"Be polite Mr. Pablo if you still want to live and breathe."

Dave spoke flatly but showed a face of dislike to Pablo Dominic. If there wasn't a big boss here, maybe Dave would've blown Pablo's head off with hot lead in his gun.

"Why are you angry with Pablo? Are you offended by what I just said?." Alano laughed mockingly at Pablo who was wriggling in the chair for being held by Dave his right hand.

"Shit! untie me. I came here to talk business not to hear your shit Alano!."

Alano looked at Dave and gave him the code to release Pablo. Dave stood back behind his big boss' seat with a look of intimidation looking at Pablo who was already crimson for holding back emotions over Dave's treatment.

"I'm not talking nonsense to you at all. But there's one thing I want to tell you, dear Mr. Pablo, don't trust someone you've just been close to. You must know what I mean."

Alano smiled meaningfully looking at Pablo. He was silent again at Alano's words. Damn it! it seems like Albert tricked me. There's no way Alano doesn't know anything about Albert's plans for him.

"If you're thinking of getting rid of me, you've got Pablo wrong. Remember I'm always one step ahead of you!."

Alano Lodovico knows all the weaknesses of his enemies. Although Alano looks ordinary all this time but actually he has kept an ace to finish off his enemies.

Pablo shuddered at what Alano could do. He had indeed been wrong from the beginning should he no longer be involved with this unpredictable human being.

Alano silently watched Pablo in front of him, it turns out that the threat he uttered managed to affect Pablo. He hoped that after this Pablo would not be further involved in his family's problems.

Alano did not want a second Paloma to fall victim to his uncle Albert, although he was still angry with what Pablo had done to him.

Alano throws a brown envelope at Pablo, "If you still want to mess with me I'm the first one who will destroy you!."

Pablo grabbed the envelope and opened it. His eyes widened to see photos of his dark world activities. He owns an illegal factory that produces marijuana for him to send abroad. Shit! all this time I did it secretly.

"You can vote for Pablo, save your illegal business or keep playing games with Albert against me."

Alano smiled faintly at Pablo's confused-looking face, knowing that Pablo would prefer his business over continuing Albert Hall's devious plan.

"He came to visit me and invited me to work with him. I accepted his invitation because I was promised the company Lodovico, Corp at 70%. I don't have any intentions for you, Alano."

"Haha... You think you can take my company easily. You're too naive of Pablo." Alano laughed sarcastically.

"You don't know how strong my influence is in this company, the board of directors are my confidants from since my father took charge. If you think it will be easy to influence them you are wrong. If they wanted to betray me, maybe it's Albert who's CEO now and not me. He must have managed to snatch all my father's possessions!."

Pablo was stunned indeed what Alano said, he had wrongly thought that it would be easy to get rid of Alano from his own company.

"And just so you know Juan Fernandez is one of my people. He did deliberately sell you his shares on my orders, because I knew Albert must have been after him for a long time."

"What?."

Pablo squealed in shock at Alano's words. Shit! I was wrong to deal with this man, he could even predict Albert's devious plan. It was not wrong that he said that he was always one step ahead of them.

Dave chimed in on the serious talk of his big boss and smiled satisfied with Pablo Dominic's reply.

"Now let's talk about our business, Mr. Pablo."

Alano smiled meaningfully looking at Pablo, he planned to get Pablo to work with him to frame his real uncle Albert Hall.
