Chapter 23 — Daffodil Conference (2)
The Daffodil Conference was attended by about 100 sects. The top tier sects numbered three which were like the previous Daffodil Conference, the 7 middle tier sects included the Blue Sky Sect and around the 90 lower tier sects.
Each sect was given a place to participate, the top-tier sects had ten places per sect, the middle-level sects had five places per sect whereas the lower-level sects had two places per sect.
The Blue Sky Sect had already decided on three places, while the remaining two had yet to be ascertained because back then Lian Haocun and Lian Huanran were on their way and it was unknown when it would return, either, but since Lian Haocun and Lian Huanran decided to participate, the two places became theirs.
So that the two sect disciples who had become prospective participants were angry with envy, even though the two places were still not decided. Despite wanting to look for trouble, but due to the existence of Elder Shen, Hong and Rong, they did not dare to do anything so they reported it to their respective Master.
So despite not participating, Lian Haocun and Lian Huanran would at least get into trouble after they returned to the Blue Sky Sect.
That morning, the group of the Blue Sky Sect headed to the place of the Daffodil Conference. Since there was still time before the Conference started, Shen Wenhuan's group consisting of Lian Haocun, Lian Huanran, Bai and Cheng took different routes.
Tang Yelu, Elder Rong's disciple complained in a joking tone without any evil intentions, saying,

Tang Yelu asked with an excited and ignorant tone.
Elder Rong reprimanded his somewhat ignorant disciple, “Tang Yelu.”
Tang Yelu said lazily and listlessly as she walked back to Elder Rong's side, “Iya, yes.”
Elder Shen chuckled slightly at Tang Yelu's playful behavior. While Lian Huanran felt like retorting Tang Yelu's words, however Lian Huanran was quite close to Tang Yelu even though they were several years old, but of course he could not do it in front of his Master nor Elder Rong.
While Lian Haocun had no reaction at all and was acting cold as usual. Elder Rong delivered his apology sincerely and politely,
“Excuse Yelu who interfered.”
Shen Wenhuan said in a relaxed tone, “It's okay. Your student is funny.”
Then they took a different route.
Bai and Cheng followed Lian Huanran by the side, trying to adapt and observe their new surroundings. Lian Huanran asked in an excited tone,
“Teacher, where are we going?”
Shen Wenhuan replied, “Jalan-jalan just.”
Then Shen Wenhuan gave a warning to Lian Huanran and Lian Haocun, while walking on the snowy road of the Arctic City, while walking, “There are definitely not a few people who will look for trouble with you guys whether envious or whatever, but it is better not to have a conflict with an alchemist.”
Lian Huanran nodded in understanding then asked something that came to his mind,
“That time Lexie said right? There has never been anyone from any race who awakened more than two elements, but to become an alchemist we need two elements right? How to become an alchemist?”
Shen Wenhuan immediately responded but the focus was different, “Who is Lexie?
Shen Wenhuan was flabbergasted while Lian Haocun who had listened earlier was speculating on Lexie's true level,
‘It looks like Lexie is really careful and the rate is at least level 7 and above.’
Shen Wenhuan frowned feeling a little anxious and uneasy in his heart,
“I never knew this incident. His ability in creating optical illusions is not bad, I really did not realize it.”
Lian Huanran and Lian Haocun immediately understood why the illusion was easily penetrated, it turned out that it was just an illusion to deceive the vision.
Bai and Cheng who seemed to understand human words, heard Lexie's name and listened seriously in hopes of being reunited with their mother.

Therefore to become an alchemist requires a match with 100% fire element or 100% wood element%. It was also on condition that their main element was fire or wood. This made the Alchemists in the Afer Continent only three.”
Lian Huanran nodded in understanding and absorbed the new knowledge slowly while Shen Wenhuan was satisfied with Lian Haocun's vast knowledge.
After that they took a walk around and enjoyed the scenery in the Arctic City while discussing various things.
“It's almost time. Let's go to the Daffodil.” Conference Take Shen Wenhuan and the group heads to the Daffodil Conference.
The venue of the Daffodil Conference is very crowded and red. There were various people of different races except Devils and angels, who intended to watch the Daffodil Conference.
Lian Huanran commented seeing the large number of people from different races, “Very crowded.”
