Two Ambulance cars have just arrived at the hospital where Paloma is being treated. The first ambulance was carrying a middle-aged woman with a head wound and the other was carrying an older man with wounds on her hands and feet.
Alano ran over to the middle-aged woman fearfully and anxiously. He had just got a call from the woman's right hand that there had just been a pretty devastating collision that left the woman and the man injured.
"Shit! What really happened Steven? Why don't you follow my orders not to bring Momy here!."
Alano clasped the collar of Steven confidant Angelina Hall with a murderous look. He slid one punch into Steven's face until the corner of his lips was torn and bleeding.
Steven tried to stand up after Alano's crushing blow on his face.
"I'm sorry Mr. Alano, I can't take good care of Ms. Angelina." Steven lowered his head in not daring to stare at Alano Lodovico his young master.
"Basic is useless! If anything happens to Momy you'll kill me first!."
Alano kicked the waiting chair in the ICU room so hard that it made a loud noise. The pain in his leg was nothing to his current anxiety and worry.
Two very meaningful women in Alano's life are in there. She continues to blame herself for not being able to look after and protect the people she cares for.
The doctor came out of the ICU room with an unreadable face.
"I'm sorry Mr. Alano, your mother is in a critical condition right now. His head was hit hard enough at the time of the accident, while for your uncle he had a broken leg he probably wouldn't be able to walk again."
Alano grew increasingly angry at the doctor's explanation. He started destroying everything around him. Shit! why did the old man not just die, why should Momy be critical because of the heinous deeds of Albert Hall.
The doctor and the Fire Red Mafia members who were standing guard around did not dare to approach Alano. They knew that their big boss was angry and he would not hesitate to kill people at this time.
Alano's eyes reddened he was unable to hold the crystal circle that had been piling up in his eye fertilizers. The doctor then moved in front of Alano and re-entered the ICU.
Suddenly Alano's phone rang and a voicemail came in. Alano picked up the phone in his pants pocket and listened to the contents of the voicemail. There was the voice of a woman he had loved so much.
...Alano dear, forgive Momy for not being able to protect you from your own uncle. Promise Momy Alano that if Momy leaves you will take care of Paloma with all your life. ...

The final sound of the voicemail rang out at the end there, Alano sat on the floor and cried. He did not expect that Angelina would leave him for good. Even he had thought of donating his heart to Paloma.
The cries of despairing sadness sounded heartbreaking in the hospital's ICU hallway. Dave who had just arrived there was so shocked to see his big boss sitting on the floor and sobbing. Just this time he saw the notorious mafia chairman look like he was hit like that.
Dave decides to make room for Alano by watching him from afar with Steven beside him.
