Chapter 94 — Man with Blue Hair
It was certain that the man was the mysterious man who followed Lian Haocun from the first day to the last day of the competition. As if oblivious to the unfriendly gazes of Lian Haocun and Lian Huanran, the blue-haired man greeted them in an extremely gentle voice.
“Good day. This is the first time we've met, right?” Said the man with the Aquarius zodiac symbol on his forehead while smiling kindly to Lian Haocun and Lian Huanran.
Instantly Lian Huanran was fed up and immediately used his bow to shoot the long blue haired man sitting on the pillow. The arrow shot swiftly towards the long blue-haired man.
The man grasped an arrow shot towards him as easily as flipping a palm and removing the arrow from Lian Huanran without any remains, as if the arrow had not existed from the start. Then with his leisure, the long blue-haired man sipped his tea which still reflected hot smoke.
Then as if not understanding why Lian Huanran fired an arrow at him, the long blue-haired man asked in a friendly tone, “Why did you attack me?”
Lian Huanran who was already feeling very fed up with the blue haired man's ‘mask yelled full of emotion towards him, “NO NEED TO PRETEND!!”
The atmosphere became rather hot, but Lian Haocun did nothing, not stopping Lian Huanran who had already started to spout unpleasant words. He just stayed in place as if he had nothing to do with this.
While Long Yuan was confused and dazed by what was happening, he saw another man who was in the room, the man with long tanned black hair with eyes as red as a burning flame. However that was not what caught Long Yuan's attention, he saw a fire symbol on his forehead.
Long Yuan's body trembled lightly and his eyes were glued to the long tanned-haired man, his eyes emitting a shocked and respectful gaze. The tanned black haired man sat opposite the long blue haired man. The tanned-haired man knew Long Yuan's gaze fell on him, but he still drank the tea very calmly, as if he did not notice what was happening around him.
Although the long blue-haired man had already been shouted at so violently by Lian Huanran, he did not look angry at all, even his face still had a friendly thin smile. Then the long blue haired man introduced himself, “Include me is Shui Zuo, Demon General of Aquarius. Congratulations on winning the competition.”
Long Yuan's eyes widened in surprise, there was anxiety and panic growing in his heart. After all who would not be anxious when meeting a General from the Demon race who had always been feared by almost the entire race?
Even so Long Yuan tried to remain calm and analyze and observe the situation. Although Lian Huanran did tell her about her kidnapped Master, Lian Huanran did not tell Long Yuan who did it. So Long Yuan really did not know that Lian Haocun and Lian Huanran were in conflict with the Demon General.
Lian Huanran did not allow Shui Zuo to continue his words and aimed five arrows directly at Shui Zuo, of course with each arrow applied a different technique. Before the five arrows with different auras could touch Shui Zuo, the five arrows were stopped and shrouded by the black fog, which supposedly came from Shui Zuo.
Then only Lian Haocun, as if he had just realized what was happening, stopped Lian Huanran who was already intending to battle it out with Shui Zuo and said in a very cold and sharp tone, saying, “What's your goal?”
Then Lian Haocun glanced at the tanned black-haired man and said in a dismissive cynical tone, “What now is the Mofa Forest cooperating with the demon race?” A faint mocking smile was on Lian Haocun's face.
The attention of Lian Huanran and Long Yuan was instantly shifted to a mocking smile of Lian Haocun that could make people tremble in fear. After all this was the first time they had seen the smile on Lian Haocun's face that was always expressionless, even if it was just a mocking smile though.
The tanned black-haired man who was the leader or ruler of the Mofa Forest did not respond to the ridicule from Lian Haocun and continued to drink his tea as if he had heard nothing. His actions were very casual and even gave off an elegant impression, but the atmosphere soon became hot and tense.
Finally Shui Zuo responded by saying, “I'm not in the same camp as ‘they’. Otherwise, wouldn't it be better for me to hide my identity than to reveal it?”
Shui Zuo sighed heavily and said in a melancholic tone, “Then what can I do for you to trust me?”
Before Lian Huanran could reply, Lian Haocun responded in a cynical and sharp tone, “Where is our Master?”
